Over the years I have had mixed feelings about the possibility of time travel. I have often questioned if it were even possible at all. I love to hear about instances where amateur or unknown researchers make amazing discoveries where science missed the mark. This is one such story.

The story of Manzo Shepherd and the events that spawned one of the most infamous trials in Harlan County history started on Black Mountain. At 4,145ft it is the tallest peak in Kentucky and one evening in late April 1942, was the location of a brutal murder.

Within one month of the murder of Joe Christian, a taxi cab driver, Shepherd  would be shot in a crowded courtroom of 300 people and his accomplices, Sherman Clouse and Howard Hensley, would both eventually get life sentences to avoid the death penalty.

This following report comes to us from out of Oregon. It was submitted to TCC team members Bobby and Corinna Long.There was a slight delay in getting the report completed due to the fact the witnesses lost cell phone service and was not able to give all the details. The above photo is the picture of the somewhat humorous and classical view of a supposed psychic: the gypsy fortune teller. And for hundreds of years, this has been what people thought about when they heard the word psychic. And no group used it more than the scientific community, as a definition of what a psychic really is. So you can’t blame them for scoffing. But there’s a real and true type of psychic that is quite obviously real and science will have to eventually drop the old definition and start over with a new one. I was trying to catch up on some of the latest Bigfoot news and sightings when I ran across another video that claims to show Bigfoot. The footage was captured by a drone and it shows a black colored bigfoot exit a small patch of trees and run across some grass into another patch of trees.

The video was posted by Apex TV and here is what the description said about the clip:

I got this bigfoot sighting report submitted a few days ago. In many instances these old logging and mining roads become a area for some fun ATV riding. Many of these old roads are grown up and other than some ATV riding, rarely have visitors. Who doesn't like to hit the old four wheeler and spend a few hours of fun and sight seeing in the mountains. I got this report in a couple days ago. It is interesting, as I do not think I have ever had a report of a Bigfoot in a Hay field. So, the question would be what was it doing there? We were all taught in school that depictions and tales of magic and fantastical beings in ancient artwork and writings are just myths; amazing works of fiction and products of active imaginations of our ancestors. Since these have seemed to be too ridiculous to take seriously, we’ve dismissed them and largely ignored them as any serious parts of our history.  But what if that’s a huge mistake and what if we’re missing the point entirely? The biggest flaw in the human brain is this: If we think we know something already, we won’t look at any new ideas about it. It’s the biggest flaw because it can bring progress to a screeching halt. Did scientists first looking at ancient texts and art just decide that the stories were just too unbelievable that they simply HAD to be fictional stories? Dragons, giants, reptilians,  animal-human hybrids, star-beings? Those things don’t exist today, so surely they didn’t exist then. I'm currently writing another book that deals with my time living in a house with paranormal activity. In doing some research about ghost activity, I ran across an interesting report. I was already aware of such reports of phantom telephone rings that many think come from a recently passed loved one.

It is not a far stretch to think that a spirit could make a telephone ring. After all, there is plenty of cases where spirits have caused K2 meters to light up, or unknown voices are captured on a recorder,  or some other device seems to be manipulated by an unseen entity.

This time of year, many people take vacations. They often go to the beach or a retreat back in the mountains. But it appears some people are not taking a vacation this year. Musicians, being the artists that they are, have varying opinions on everything. But if you ask them how to tune their instruments, they’ll all tell you the same thing:  to tune the note middle A to a frequency of 440 hz, which has been the international standard since around 1939. Few very rarely question this. And I have wondered why. Who made this rule? And why are the musicians of the world; the rebels, the artists, the supposed nonconformists so stuck on it?

Well it seems the answer to this question may revolve around what some call the most ridiculous conspiracy theory ever. But I’m not so sure it’s that crazy, and I’ll tell you why. But the theory is that the new standard of 440 hz was set by Joseph Goebbels, propaganda leader of the Third Reich in Germany during the Nazi era. This is believed by conspiracy theorists to have been all part of a nefarious plan to distort the emotional and physical well-being of the masses.
