Why Some Of Us Aspire To Conspiracy Theories
By Dorraine Fisher

When you have a large population of people in the world as we do right now, it’s impossible to control them all physically. But they DO have to find a way to control us because they’re afraid of us. Because we have power beyond measure and they know it. So what do they have to do? They have to find ways to control our minds.

The term “conspiracy theorist” has often been used as a derogatory term to objectify a certain group of people and make them look crazy. But this is only another means of mind control. It’s an attempt to make one group of people who aren’t grounded in who they really are and who feel safer running with the herd believe that thinking for themselves isn’t acceptable.  And it’s also an attempt to try and make the conspiracy theorists doubt themselves or suffer too much ridicule so that they give up their original ideas and give in to the mindset of the status quo.

Do You Have Alien DNA?
Reasons To Question Your Origins

By Dorraine Fisher

Back in the 1970’s when scientists had their first glimpse of the big picture of human genes, they saw small bits of strange DNA that seemed to be floating in a weird cesspool of unidentified muck. Since they couldn’t identify it and it seemed to have no function, they labeled it as “nothing more than junk DNA.” And the term “junk DNA” stuck. So, whenever science couldn’t identify the DNA, they called it junk DNA, and it eventually came to be called “alien DNA.” But why do humans have so much curious DNA that can’t be identified?

How To Receive Messages From Beyond

By Dorraine Fisher

No matter what belief system you aspire to, I’d be willing to bet it has crossed your mind at least once that there’s a lot more to the universe than what we see in our rigid 3D world every day. That maybe there’s really an ultimate authority out there. Or maybe just a little voice inside our head that could help us through the tough times if only we knew how to listen.

But what if I told you there is? What if I told you there’s a way to receive those messages, and you can absolutely do it, and without any special training or any mystical, magical skills endowed to you upon your birth? What if you have the inside track right now and you don’t even know it?

Still frame from Standing's film "Discovering Bigfoot"
Controversial bigfoot researcher Todd Standing is back and has released a film entitled"Discovering Bigfoot". He has also filed a civil lawsuit against the British Columbia Ministry of Environment
and British Columbia Fish and Wildlife and hopes to prove the existence of bigfoot in court.

Today, I want to talk more about the film and particularly this still frame above and not really talk about the lawsuit.

I also must be clear that I have not actually seen the film and have only seen a few shorts clips from it. With that said I want to offer my opinion on what I've seen and the still frame above.

Okay, so I'm looking over an event that was taking place fairly close to me. It seemed like it could be a cool event with lots of activities for the whole family. I had never heard of the people putting it on or of any reports from this general area. I'm all for these events that offer family fun and a chance to learn about bigfoot. Many of these events are also very good for our local communities. It brings people into our area and while they are here they spend money and learn about our towns.

As most people know small towns like the ones in my area have struggled financially over the last several years. In our area coal was/is our main industry. The war on coal really hurt many small towns like mine.

My Crypto World - Bigfoot The Missing Link Theory

It's time for another episode of My Crypto World.
In this episode, I continue the series on bigfoot theories. There are many theories as to what bigfoot might be and where it came from

In this episode, I cover what is known as the missing link or evolutionary theory. This one is rather a short episode but worth a watch. I also give a short update at the end of the program on my current projects.

Here is the episode.

"Bigfoot? Nope not seen him today."
A little while back I was reading about sea otters. I found the information rather interesting, as I didn't know much about these critters. But I guess at this point you are probably wondering how I connect this to bigfoot, right?

Well, I'm not really connecting them to bigfoot but there is an interesting feature sea otter's have that may or may not apply to bigfoot. This feature, or something similar, could answer a question we sometimes get about bigfoot.

The Pineal Gland: What Is Our Mysterious Third Eye Meant To See?
The Eye Without A Lens

By Dorraine Fisher

Is our pineal gland, once believed to be basically functionless, one of the most important components of our brain?

What is the greatest problem of humanity? War, poverty, hunger, exploitation, tyranny? Sure, those things are all problems. But they also have a root in a common problem: the flaws of the human mind. Do you realize that none of these problems would exist if it weren’t for flawed human minds? This takes place by way of our perceptions. The personal perceptions of each individual have a role in the big picture in the direction humanity is going. Now, you might think that this is not you. That the flawed minds are those people over there. But just about none of us are living up to our true potential and the world is suffering as a result. And we’re conditioned to the negative attitude that there’s nothing we can do. But is that really true?

Well, we have been a long time getting here, but we are posting our 22nd installment of  "Interview with a researcher." Today's researcher is Tye Chapman. She is part of the researching duo known as Corey and Tye or the Bonaparte Bigfoot Team. Her research partner, Corey, was part of our series back in 2014. You can read his interview by Clicking Here.  Over the past few years, and especially the last year, we have featured BBT's efforts here on our website. They have captured some good audio and found some nice tracks, along with other evidence.

Here is my interview with Tye.

Thursday, June 2, 2016

Well, I guess this post might seem out of sorts to some people, but over the past few days I've been thinking about my days growing up. This subject matter of my thinking back to my youth, might be of some interest to some people. Over the years, this same subject matter, has crept into my mind at various times. So, I thought I would share it with the readers today.

I can remember growing up and about this time of year, we would start seeing the June bugs. June bugs are a type of beetle or scarab, they are also sometimes called June beetle instead of June bugs. Here in my part of the world, we have the green June bugs. The green June bugs are found in the Southeaster part of the United States. I can remember, as a young boy, that the yard would be swarming with what looked like hundreds of June bugs. As kids we would catch the June bugs and tie a string on one of their back legs and fly the bug around. It was a fun thing to do back then, as there really wasn't video games or cell phones or a lot for kids to do, so we played outside. Flying the bugs around didn't seem to hurt them any and later, most of the time, we got bored and turned the June bug loose. I don't know when it happen or why it happened but one day I noticed we no longer had June bugs filling up our yards.  Oh, sometimes you might see one or two but nothing like when I was growing up. So, I often wonder what happened to them, why they no longer come in our part of the world. Is it just here, in my area, that the June bugs no longer visit or are other places also seeing little or no June bugs?

So, with me wondering whatever happened to the June Bugs, It got me to thinking about other creatures that I no longer see. Creatures that once seemed so abundant when I was growing up, but now have all but disappeared.

The Monarch Butterfly is one that we use to see all the time growing up, but now you almost never see them, at least not around here. Did the migration path change, and the beautiful butterfly now does not come our way? Are they all dead? This got me to looking into this mystery. I found that there has indeed been a big population drop in Monarch butterflies and it is predicted by some that the species will go extinct in the next 20 years. I think that is terrible news and someone should be working on re-population. I miss seeing them and I will be looking for them while out in the mountains.

Another, I wonder whatever happened to creature, is the Bobwhite. I can remember sitting on my mamaw's porch and listening to the Bobwhites make their very recognizable whistle. Along about dust, about the time us kids would stop playing, we'd be sitting on the porch and seems like you would hear the whistle every evening. But it has been years since I have heard a bobwhite. I know the little ground dwelling quail, is very vulnerable to predators but we use to have a good population of them. I wonder what ever happened to them around here. It was enjoyable listening to that famous whistle, I would like to hear it now, on the evenings I sit on the porch.

This next little fellow may not but very popular, but they serve a good purpose. Bats. I can remember playing in the yard at dust and there would be bats flying about and swooping down. There was not real large numbers, maybe 15-20 of them but compared to what we see now, it seems like a lot. I have not seen a small swarm of bats in the yard in many years. They do eat a lot of bugs, maybe that is why there seems to be so many bugs now, because there are less bats.  I can also remember fishing at one of our local strip mining ponds as a teenager and the bats would be swarming around. There would be so many of them that they (the bats) would fly into our fishing lines.

I know, there could be many factors to why I no longer see some of these creatures. But I still miss them.

Thinking back and missing things are a part of life, I guess. But growing up and seeing these creatures, I never even thought the day would come when I would miss them or wonder what happened to them. It's funny, as you get older, you seem to appreciate things you gave very little thought about while growing up.

Thanks
~Tom~

6 Reasons To Wonder If Humans Really Aren’t Of This World
Or At Least That We Might Be Genetically Modified
By Dorraine Fisher

One thing that has always been in the back of my mind is finding the real truth about human origins. Where do we really come from, and why do we seem to have so many problems to overcome? Why are we such a unique life form on this planet? And, more importantly, why do we cause our planet so many problems?

Where did we come from? Why are we here? Have we always been here? And if we have, why are we so…defective? I’ve always wondered if we were a hybrid being of some kind. Perhaps even the living subjects of some big scientific experiment conducted by beings from another world.

Until we have real answers, no suggestion is off the table as far as I’m concerned. And even though science is doing its best to answer all the questions, some pieces of our evolutionary puzzle still don’t quite fit in the way we’re supposed to believe they do. It doesn’t seem we have the whole story, yet. We’ve never been given really satisfactory or indisputable answers for questions about where we came from or what we might be…besides a highly-evolved ape. That’s fine, but is that all there is to our story? I have to wonder, and here’s why. See if you’ve ever thought about these things.

  1. Humans can grow their head hair to undetermined lengths
We have weird hair. We’re the only hairless ape in our evolutionary line. But why? Most of us have very little on our bodies compared to other warm-blooded earth creatures. But what’s up with the hair on our heads? It can grow to undetermined lengths and then has to be cut before it gets out of control. There are no other animals that have hair that has to be cut before it reaches troublesome lengths except for one: dogs. More specifically certain breeds of purebred dogs; biologically engineered dog breeds such as Maltese’s, Shih-tzus, and Poodles. Have you ever wondered why this is? Is there some purpose for it that we don’t even know about? Or is it a throwback from some elusive ancestors of ours somewhere else besides earth? Or is this a defect from us being biologically engineered.

In I871, in The Descent Of Man, Charles Darwin suggested this happens because we’re the only creature on earth that has evolved the intelligence to cut hair. I’m not sure I buy this. He also suggested we humans may have evolved such hair as a means of sexual attraction. But Darwin also believed that many things we evolved were for the purpose of sexual attraction, but I tend to believe that we’d all be attracted to each other if we all looked like big raisins. Bottom line, Darwin really didn’t know either. The hair seems to have no purpose for our basic survival, and actually could undermine survival if it wasn’t kept under control by artificial means. So why IS our hair the way it is?
  1. Humans have numerous allergies
Humans, strangely, are allergic to lots of things in their environment. If we were really true creatures of earth, why are we often hyper-sensitive to or just plain allergic to our own world? It’s one thing to be allergic to our man-made substances, but it’s quite another to be allergic to the trees and plants in our back yard; all the flora of the planet we’re supposed to have come from.

Based on Darwin’s ideas about continuously-growing hair, these allergies could have plagued us because humans are the only creatures with the intelligence to invent allergy medicines. Do you see where I’m going with this? I’m trying to point out how ridiculous some of our traits are and how authorities attempt to explain them within a framework of reference to things with which we’re familiar. But the only other creatures on earth that have allergy problems to this degree are, you guessed it, purebred dogs and cats and other domesticated animals. Bio-engineered animals whose biology has been tampered with by another species: us.

Have we been tampered with by some other species? Are we part extra-terrestrial, or did we maybe bio-engineer ourselves in some way?

Other animals in their wild, natural environments don’t have these problems to any degree. And if they do, it makes their survival more challenging. We survive because of our intelligence and adaptability. Our bio-engineered pets and domestic animals survive due to our intelligence and intervention. So, are we another bio-engineered species, created by…some other species…from somewhere else besides earth? Or did we bio-engineer ourselves by accident? Who knows?

  1. Humans Seem Poorly Designed To Live On Planet Earth
Most people believe that humans now populate all the furthest corners of this planet. They believe we are everywhere and there is no part of the planet left that we haven’t conquered. But this couldn’t be further from the truth. There are still many places on earth that humans have not set foot on. And that’s mostly because it’s too hard for us to get there. We are simply not designed for it. And humans historically, instead of defining themselves by being in tune with nature, have often defined themselves by being able to conquer nature.

This is the exact opposite of the wild animals around us that seem to be perfectly suited to the world around them with the hearing, eyesight, sense of smell, body covering, subcutaneous fat, camouflage, size, shape, and reproductive traits to survive in their unique environments.

Humans are limited to where they can live on the planet. We don’t seem to be well- adapted to any particular terrain. Our hairless skin often burns in the sun if we lack enough skin pigment. Our lack of hair or fur would allow us to freeze to death without clothing in many areas of the world. We don’t have particularly keen eyesight or hearing or olfactory senses that might be helpful to our basic survival. And yet, here we are. A completely unique and weird being, separate from all the rest that live here, relying solely on our wits to remain here.

But instead of being tailor made for our world, we seem to have to adapt our world to us. Which can arguably make us the most invasive species on the planet. Why is this? Aren’t invasive species those that have been brought in to an area from somewhere else? And don’t they wreak havoc and upset the balance in their new areas? If we were meant to be here, and if we are natural inhabitants of the planet, why are we so invasive and destructive? As that destructive nature could lead to the end of our survival here, how does that make sense?

  1. Humans have DNA that can’t be recognized
Back in the 1970’s, when biologists had their first glimpse of the big picture of human genes, they saw small bits of strange DNA that seemed to be floating in a weird cesspool of unidentified muck. Since they couldn’t identify it and it seemed to have no real function, they labeled it as “nothing more than junk DNA.” And this phrase “junk DNA” stuck for decades afterward, and is still used occasionally.

And as the group at Scientific American known as Encode are trying to make sense of our genetic code, they are also systematically attempting to eliminate the term junk DNA. But the nature of this DNA is still mostly “not understood.” And some have described this DNA as being “otherworldly” or “not of this world.”

So, if this DNA truly may be “not of this world,” then the big question is where did it come from? What is our true inheritance? And until it’s identified positively, we need to ask whether it holds a great secret about our origins.
  1. Human intelligence has been forced to compensate for our many flaws
If we’re not truly designed for life on this planet, then the only reason we’re still here may be because of superior intelligence. But this “intelligence” as we call it, revolves around molding our world to fit our flaws. Why is this? And is it really intelligent after all? If we’re supposed to be here, why aren’t we designed accordingly? Other animals are designed to fit. Why aren’t we? Many people think it’s reasonable to assume that our intelligence is enough to justify our existence here. But it can be argued that our intelligence can also be a problem. How good is it for the planet if humans are, by using their intelligence, metaphorically bending the earth to their will?
  1. Humans are emotionally and intellectually conflicted.
Why do we always seem to have an internal conflict going between our logical side and our wild side? It’s almost like we have two beings inside of us. One that relies on instinct and does what comes naturally, something like an animal. And then there’s that logical side that tries to stop this kind of behavior. Are the rest of the animals in the kingdom so conflicted this way? I suspect not. They just do what comes naturally to them. We are in a constant struggle over this. Humans are the only animals on the planet that question their existence and question their own instincts.

In the famous novel about acquiring secret knowledge, The Celestine Prophecy, it explained that humans are in a constant state of resolution of the personalities of their two parents. We’re always trying to find a balance between the two. Is that us? Did we originally have one wild parent and one possibly more highly intelligent parent?

I’m sure there are many out there who will scoff at what I’m saying and they’ll go with the popular scientific explanations for my questions. And that’s fine. It’s comforting to think that everything in our world makes perfect sense in some way. But it doesn’t. Not yet, at least.

And my point is that until something is proved beyond doubt by anyone, it’s wide open for questioning, especially when you really look at the strangeness and the inconsistencies of everything around you.

Has Mother Nature been violated in some way? Is there an amazingly profound story of humanity we haven’t been told? Are we the upsetters of the delicate balance who maybe aren’t supposed to be here at all? I’m leaving it up to science to eventually answer all the questions. I’m just asking them.

Is there a soul in there
Frame from Planet of the Apes (2001)

Does The Soul Really Exist?
Soul Series Part 1
By TCC Team Member  Dorraine Fisher

When you had no real spiritual guidance as a child like me, it’s easy to lean on the side of what you believe is practical and logical when you choose what to believe about the world. If you can’t see it, it doesn’t exist. And you’re convinced you’re right and that it’s completely sensible. And no one can tell you otherwise, and you won’t believe otherwise.

But if you’re lucky like me and have had weird things happen to you, that weirdness has a tendency to move your brain forward. Every time you have a strange experience it challenges you to think in new ways, and ask new questions. Cryptozoology challenges us in such a way. We have to wonder if there are a lot of things that exist around us that just haven’t been proved.  And one of my big questions of the universe once was, “Do I really have a soul?”

After years of deliberation, I decided I do, and I’ll tell you why.

I’ve asked a lot of different people this question over the years, and reactions were mixed. Sometimes the eye rolling would begin from non-believers, and others most definitely believed the soul exists, but couldn’t really define it.

So what are we really talking about when we talk about the human soul? I could only go from my own frame of reference to start.

When I have, in the past, described a person as having “no soul,” I meant this person was cold, distant, and uncaring. If I described someone has having a “beautiful soul,” I usually meant this person had a warm, caring, and inviting nature. So if you really think about it, aren’t I talking about an energy source?

Most people exude something. Whether it’s negative or positive, everyone gives on an energy force that other people respond to in kind.

Now, when we’re trying to put a definition to it, it’s difficult.  It’s really easy to see the soul as that part of us that’s intangible or indefinable.  But is it really?

If your soul is simply the type of energy you exude, then that energy is either positive or negative. How often are you drawn to people who radiate positive energy, or are repelled by someone throwing out negative vibes? We pick our significant others, friends, and colleagues and make our life’s choices based very much on the energy we receive from them. You choose the house that feels like home. You pick the kitten that tugs at your heartstrings. You pick the mate you feel like you’ve known forever. How real are all these things; these decisions that sprout from this part of you that supposedly can’t be defined? Are they really intangible?

Are your thoughts intangible? What about your personality, your beliefs, your hopes and dreams, aspirations, opinions, ambitions, fears, and insecurities?  No. They’re very real because they’re yours. They belong to you. You feel them and you know they’re real because you experience them every day. And they are the things of which your “soul” consists. All these things combined create it.  Science refers to it as “the self,” but every term boils down to your energy source; all the things about you together that make you who you are.

So “the soul” becomes a pretty important part of you. Maybe the most important part, because without it, you aren’t you at all.

And without it, you can’t perceive what you see around you. You can’t make determinations about anything without all these traits of which your soul is made. Maybe you believe in Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, ghosts, UFO’s, etc. Chances are, you believe in something. But how can you decide anything in this world is real if the self or soul that’s making that determination ISN’T real.  And the answer is: you can’t.

Your soul is as real as any other part of you. *******DF
