Movie Review: I Origins

By Dorraine Fisher

Are the eyes truly the windows to the soul? Spiritual people are often challenged by science to change their beliefs, but can a scientist change his in the wake of insurmountable “spiritual evidence?” I Origins, directed by Mike Cahill, and starring Michael Pitt, Britt Marling, and Astrid Berges-Frisbey begs the question.

A microbiologist, played by Michael Pitt, sets out on a quest to disprove the existence of God once and for all through intensive studies of the unique signature of the human eye. But he finds himself madly in love with a woman, played by Astrid Berges-Frisbey, who will shake his beliefs to their foundation and challenge everything he thought he knew about the nature of existence.

Delores Cannon (1931-2014)

Has A Hypnotherapist Of Alien Abductees Put Together The Pieces Of The Real Human Story???

By Dorraine Fisher

Are you one of those people who believes you may have come here from somewhere else? Do you ever feel uncomfortable, like you don’t belong on planet earth? Well, what if you don’t? What if you really did come here from somewhere else to fulfill some mission here? Sound far-fetched?  I’ve been saying for a long time that there’s more to our existence than meets the eye. There’s a whole lot more than just our everyday lives of just living and working and dying. What if we’ve all come here for a specific purpose that we agreed to before we were born?

Numerology: Following The Number Trail
Is It Really A Thing?

By Dorraine Fisher

I’ve recently become involved with exploring different paradigms lately,  just to see where they’d take me, and one of them is numerology. This is something I’ve never paid much attention to. I never really aspired to the idea of letting numbers decide the details of my life. And many people believe the numbers are messages from our spirit guides who aren’t able to communicate with us in other ways. That idea was even crazier to me. But in the interest of research, I decided to deviate from my normal thought patterns and allow my mind to be altered a bit.

Was Our Moon Artificially Created By Intelligent Life?
Some Reasons To Wonder

By Dorraine Fisher

With all the hoopla about the solar eclipse this year, I started looking around for information on this and found more than I expected. Information about the moon, that is.

As humans born onto this planet, we have a tendency to believe that what’s here right now is what’s always been here.  But that’s only an assumption on our part. And the history of our moon may be proof that we need to stop making assumptions like that altogether.

Have YOU ever thought much about the moon? Most people don’t. It’s just always there. The moon does so much for us. It creates the tidal effects that creates the tidal rhythm of our oceans, which makes life as we know it possible on this planet. And yet we totally take it for granted. But an interesting question is is it really just a product of nature? There are reasons to wonder.

Our Alien Origins, Intelligent Design, And The Smoking Gun
Examining The Mysterious Human Chromosome 2

By Dorraine Fisher

According to a few courageous scientists, as soon as DNA evidence entered the arena of the human story, the theory of evolution, at least in humans, should have died a natural death. Because DNA evidence has shaken the foundation of a hundred years of belief, and albeit worship, of Darwin’s famous theory that humans evolved from apes. But Darwin is said to have always claimed that his theory could eventually be disproven. And not even he could have ever predicted what would happen in the future, and the information we would be able to derive from genetic material.

The famous founder of The Star Child Project and human origins researcher, the late Lloyd Pye, called this new evidence the “smoking gun” in the case against human evolution from great apes.

Mock up picture - Not actual photo. Used for reference only.
I got the following report in a couple days ago. It is an interesting report and is something many people have reported seeing.

Here is the report.

- Start Report -

Name: Debbie ****

Email Address: on file

State: ky

County: bell

Date of Sighting: 1987-88

Time of Day: night

Nearest Town: pineville

Length of Sighting: overtime

How many Witnesses: 2

Any Photos/Videos: yes but i don't have them with me.

Describe sighting in detail:
In the 1980s I had move into my grandmothers house. I lived there when I was a young girl before my grandparents lived there and loved it but the people who lived in the house last did not take care of it and keep it up. The roof leaked and the paint was gone off the outside, and windows were busted. The two back doors didn't have any locks, so I had to make my own locks with two boards and nails.

My cousin kept saying he thought he would see shadows go back in forth through the living room and kitchen part when he was brushing his hair. My husband said he thought he saw things in the corner of his eye at that time. I did not have cable and the TV signed off at 11:30. When I had a fire built in the fire place, my husband hadn't got home yet, the kids were in bed. At that time I smoked cigarettes, I always blew the smoke at the fire place but I noticed that night the smoke wasn't going into the fireplace and keep going in a circle and into the next room. I kept feeling like someone was starring at me. So the TV signed off and I got up to turn it off. The smoke had surrounded the shape of something through the door way starring at ME through the mirror, which was by the doorway. It looked like it had long stringy hair, hollow black eyes, big long teeth and claws. I screamed god help me Jesus and turned the light back on, and kept it on till my husband got there. We didn't see anything else that night but whole time I lived in that house I became very sick and lost a lot of weight, I weighed about 75 pounds. I couldn't eat or sleep, always got very nervous, felt like I was losing my mind.

I begin to hear something make a tapping noise across the kitchen floor. I thought it may be a big rat and I sat out all kinds of poison but nothing stopped it. So, I thought what if its a snake. I took a flashlight to bed with me so I could turn it on when I heard the noise to see if I could find out what it was. There was a street light that shined through the window a few houses away so when I turned around to turn the flash light on I saw a shadow about four foot tall coming across the floor making the tapping noise. It was a shape of my grandmother with a headscarf and carrying two plates coming in my direction. I screamed no I don't want anything keep it and threw the cover over my head for a few minutes and then looked again nothing was there. Then I heard a very scary voice say why don't you just put the pillow over your head and suffocate yourself to death because no one loves you or cares about you anyway, so you might as well kill yourself and get it over with. Then I heard another calm voice saying your children love you, your dad and aunt, husband loves you and I love you. Who will raise your children right. I told the voice that spoke to me, no I will not do it (kill myself) to get away from me and leave me along. And it was like a bee hive going off in my head.
I saw all kinds of lights flashing going off like an explosion.

The next day I was standing on my porch and some people drove by in a truck and came back and talk to me and said that the lord had told them to come and pick me up that there was a revival at church and said I could come if I wanted to. I told them I would go and at the church service that night when they made the altar call there was so many people there that I could not get out of the aisle. So I lifted my hands and said God, if you don't help me I'm going to die and there will be no one to raise my children right. I felt like a warm fire came over me and I did not know what it was, it scared me and I started to ask someone what it was. I just lifted my hands and continued to thank the lord. Very shortly after that I moved out of the house and began to feel so much better right away. I have pictures of that house that was talking at night and there was like light coming out of the windows that looked like hands. There were three of them that came all over the house. There is a lot more to the house but if you want to hear more I can tell you later.
Thank you for your time

- End Report -

It sure sounds like there was something going on in that old house. I'm sure I have read about other cases where the person experienced weigh loss due to paranormal activity.

I can understand where Debbie is coming from, I lived in a house that had activity in it. That activity is still happening today. I hope to tell all about that at some point.

Also, I have ask Debbie for the photos she talked about in her report. If she is able to get them to me, I will update the post to include them.

Thanks goes to Debbie for telling us about some of her experiences with the spirit world.

Thanks
~Tom~

Buddhist cycle of reincarnation
Wheel of Reincarnation, which outlines the Buddhist cycle of reincarnation

Learning To Read The Signs Of Your Past Life
By Dorraine Fisher

So you don’t think you’ve lived before? If you observe yourself more closely, there are many things that might make you wonder. What about those things about yourself that defy explanation? All those things about your character that seemingly came from nowhere and for no apparent reason? Are there things about yourself you just don’t understand? Why do you feel the way you do about certain things? Past life researchers claim that all these details could be clues to what may have been your past life experiences.

Personality Traits: Are there aspects of your personality with no genetic explanation? Traits that don’t resemble those of your parents or anyone in your family? Do your family members joke that you can’t possibly be related to them because of it? Whether it’s good or bad, this could be a trait you picked up in your experiences in a past life.

Dreams: Do you ever have dreams that seem very vivid and are historically accurate? Are you wearing period dress for the time? Does everything in the dream fit the template for a certain period in history? This could actually be a memory of events that took place in a past life. Have you ever had a dream about someone you know? Maybe you know the person, but he/she doesn’t look the same in the dream. Past life researchers say that we all tend to stay with the same souls throughout numerous incarnations. So these dreams can be telling you who this person was in a previous life. The dreams may be pointing to a recollection of them in a past life in this particular period in history.

Your Comfort Level: Why do we feel more comfortable in certain settings and not others? It could have something to do with our state of mind in these settings in a former life. Do you love the mountains? Does the seaside feel more like home to you? Do you suddenly feel exposed when the landscape becomes devoid of trees? Do you prefer small houses to large ones? All these can indicate where you have lived and been happy and most comfortable in your past lives. You may have been happy in your home in the mountains in a past life, and this may determine why you might feel more peaceful in the mountains in this life. If you feel more comfortable in small houses, you may have been a member of a clan or tribe in a past life that occupied tents, huts, or other small dwellings.

Unfinished Business: Have you had an ambition or drive to do something almost since the day you were born? Did your parents say you started doing this from the day you started to walk or talk? This is an indication of some unfinished business from a previous life. Something may have happened in that life that kept you from succeeding at this occupation you loved the most, and you may have naturally picked up, in this life, where you left off.

Affinity For Travel: Even though you live in one place, do you long to live somewhere else? Do you travel there as often as you can and feel connected to this place for no apparent reason? Did you fall in love with a travel destination before you even got there? Do you dream of moving to some other place in the world even though you’ve never been there and only know if from pictures? It might be that you just like the landscape and the culture, or it just might be that you’ve lived there before in a past life. This place might feel like home because it has been your home before in a past life.

Unexplained Fears: Do you have a terrible phobia about something and you have no idea why? Maybe you fear something like the water but have never had any bad experience in water to cause the problem. So it may be possible that you had a negative experience in water in a past life. Maybe you drowned or maybe someone drowned you.

Unexplained Pain: Thousands of people are plagued with chronic pain, but quite often, the cause of it is not known. But past life researchers now believe that many cases of chronic pain can be traced back to some kind of accident or trauma in a past life. I.E. some who experience strange unexplained neck pain, often find under past life regression hypnosis, that they were hanged or strangled in a previous life.

Birthmarks: Do you have or know someone with a strange or otherwise significant birthmark? Do they strangely resemble scars or wounds? Some individuals with these kinds of birthmarks, with the help of past life regression therapy, have found they were injured or even mortally wounded in a previous life. And their birthmarks in this life will resemble the scar or wound they received in a previous life.

Incidents of Déjà vu: Have you ever gone to a place you know you’ve never been before, but when you get there, it feels strangely familiar? Have you had something happen to you that seems familiar, but you know it’s never happened before? It’s possible it actually has happened or you have been to this place before in a previous life and have suddenly been reminded of it in this life.

Children’s Tales: Have you ever known a small child to tell a fantastic story? Sometimes they tell long, elaborate tales with themselves as the main character. And quite often these stories are about things they couldn’t have possibly experienced in real life. Are these stories just products of an active imagination, or something else? Researchers say that children recall past lives more easily and they lose those memories as they grow older. It’s possible that these stories they tell could be recollections of events that took place in a past life.

Of course there is no real, hard scientific proof that reincarnation is real. But researchers are putting together a huge body of past life cases and there are many consistencies with people who make these claims. But past life regression therapists are reporting amazing results from these recollections of patients under hypnosis. It seems that some problems that plague us in this life can be alleviated by understanding what happened in our past life and what may have caused the problem in the first place. It seems to give patients some closure and a reason why. Once they know the reason they are the way they are, they can move on and find some peace. That alone is worth considering the possibilities. *******DF

Reincarnation - is it real

By TCC Team Member Dorraine Fisher

So You Don’t Believe In Reincarnation?
Consider These Things - The Soul Series Part 3
By TCC Team Member Dorraine Fisher

Over the years, through experience and knowledge, I’ve come to believe in at least the possibility of reincarnation. I’ve had enough strange experiences of the world that I never dismiss something as impossible any more. And I believe it’s folly to say something isn’t possible when “impossible” things happen every day. I DO believe that the mysteries of the universe run far deeper than any of us really imagine. And you may think it’s easier to believe in something like Bigfoot because there is some evidence to suggest they exist, where there’s no proof of reincarnation at all. Right?
Well, let’s examine this a little further.
In parts one and two of this series, I’ve introduced the possibility that our soul is actually an energy force that drives us and makes us who we are; a real, genuine source of energy like any other known to science. And science knows that energy can’t be destroyed. It can only change its form. So if the soul is as I describe, where does it go when we die?
Is it possible that you are a time traveler?
With all this information in mind, suppose you have died. But suppose that it’s just your body that has given out. This other part of you, your soul, this indestructible energy force must now find a new home. It needs a body…and what better body to use than a newborn baby?
But you don’t have to take my word for it.
Dr. Ian Stevenson, Director of the Division of Personality Studies at the University of Virginia has spent many years studying cases of reincarnation in children. And he has documented over 3000 cases in the course of his career. He’s a medical doctor, the former head of the department of psychiatry for the university; and has a spotless reputation. And believers and skeptics alike who are familiar with his work agree that he has the best collection of evidence yet that could prove the validity of reincarnation.
Thousands of children remember details, events, circumstances, and names of people they knew. They can find their way around places with which they couldn’t possibly be familiar unless they had been there. And they remember details about vocations they couldn’t possibly know unless they had worked in that vocation. Some even recall details of a different language if their supposed last life was in a different country. And many experience seemingly mysterious physical pain from an injury or death in the previous life. These experts estimate that 90 percent of physical ailments we have can be attributed to some past life experience.
And experts like Dr.Stevenson claim children have a better chance of remembering a past life while they’re young, like it’s fresher in their minds. But these memories have a tendency to fade as they get older.
But on a more personal level, maybe you’ve had some experience of this and didn’t realize it. Ask yourself these questions:
  1. Do you have an abnormal fear of something that literally consumes you and yet you don’t know where it came from? Could it be you had a terrifying experience in a previous life that may have even claimed your life and now invokes horrible fear as you recall it in this one?
  2. Did your parents claim that you possessed certain significant personality traits from the day you were born?
  3. Do you have certain aches or pains or other physical ailments that no doctor seems to be able to help? I.E. if you were strangled or hanged in a previous life, you may experience neck pain in this one for no apparent reason.
  4. Have you ever had a dream that was historically accurate? Like it correlated with a familiar period in history? Were you wearing clothes from the period? Did you feel like you were really there? Could it be not just a simple dream, but a past life recollection?
  5. Do you feel more comfortable in certain types of terrain? Do you maybe feel more at home in the mountains or by the seaside, when maybe you weren’t necessarily born there? Could it be you had a happy life in one of those places in a former life?
  6. Have you ever met someone that you liked right away and had that feeling like you’ve “known each other forever?” These experts say we find a way to stay close to the same familiar souls in each life. Could it be you really have known this person forever?
  7. Have you ever met someone you hated right away but really couldn’t put your finger on the idea of why? Could it be this person wronged you in some way in a previous life and you, on some level, sense it in this one?
  8. Have you ever seen someone and instantly felt drawn to them by some unseen force you couldn’t explain? Almost like they seemed familiar? Could it be they remind you of someone you’ve known before and even loved in a past life? Could it be that you somehow recognized this as a person you’ve known before?
  9. Have you ever entered a place you’ve never been to before, but somehow it seems familiar? Is it possible you’ve been there in a previous life?
  10. Have you ever found yourself in a situation that gives you that feeling of déjà-vu? Like this has happened to you before, but you know it couldn’t have possibly? But is it possible it may have happened to you this way in a previous life?
  11. Have you ever known a child that seemed frustrated by being a child and having the limitations of being a child? Could it be this person is unknowingly trying to accomplish something that was left unresolved in a previous life?
  12. Do you have emotional issues that you can’t seem to resolve? Are you stuck in your life or confused much of the time? Do you feel you have a mental block about certain aspects of your life. Could it be that these problems were created in a previous life, never resolved, and carried with you into this one?

Grasping the idea of having lived past lives gives an explanation to many things in our lives we can’t

explain. And strangely it takes away the fear of death somewhat because it lets us know that this life

is not the end. There is another after this one. We have another chance. It can change our whole

perspective on life and why we are the way we are. Maybe…just maybe there’s always a reason.

Modern medical science is just beginning to recognize the possibility that many of our problems,

mental and physical, can be healed through past life regression therapy. The act of finding the origin

of our problems in this life by delving into previous ones is proving to be very successful. And

they’re using it more and more. Why?

Could it be because we really have lived before? Hmmm. ******DF

details of his past life as a WWII fighter pilot:

Often times we read or are read children's books about giants but it is done so in a matter that make us think it's all fairy tales and make believe, but there is some good evidence that giants were real.

I would guess the easiest place to read about giants is in the bible:
Deuteronomy chapter 2 Verses 20-21
"20. (That also was accounted a land of giants: giants dwelt therein in old time; and the Ammonites call them Zamzummims;  21. A people great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims; but the LORD destroyed ...."

So where did these giants come from? According to Genesis Chapter 6 verse 4 from the sons of God.
Here is the verse:
"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."

If you are interested in Giants but don't really want to just take the bibles account of them or if you want to see some hard evidence of bones and artifacts then I suggest you head over to genesis6giants.com - there is a wealth of info and pictures.

This theory of the giants (Nephilim) has also made it's way over into the bigfoot world. Some of the early reports from the Dr. Ketchum's bigfoot DNA study have been said to contain some kind of unknown "angel" DNA.

Many people in the bigfoot community have claimed for years now that bigfoot was and is of the Nephilim race, while others totally dismiss this possibility.

So I guess more study is needed on giants and bigfoot to see if the two can be connected in a more widely accepted way.

While digging for artifacts of our past we may just solve a present day mystery.

Thanks
~Tom~

To Believe Or Not
By Dorraine Fisher
I get a kick out of people when they say they don’t believe in Bigfoot, ghosts, or UFO’s. To me it’s just plain silly to say such things. The universe and nature are a mystery. None of us can say for sure what exists. Just because we can’t see something or we don’t have sufficient evidence doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
But I guess if I think about it really hard, I can see why some individuals would choose not to believe such things. After all, it’s pretty scary to imagine an eight-foot-tall hairy monster lurking in the shadows of the forests, or that any of our other deepest fears about the world might actually have a place in reality instead of just our imaginations. Or maybe you just need to see something with your own two eyes to know it’s true. And that’s okay.
I’ve just never felt that way.
There’s is a small group of us that knows strange things exist in this world because we’ve witnessed them first hand. We believe because we know it to be true. And even if we haven’t seen something, we know it’s possible because we believe possibilities.
And of course there are many out there who resist believing in much of anything.
But isn’t it ultimately more fun to believe?  Even if we’ve never seen anything strange, isn’t it more enriching to to our lives to feel sure there are things in this world we may never know so intimately?
As humans, we sometimes have a tendency to think we should be privy to all truth.  But the real truth is we’re not, and we really need to get used to that and maybe learn some acceptance of all those things we may never know.
And then maybe we need to stop being so hard on those who believe differently than we do. We often think we’re the possessors of the real truth, if only others would listen. But truth like so many things is subjective and open to interpretation. We see “the truth” from our own perspective. So it’s very real to us, where it might not be so real to someone else with a different perspective.
So I choose to believe just about everything, simply because it’s more fun. So what if people think I’m crazy. There’s always someone who will.  And that’s okay too.
So yes, I believe in Bigfoot, ghosts, and UFO’s. But I also believe in God, true love, and infinite possibilities.
You got a problem with that?
