This next report comes from Crypto Crew team members Bobby and Corinna Long. The report comes from their home state of Oregon. Once you read the report, there is probably only one creature that could have been doing this, and it sure was not squirrels.

Here is the report.

Thursday, June 28, 2018

This comes from our team in Oregon, Bobby and Corinna Long. Bobby's friend Rocky came to visit and talk about Bigfoot. Later they decided to go on a hike to scout for Bigfoot evidence.

Bobby said:
"We found a lot of sign but on the walk back is when we found 1 large track in the gravel next to the road.  In the photo above is Rocky's size 13 shoe next to the print. So, we are looking at a 16-17 inch foot impression."

This following report comes to us from out of Oregon. It was submitted to TCC team members Bobby and Corinna Long. There was a slight delay in getting the report completed due to the fact the witnesses lost cell phone service and was not able to give all the details. We are happy to inform everyone that we did end up getting the rest of the report a few hours later.

The report comes from Shannon and Gary. The possible tracks was found in Douglas County, Oregon. The nearest town is Glide. Tracks were found around 6:30 in the evening on September the 2nd.
In the picture above that is a men's size 13 shoe next to the track.

Here are more details:

Although this may not seem very interesting to some people, I still wanted to share it. I found this today while out scouting. It has been rained on a few times and is pretty washed out and a little hard to see.

This was the only track, it was about 17-18" long and maybe 6-7" wide.I'm mostly guessing on the size of course. I wear a size 12 which of course the pic didn't take.

I found this in Douglas county Oregon, not too far from our house.

Here is a picture of the track outlined to make it easier to see.

Possible Bigfoot Track
Possible Bigfoot Track

I was up getting some wood on Brushy Butte when my daughter pointed this out. It was the only one left in the gravel pile we were parked near. The size of the boot in the photo is 11 1/2 wides.

Here is another photo of the possible track. The can is a 12oz. pop can flattened for size

Here is a map of the area, there is a lot of forest here.

Area where possible track was found.
Here is a 3D type version of the map.

Elevation: 2565ft
GPS: 43.13412°N, 123.20932°W

Of course, we can not say for certain or confirm for 100 percent that this is a Bigfoot track, but it is rather large and in a somewhat remote area.

Possible Bigfoot Tracks In Oregon

While out researching I found this track line. Could this trackway be a juvenile? I sure thought so. It went up the high bank straight and appeared it jumped up the steepest part. There were also deer tracks in that bank. The tracks were in loose soil, so there is not much detail.

Here is a short video of the photos.

Bigfoot Research in Oregon

The weather was cold and there was snow beginning to fall as you can see in the video.
Oregon

Time 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Near Riddle
I only a glimpse of a black or dark brown figure from the corner of my eye. It was large in size. Only I saw it. Corinna looked at the prints but did not see the figure.
I took a video of the tracks and a tree break but never got to see what made the tracks/impressions. My wife and I were traveling along Middle Creek rd to BLM Road 31-6-17.0 to Council Creek Rd. This is a loop we drive occasionally to keep our spotting skills up to par. We also exercise our dog there.
We were at Gps 42.88308 N, 123,47319 W. Approx. When a large dark figure was moving up a hill to the left of my pick up. I stopped, got out, and got my camera going. I filmed some tracks up the hillside and then pursued them into the brush to find a tree break just in about 30 yards and the break was about 7 feet high. In the video, you will hear me conclude it may have been a black bear but I am not fully convinced it was not a Bigfoot after seeing no claw marks in the toes of the tracks. They are very hard to see anyway (toes).

Possible Bigfoot Wood Knocks and Sounds

The above video was captured by Robert Morehead, it was captured on Friday, Dec. 13th in Medford, Oregon. There are possible wood knocks and some type of vocal sounds. I have attempted to enhance the audio but it is still very hard to hear, mostly due to the airplane going over.

TCC's Display Table at the Corndog Social

This investigation/research/report by TCC Team Members Bobby & Corinna Long
Both are avid outdoors people and good researchers.

On Saturday The Crypto Crew took part in the Corndog Social in Oregon.  Everything went pretty good being the first time TCC took part in the this event.

The Corndog Social - was a  Toy/Coat/food Drive and Acoustic Jam event, it featured performances by Chadd Clark, Stonedham, and several others.

The Crypto Crew set up a small display table which included several track casting and we shared information about our research efforts.
We also sold some shirts, gave away a few items and got the word out that people can submit their bigfoot reports to us without the fear of  ridicule.
While there we also met some New friends and hung out with some great people. There were also a couple talks about bigfoot sightings which we hope the witnesses will officially report to us in the near future.

Overall it was fun and successful!

Bigfoot shakes truck
Mock up photo for the report.

This investigation/research/report by TCC Team Members Bobby & Corinna Long
Both are avid outdoors people and good researchers.

-Start report-
Where: Days Creek area.
When: December 1, 2013
Witnesses: Hayden 21 & Tyler 21
Time: 3:30 am
The two young men had pulled over near a gravel pit to step out, stretch and have a cigarette.
They could hear brush and sticks breaking in their earshot. Then what sounded like a clicking noises kids do with their tongues.
The sounds were moving closer to where they were at.
Hayden described footfall sounds of something very heavy moving towards them.
They got scared and hopped in the pickup.
Tyler swore he heard something tapping on the side of the vehicle. They turned on the lights hoping to get a look at what it was.
They pressed the brakes as well to see if anything was behind in the tail lights.
Then something shook the truck from the rear really hard for a brief moment. They got scared and fled at high rate of speed.

Hayden said they inspected the vehicle for damage or prints and none was found. They never got a look at it but say the clicking noises were not normal animals they have heard and the footfalls were human walk sounding but much more heavy.
The incident start to finish was said 2-5 minutes. Corinna and myself went to the area the next day and investigated the entire area and found no evidence to back up the encounter.
Thanks, Bobby.

North Gazley Road, Myrtle Creek, OR

This investigation/research by TCC Team Members Bobby & Corinna Long
Both are avid outdoors people and good researchers.
This is a report by Bobby & Corinna.

- Start Report -
October 19th 2013 North Gazley Road. GPS 42.98929N, 123.2748W Nearest town(s) Canyonville Or. Just South of area and Myrtle Creek just west of the area.
No creature was seen just heard. 9 a.m. The said creature let out a very large whoop. The encounter was very brief.
Robert York was traveling along North Gazley road while on a deer hunt, as he was going down the road a very loud whoop came from a heavily wooded area. Robert immediately stopped his truck because he had heard similar sounds earlier in the year.
These sounds were concluded to have been possible Bigfoot vocalizations by TCC members Bobby and Corinna Long.
Robert was unable to get anymore responses so he went about his hunt.
- End Report -

TCC's Bobby and Corinna Long were given this information on Sunday October 20th 2013 and on Monday went into the area for a short investigation. The only thing that was found was a makeshift shelter and not really any other evidence.
Our conclusion was that the recent logging activity had pushed the said Bigfoot into an area pressured by hunters and off roaders.
The vocalization was probably a warning to any other of them in the area.
Here are a few photos of the area.
Thank you. Bobby

More evidence of bigfoot
Jackson creek near Tiller,OR

This investigation/Research by TCC Team Members Bobby & Corinna Long
Both are avid outdoors people and good researchers.

Notes From Bobby
Did some research the last couple days near Cover camp in Jackson creek near Tiller, OR.
We Found 3 tracks way up a gully, there's pics below of the one we tried casting.
It was so wet that the plaster is falling apart.
We also got something tearing down trees near the creek while we were crawdad hunting. We were hunting in the dark with a flashlight for crawdads.
We went up and down the road and the nearest campers were over a mile away. We also heard whoops twice but nothing else after.
Lightning caught all the areas around us on fire so we couldn't do follow up pictures today.
Here is the photos of the track casting.

why do some bigfoot stink
why do some bigfoot stink?

By TCC Team Member Dorraine Fisher

The Scent Of A Sasquatch
What’s That Smell All About?
By TCC Team Member  Dorraine Fisher

With the now thousands of bigfoot sighting reports around North America, we can start to see patterns, and also differences in the types of reports in what people see, hear… and also smell.

So what’s that awful smell all about? And why doesn’t everyone who’s had a sighting report an odor when they have their encounter? Some report a smell, and some don’t. Great apes are known to emit an odor when they’re excited or feel threatened. Do sasquatches fall into that category? Is that all there is to it?  There are many and various thoughts on the matter, and each makes sense in its own right. But what’s the real answer? I asked a few experts in the community to try and shed some light on the subject. Like zoologist, Dale Drinnon.

“People do it too. I’ve noticed my body puts out a perfumy smell when I’m around a

woman I like, and a much more sour smell if I feel threatened. It’s more exaggerated in

 apes though.”

“What exactly causes it?” I asked.

“It comes out in the sweat and it’s produced by glands in the skin,” he explained. “A lot

of what people smell [during an encounter with sasquatch] is actually due to feces clinging to the

body hair. That can be fairly fresh or old and stale depending on how long it’s been there.”

“But the curious thing is that many report an almost skunk-like odor,” I said.

“That's sulfurous fumes and they can come from the large intestine,” he answered.

“The smell resembles a wet animal with a skunky type of odor, but most folks describe it much worse,” says Crypto Crew researcher, Bobby Long. “My garbage cans outside are much worse.”  Bobby lives and tracks sasquatches in Oregon, a drier, more mountainous state, which brings me to the next theory.

Leon Drew, a bigfoot researcher from Colorado believes it may be a regional thing.

“I think the odor has to do with humidity and temperature.  My encounter had no odor at 30 feet of distance. I theorize that the Sasquatch odor is tied to sweat and perceived danger. I feel in the dry mountain areas the odor is less than, say, Washington State and the Swamp Ape in the Southeast,” he told me.

“Have you ever smelled one during your research?”

“I think I smelled one earlier this year when we were scouting for camping area. It was a skunk-musk-like smell and it moved as we moved.”

And these theories explain it to some degree, but other interviewees suggested that maybe a sasquatch can create this smell at will. There are many animals that have the ability to do this and why should a sasquatch not also have this skill? Certain snakes like copperheads and pythons do it. Foxes, hyenas, and wolverines also. Some use it as a defense mechanism, like stinkbugs and skunks, while others seem to just emit an odor when they’re agitated or stressed.

But there was still a curious element left here to ponder. How do we explain the skunk-like element to the smell? Is that significant? Or just some kind of coincidence?

This brings me to the last theory and the most interesting one I’ve heard posed yet that came from JC Johnson, a cryptid investigator with the organization, Crypto Four Corners, in the Four Corners Region of New Mexico. And he has the video footage to back up his idea.

“It’s just my observations,” he said when he attempted to explain why he’s come to these conclusions.  The video chronicles an investigation in which a supposed sasquatch extracted a skunk from a drain pipe. In what seemed to be quite a desperate attempt, the creature punched a hole in what appeared to be a fiberglass or plastic drain pipe to extract the animal from its hiding place. The body of a skunk had been found nearby earlier that day with only the scent sack removed, which prompted the investigation of this local resident farm. JC gleaned from the information collected on that investigation, and from others, that sasquatches may harvest skunk scent glands in order to mask the smell of their young, and deter any predators.

That would certainly do it. Everyone knows that a skunk killed on the road is rarely eaten by anything, including the crows and buzzards. And humans and other animals usually just try to get away from it. So why would a sasquatch want to kill one and work so hard to get the job done?

“We have reason to believe that jaguars are back in this area again and may be threatening the young of the local wildlife population,” JC explained.

This event took place in a semi-rural area where human presence is prevalent and they believe jaguars are now prowling. When new animals migrate and introduce themselves to a new area, it always creates new problems for the wildlife that’s already there. In this case, sasquatches.

So if we put all the pieces together, it all makes sense. There could be many factors that determine the smell in so many sightings reports.  Maybe it’s one of them; maybe it’s all of them. But JC also added that if you suspect sasquatch activity in your area and there are large predators there also, you might add checking the local skunk population to your research agenda. And maybe we can all help put the pieces together in this.

But watch the video and see what you think. *******DF

Juvenile bigfoot track casting
Casting the possible juvenile track

Possible Juvenile Bigfoot Tracks

The Crypto Crew's Bobby and Corinna Long find what may be juvenile bigfoot tracks near a creek. The tracks are not very long but they seem wide and made a pretty deep impression. Found near Myrtle Creek, OR
This find is not far from Robert York's howl incident and this area in general has had many sightings and track finds.
Here is a video of the tracks and casting.

This investigation by TCC Team Members Bobby & Corinna Long
Both are avid outdoors people and good researchers.

While out doing research we found some tracks that might have been made by bigfoot.
It was pouring the rain so we could not cast them.

While the track is somewhat inconclusive it is rather large. The track made a fairly deep impression as well. They could have been made by a human or maybe a bigfoot.
Track Size 14" long by 5" wide.

Thanks

[Sighting Report and Interview conducted by TCC's Bobby & Corinna Long]

Sighting Report

Late Summer, early Fall. 1971
Azalea, Oregon
4 P.M. or close on a Saturday. The weather was mild.

Two young men were hunting quail or grouse, whichever they could find at the time, when they noticed a smell that was described as skunk and rotting cabbage combined. They scanned the hillside because of the smell and seen nothing but normal things.
At that time a large Bigfoot/Sasquatch stood up from behind a three foot wide stump! They were frozen in fear as the creature tore up the hillside at a pace no human nor bear could have possibly gone. According to the main witness there was a minute of visual of the creature before it disappeared into the woods.
Every step it took footfalls were heard. Then stated he could hear it for several minutes after it was out of sight thrashing, breaking trees and brush down in its way. He described the creature as a 9 foot tall and as wide as the stump it was hiding behind (3 feet), dark brown or black hair not fur. He thought it was going to the farm/beaver pond for a drink or for food. Abundant with trout and other species for food.
He also stated that calves and chickens had been taken without a trace. One cow had been killed but was found before anything had fed on it.

Bill has never returned to that area, nor would he leave the house without a rifle in hand just in case. He no longer resides in there.
No tracks or photos available.
Elevation 2062
GPS 42.82579N. 123.05904W.
