Bigfoot Research & Game Cam Pick-Up

This is just a short post and video of my short adventure this morning. It was a very nice morning and the temperature was great for getting out in the woods.

The agenda was to pick up a game camera and explore the area a little.

Here is a short video followed by some commentary and an image.

Back to Bigfooting!

I finally got a chance to get back out in the mountains. Going to the mountains is very relaxing to me, it helps keep me centered. I head out to one of my bigfoot areas and exchange some game cams. This is an area I have researched for many years. Over the years it has produced many interesting findings and experiences for me.

For this little trip, I take you along for the outing. Hope you enjoy the short video.

In The Woods!

Well, we finally got a small break from all the rain and the temperatures came up some. I figured it would be a good day to go In The Woods!

I set out to one of my research areas to set up a couple of game cameras and scout out the area. I had not been in this area in several months, other than a very brief look around back on a snowy day. I wanted to see how the area had changed as there had been some flooding in our area. I also wanted to look for tracks and stick formations.

While in the area I make a few discoveries and talk on several topics that I think some will find interesting. I offer some tips for setting game cams, talk about the young boy who was killed in an animal attack, and address my weight loss for those who have had some concerns about it. And on top of all of that, you get to see some beautiful mountains.

Here is the video, I hope you enjoy it.

Video: Black Bears Throwing Paws

I recently went out and picked up my game camera. It has been out for around 2 months. There were several interesting captures on the camera. Some of which I am still looking over.

There was this series of videos of 2 black bears fighting. I found it rather interesting and it is something you don't see every day, so I wanted to share the videos.

Check it out.

So, today the internet is a buzzing about a possible bigfoot picture that was captured on a game camera. The picture reportedly was taken in Georgia after something tore the game camera off the tree. You can only see part of what many think is a face of a young bigfoot. It is my understanding, from looking at the image and the back story, that the game cam is on the ground and this figure is looking down at it.

While the bigfoot community is buzzing about this image and with opinions being split and frankly all over the place, I thought I would attempt to answer the question of just what this is...or isn't.

Bigfoot Research June/July 2019

Okay, after a short setback, I was able to get back in the woods. This is just a short research video that took place over two days at the end of June and the first of July.

These are two different areas both of which have had bigfoot activity in them in the past. Areas where I have found numerous bigfoot tracks and stick formations. While there was nothing amazing captured on video, this time, it was a couple of good days out in the woods. This video will let you get a pretty good look at some of our squatchin' areas.

Up for discussion today is yet another mystery game camera picture. Once again I can't remember where I found this image and I have no idea who to credit.

What I do remember, or at least I think I do, is that the picture was taken in Florida. The trees in the background look like something you might see in the sunshine state.

I seen where some people say this is a bigfoot or skunk ape, as it is know in Florida, while others say it is just a dog.

I have zoomed in and adjusted the lighting on the figure in question.

Bigfoot Caught Raiding Chicken Coop?

Okay, so this is another one of them stories and pictures that I don't know who to credit. The above image and another image, shown below, were posted on Facebook. I do not remember who posted it or in what group it was posted.

I did ask some questions about it and this is what I was told:

Bigfoot Research May 2019

Okay, so due to a death in the family, followed by sickness and a gout attack, I have been pretty much anchored at home for the last month or more. Well, after finally feeling better I thought I would head out to one of my research areas and pick up a game camera I set out back in the first week of February.

I wanted to use this outing to check out my foot, as it is still having some pain issues from the gout attack. I also wanted to see if I would be okay in the mountains after having a bout with some kind of allergy sickness that has had me down for a couple weeks.

Game Cam Captures (Sept-Oct)

Here is a short video of our game cam captures from about the middle of September until about the middle of October. During this time two game cams were attacked by a black bear. The camera captures most of this but due to some cheap SD cards, many of the video files were corrupt and would not play.  If I remember correctly there were 100 videos in all but only about 19 of them would actually play. I did try some software that is supposed to fix them but it failed on all but one video.

While there are not any bigfoot in these images, it still gives us a glimpse at some wonderful wildlife in our research area.

Check out the video.

Bigfoot and Game Cams - Field Research

My day started pretty early this morning. I headed out to retrieve my game cameras from Area 1. The plan was to pick up the cams and then return home to see what was actually on the cameras and then head back out to another location. So, this was to be a quick in and out on the retrieval.

I documented the retrieval process and inserted the game cam captures in the video. One major bummer was that the Browning game cam malfunctioned and most of the videos were corrupted and were not viewable.  I actually have software that attempts to save the video, but it didn't work on the videos.

In any case, here is the short video of the retrieval and game cam captures.

A large Cardinal stops in front of the game camera. Year date is off.

Game Camera Captures for 2017

One of the many techniques many of us use in the quest to capture bigfoot evidence is the deployment of game cameras. The hope of course is to catch an image or video of Bigfoot but that is a pretty tough task. One thing that makes this difficult is the sheer volume of forest one needs to cover and the limited view range of game cameras. It is basically like looking for a needle in a haystack.
But all is not lost. Game cameras are still an important tool in the field of bigfoot research. The use of game cameras will let us know what kind of animals are in the area. This is needful information as it lets us understand if the area can sustain large animals. If we know what animals are in the area, it can help us identify possible dangers and evidence.

So, I think it is a good idea for us to share some of this year's game camera captures. Most things captured are easily recognizable but there are a couple that I don't know what they are, maybe you can identify them.

Here is a short video followed by some more commentary.

Still Frame from the video.
For many of us the idea of a bigfoot type of creature existing in Australia is not a very big leap. I know that bigfoot is very much a real creature here in North America, so I find it very plausible that the Yowie is also a real creature.

The Yowie is hominid that is said to live in the Australian wilderness. It is often compared to bigfoot, sasquatch and yeti. The Yowie is often described as being hairy, standing upright, and reaching heights of 6 foot to 12 foot tall. It is said to have a large flat type of nose and large feet. Reports about the yowies behavior ranges from timid and shy to very aggressive. Again, this is something we hear very often about bigfoot behavior.

The possible game camera footage of a Yowie was taken in the Forest Queensland Australia. The south east region of Queensland has had more reported sightings of Yowie than anywhere else in Australia. While many seem to always discredit or ignore sightings report, it should be noted that a former Queensland senator,Bill O'Chee, reported about seeing a Yowie while on a school trip to Springbrook.

My Crypto World - Can Bigfoot "Zap" Game Cameras?

In this episode, I discuss some of the theories about game cameras and why it has proven so difficult to capture an image of bigfoot. One theory is that bigfoot can "zap" a game cam and cause it to malfunction. In this episode, I also talk about some local news of a man who is booby-trapping game cams in my area.

I hope you enjoy this episode.

Bigfoot Research Area - Return for Game Cams and More

I recently returned to my bigfoot research area to collect some games cameras I placed out about one month ago. This area has, in years gone by, been an active area not only for bigfoot but numerous other animals. But in the last year or so the activity has seemed to have died down. Now, with fall quickly approaching, I wanted to try out some game cameras in the area to see if any activity had returned to the area.

What follows is a video of my return trip to retrieve the previously set cameras and then another video of what was captured on the game cameras. I try very hard to be honest and transparent with my bigfoot research, even though, parts of it may seem very boring to many.

I did have a very memorable close encounter with a doe and a fawn on my trip to collect my cameras. For me, it was nothing short of amazing and something that truly does not happen every day. I think you will find my doe encounter and what I have to say about it, interesting in how it pertains to bigfoot.

Here is the video collecting the game cameras.

Bigfoot Field Research & Game Cams (5/14/16)

We finally got a little break from all the rain and I go check out my bigfoot research area and set up some game cameras. I was wearing some new hiking boots and they were hurting my feet, so I cut the overall trip a little short. I revisit the area where I found and documented a stick formation for nearly three years. I also return to the area where I got the game cam picture of Bigfoot.

Here is the video.

Some deer in one of my bigfoot research areas.

Game Camera - What is it?

Today, I returned to one of my research areas to retrieve my game cameras. I set these out on the 8th of December. I have been a bit under the weather but I really needed to get out and get the game cams, so today I did it. It was very cold, everything frozen, and a little snow on the ground here and there.

I scanned through the game cam videos and did manage to catch a lot of different animals. But one video had something in the background that moves as the deer in the foreground moves. I have no idea what it is but attempted to zoom in on it during the video below.

Here is the video.

Bigfoot Research - Return for Game Cams

I recently returned to the area I call Area 1, to pick up my game cameras. The cams had been out for about 30-40 days. This is the area where I know Bigfoot come to or passes through from time to time. This is also the area of the game cam picture I got of a Bigfoot back a couple years ago. I have found numerous tracks and stick formations in this area as well.

I know some may not like this type of post or the video below. They had rather have some overzealous story with a picture of a stump and the claims of it being a Bigfoot. But for those who are interested in the reality of Bigfoot research, I present the following video.

Game Cam Images from Area 1

I know this may not be a very exciting post but knowing what animals are in an area can help us decide if the area is capable of supporting a Bigfoot. I know this area I call "Area 1" has plenty of fresh water and an ample food supply.

So I thought I would share a short video of some of the animals I captured on this last setup of the game camera.

Here is the short video.
