Finally a update on the Shooting Bigfoot movie - Looks like some screening dates are now set up for April 30th, May 1st and May 3rd.
Here is what is said about the film:

- So one must ask themselves does this sound like a movie about killing a bigfoot? Does this sound like some kind of ground breaking discovery?  Or does it seem like the people they filmed was 1. made light of and 2. used to make fun of  Bigfoot believers and the bigfoot community.

For the last couple of weeks, as the story and details seemed to change, I was really starting to doubt this whole story, well now, unless the write up about the movie is just misleading, this all appears to be a hoax and a marketing scheme.

At one point I was about 85-90 percent sure there was a dead bigfoot body but some of the details started to change over the last couple of weeks and now the movie is being labeled as "A humorous look at perception gone off the rails", I can only think it was a farce from the start and I would now give it a less than 10 percent chance of there being a real dead bigfoot body.

In the end I would like to believe there is a bigfoot body but at this point it just don't seem plausible. I would really have to see some hard evidence to sway me back the other way and then I would be skeptical.

It's seems disappointment is the norm in the bigfoot community and it appears there is a lot of players in the latest event. I can only assume there will be more bashing back and forth between various groups, as it seems that is when they are the happiest.

I have followed the story a long time now, I've tried to give everyone a fair shake and keep everyone updated, I've not bashed on others even though I have been lied about and bashed myself.
I guess it will be an interesting few weeks as this event finally comes to an end.

Still Frame from Todd Standings video

I thought  I'd give a little update about Todd Standing. The above photo is a still frame grab from one of Todd's videos. There is other close up face shots of reported bigfoot in some of Todd's videos, while most people have dismissed the face shots as being fake, the part of the video where you seen this creature, in the photo above, duck down is pretty interesting but not without some controversy. The controversy comes from Todd's sister from what I've heard, that she claims it was all fake, but in any case I have zoomed in on the figure and you can make up your own mind about it.


As for the face shots from Todd, I personally think they are not real, but with that said I do think Todd has had some real sightings and encounters. Todd is still somewhat of a controversial person in the bigfoot community but I have found him to be rather nice and not seen him bash on anyone.

So where is Todd now? Well, over the last year or so it has been kind of quiet for Todd. The only thing I have really seen him on is the Finding Bigfoot show and that didn't go very well. The whole story about what went down on the show goes much deeper than what was shown, I have been told about some of it and it wasn't good. If Todd would like to make it public record he is welcome to contact me.

Todd is currently working here in the United States with Albert Fuhs. Albert had seen Todd on the Finding Bigfoot TV show and felt like Todd had some real encounters, Albert started trying to contact Todd. So the two finally got together and are currently recording and researching in Albert's area.
I know Albert a little and have found some of his videos and photos to be very good and he seems like a very nice guy.

From what I understand Albert, Todd and another more famous person, that I will not name, are working on a documentary film in this area. I do not know when it will be released but I will try to keep everyone posted. They are using some of the best HD cameras available from what I am told and that the footage will be ground breaking. It has already been a lengthy process from my understanding but that their methods are working and they are getting closer to the bigfoots.

It is my understanding that Albert has been researching this area for some time now but he had limited time and equipment, now with Todd's involvement he has much better equipment and some help.
Over time Albert has been able to get closer to these bigfoot and now with Todd in the mix they hope to produce some of the very best bigfoot video footage ever seen.

I really feel like Albert has an outstanding area for research and look forward to what him and Todd produce. I wish them the best of luck in their quest.

These possible bigfoot track were found in Maine a few days ago. These pictures were sent to us by a person who wants to remain anonymous, so we will just call him Jim. His real name is on record and we are following up on his report.

Here is what Jim told us about the tracks:

"I'm staying in Maine about a mile from the Sunday River ski resort. The property I'm staying at is on the edge of dense woods that go back about 75 yards to a river then the other side of the river is a mountain.
I was wondering along the river with my dad when we came across what seemed to be a game trail. We saw what we believed to be beer tracks along with deer or possibly a moose. We then came across tracks that I can not explain I took 17 photos of the tracks and would love to share them. I could only think of one explanation and that would be bigfoot."

Jim did in fact send us all 17 photos. I ask Jim how large the tracks were and here is his reply:

"13 or 14 inches,  I can not say that the pics are clearly of bigfoot tracks but I just do not believe they are of boots because of the shape. For comparison I took pics of my own boot tracks and their shape. I wear a size 13 boot, and have some large winter boots.
They seem to still be smaller in width and length of the prints. I also found that loading the pics onto a computer and playing with the photo contrast brought out more features of the prints."



We can agree with Jim about the shape of the tracks, they don't seem to have the same appearance as a boot.
We are continuing to investigate this new report and hope to have more information soon.

This movie dives into the phenomenon of SUNDS (Sudden Unexplained Nocturnal Death Syndrome), which many blame on Shadow People. The movie stars Dallas Roberts from the AMC hit TV show The Walking Dead. Mr. Roberts plays the part of a somewhat down on his luck radio personality just hoping to keep his show on the air. What he gets is a life changing call from a young man named Jeff, who talks about seeing "Shadow People".  Once Charlie Crowe, Roberts character, gets his mind opened to the shadow people and more mysterious deaths occur, a spooky glimpse into the unseen world takes place. The plot thickens again once a CDC agent joins the hunt for a cause of death.

As the movie progresses, Charlie becomes more frazzled and fearful of the shadow people. I found this movie very entertaining and it does a good job creating a creepy atmosphere. According to the storyline Shadow People is based on true events that took place in my corner of the world, Eastern Kentucky. The movie does a excellent job of blending in News footage and what appears to be real world interviews with the real people involved.

While this movie may not appeal to everyone, it does a fine job of  with the subject material. I would suggest you give it a view if you're looking for a creepy supernatural thriller base on some true events.

Watching this movie it brought back a childhood memory of something my dad told. I was about 10-12 years old and early one morning I heard my dad tell my mother how a large dark shadow had came over top of him during the night while sleeping. How it felt like he was smothering and how he said "oh Lord, please No" and the Dark Shadow moved on through the room. He called it "A Death Angle" and later that morning we seen an ambulance at our neighbors house and later found out their
new born, healthy baby had passed away. This was in the same direction the death angle had gone.

So in closing I would just like to say the movie is well done all the way around and well worth watching.
So are Shadow People real? Watch the movie before you answer.

A few of days ago I got an email from Dr. Chilton (Not sure if that is the real name) about an experience at Loyd Hall Plantation in Louisiana.  Loyd Hall , for those who don't know, has a history of being haunted and was featured on American's most haunted show. Some of you might remember one part of the show where they show the hardwood floors and the floors still have a large blood stain on them, well this is that place.

Here is Dr. Chilton's account:

My sister and I stay  frequently at an old plantation home in Louisiana. On one occasion, when our room was in an upstairs portion of the main house, I was awakened very early in the morning by someone pushing on my shoulder and asking in a child's voice for her "crinoline???"'. I  later asked the housekeeper at breakfast whose room I was staying in, and she said that it had originally ( during the Civil War) been the governess' room....connected to the bedroom of the 2 young girls in the family.....I found out that a "crinoline" was a girl's petticoat in the 1800's.....someone needed help getting dressed that morning!!  Also that night I also heard a man's voice telling the little girl to "let the lady sleep: come with me and leave her alone."

Photo take Tater hill, South Myrtle rd.  Near Myrtle Creek/Days Creek OR. of what appears to be a very large foot track.

The photo may be inconclusive but if you take in the other accounts that are coming from this general area, it could very well be a bigfoot track way.

I think this is the video I had heard about but never seen of 2 bigfoots fighting. What appears to be a dark sasquatch and a white sasquatch do some pushing on one another.


I would like to get the raw video file of this, it could be some very compelling footage.
MK Davis does a good job but anytime you film a video screen it loses a lot of the quality.

I didn't really know much about this movie but after reading the back of the case I thought it sounded like it could be good. Here is the basic plotline:  A documentary film crew hears of a hunters claims of having the body of a dead sasquatch, so they get in contact with him and meet up to see the body. All the while filming and documenting every step of the adventure expecting to expose it all as a hoax.

At the first of the movie it has a real Blair Witch type feeling to it, with the first person filming, but after the movie gets going a little and the group gets into the woods the camcorder effect is much less and makes the movie more watchable.
The acting is better than average and the mountain scenery is beautiful, it was filmed in an area of Northern California. There are some good line exchanges between the "believers" and "skeptics" during the film about the real world bigfoot film by Roger Patterson, which adds to the films content and is a plus in my opinion.

As the movie moves along there is a good build up of mystery after some events happen at the cabin, but sadly the movie takes a major nose dive in the last quarter of the film. I don't want to give away too much, but after finishing the movie I felt like the film makers really missed a big opportunity at having something truly special with the film by blowing the ending.  It's the last 20-30 minutes of the movie that really brings it down, in my opinion, as it turns into a typical blood and guts horror movie. Still the trip of the skeptics to believers is a enjoyable ride.

The only other real problem I had with the movie was that you never really see bigfoot, only some faint outlines or maybe a quick foot shot, Another lost opportunity.

All in all I enjoyed the film but would love to go back and rewrite the last 30 minutes of it. This is one of the better bigfoot films and should be watched by the bigfoot community.

Near where this encounter happened

This is a personal encounter by Bobby.




This is a very personal and sensitive encounter as told to us by Bobby. This took place when Bobby was very young, somewhere around 5 to 7 years old. It took a lot of courage to finally tell about this experience.

Here is what Bobby told us:

"I  was just a little guy about 5 to 7 years old and I was put on point for a deer hunt in Oregon.
The area was Skookum pond near Tiller, Oregon.
I was very young at the time and knew no wrong, I had set up at point above where the adults would flush out the deer for me to take a shot at. I sat against a huge fir tree and remained silenced for what seemed to be hours, in the calmness and tranquility of it all,  a very large naked but very hairy man stepped out to me and shushed me for talking to myself.
I became so scared that I ran all the way back to our camp. My stepfather believed me! The other hunters laughed at me. "They are out there" I said!.."

Bobby went on to tell us that until now no one knew about this story other than him, his Wife and those who were there that day. All the people have now passed away other than Bobby and his wife Corinna.

Bobby and Corinna go to this same area, now years later, and the area still has bigfoot activity.

Can you imagine being that young and having a large, naked, harry man step out on you in the forest, it had to be terrifying. It's no wonder Bobby has kept this story to himself. I totally understand the sensitive nature about this sighting. I thank Bobby for finally telling of this life changing encounter.

Finding bigfoot - really?

This is a Special Guest Post by Elephant Sac.
ES works for peanuts and has odd opinions and insight about many things.
He is somewhat humorous so we give him space sometimes.


Well, first let me thank the crypto crew for allow me another chance at posting my thoughts about bigfoot stuff. I don't post often but sometimes it's better than driving a nail in my eye....or playing soccer with them kids .....just sayin'

Well tonight I was watching Finding bigfoot ....you know that show should be renamed to "we are never going to find bigfoot"  .... is this show just some kind of mean joke or what? First it starts off with a go kart video of some slim Jim looking dudes who capture a "bigfoot" walking in the woods...bigfoot was just coming around hoping for a ride on the go kart...maybe bigfoot needed a lift to Wendy's for a hot and juicy worm burger ...but any ways ......after NOT thoroughly debunking the brown jacket wearing ,go kart stalking bigfoot ..the show moved on ....everybody and their 2 day old cousin started seeing "eye shine" in the forest ....well everyone but the viewing audience watching the show ...then an amazing Tree knock is heard ...but only by the finding bigfoot cast ....they are part Dolphin or something and have above super hearing or something ....I almost blew out my windows trying to hear that knock..I turned up my surround  sound to 11,  ...but sadly elephants don't have super hearing or something ...because I couldn't hear the tree knock ... Then it was on to a NEW idea ..."lets use whale sounds to lure out bigfoot" ..who knows maybe bigfoot is a Moby Dick fan ....and of course this worked about as good as airing up your car tires with a nail gun.
Finally the torture ended and the show went off....I was so glad to just view another program I could have even watched MSNBC ....ugh.

Here is the possible and maybe just a rumored but upcoming show of "Finding Bigfoot"

The Experts at finding bigfoot are going to use .....wait for it ......wait for ...in involves a Walrus ....wait ...Yes ....they are going to sound blast sounds of  walrus's Farts on top of the mountains in a effort to bring the bigfoot out in the open ..... I had no idea bigfoot love the sounds of walrus farts....
well anywho .....I have obtained an exclusive sneak peak of Pat the walrus ...ahh I mean Pat the farting walrus ....and here is a photo and a sample fart...



Pat the walrus has spent years developing his body flute (he once trained with monks in Thailand) and just waiting for his big moment ...and it is finally here ... thanks to the fart listening experts at Finding Bigfoot ...Pat finally gets a big break to break big wind!

But wait that is not all ....in one of the rumored upcoming shows of Finding Bigfoot ...Rene gets naked (ugh) and rolls in peanut butter and puts on ear rings made of bacon in a effort to (a) attract a bigfoot or (b) a date ....not sure about that ...sorry.
Cliff gets a new toy to play with on the show....this is a new technique that the cast came up with...it seems that if you make a lot of fake bigfoot tracks other real bigfoot will come to the area....who knew?

Here is what it looks like...that may be Cliff's leg ...I think he shaves them ...but I don't know

So I guess you want to know where ol Moneymaker and Dumbo...I mean  BOBO are ...well It is rumored Matt is still on the phone with Rick Dyer ...why you ask ...well he is trying to get Rick to round up some of them homeless people ..you know they see bigfoot all the time at True Value hardware.....and a box of ribs and help them find bigfoot....I think the plan is to strap some ribs to a dude and let him run through the woods screaming "FREE RIBS, FREE RIBS".... while Dyer shoots a gun randomly in all directions....and Moneymaker uses the Therm ... ...but I don't know .....Dum..ah Bobo ...is just waiting on the ribs ...he likes to eat ...and he will be standing there with rib sauce dipping off his face...should be funny....he reminds me of that Fat guy on Austin Powers...you know the one who wanted to eat a baby.  

well there you have it ....looks like some more exciting times coming up on Finding Bigfoot .......I think I'll take up painting ... or maybe that gig with Bugs Bunny is open ....I can still throw a baseball.
