I recently got a UFO sighting report from a person I will only call Hal. The event took place in Dugway, Utah. Dugway is in southeastern Tooele County.
The town is located inside the United States Army's giant testing facility, Dugway Proving Ground, making it a closed city, as the only roads leading to the town pass through military checkpoints at the boundaries of the base. Non-resident civilians must request advance authorization to enter the town.
What follows is the initial report as it was submitted to me and my follow up questions.
In case you missed it, there is a video that is getting a lot of attention of what some think could be a bigfoot in a corn field. The back story in a nutshell is that this young girl was using her iPad to film the beautiful sky while her mother drove somewhere. You can hear the little girl talk about how pretty the sky is and then as they are driving along, a figure is seen moving into a corn field. The little girl shouts "What was that?"
This reportedly was shot in Provo, Utah, which has been home to several possible bigfoot videos over the years, is it a hot spot or is it a hoax spot? This video is interesting but sadly the video is not good enough to make a clear judgement based on the visual content of the moving picture. So, we have to take aspects of the video and attempt to gain more knowledge about the figure.
Strange Lights Seen Over The Western Sky Wednesday Night
Space Junk???

At around 9:30 Wednesday night, July 27, 2016, residents of states like Nevada, Utah, reported on social media about seeing a strange meteor shower or lights streaking across the sky overhead. Many took video, but none were sure what they were seeing.
Many first heard one expert say the spectacle was nothing more than debris from a Chinese rocket launch that took place on June 25 that was believed to have returned to the earth’s atmosphere and was likely traveling around earth at a high rate of speed; around 18,000 mph. But others weren’t so sure.
The 45-year director of Griffith Observatory, Ed Krupp, made another claim.
"Anytime you have a report of a luminous object, it's a fair bet it's a natural event. It's likely space debris or a meteor produced by interplanetary debris."
And today, “space junk” is the prevailing theory, although we at the Crypto Crew can think of many different spins on the story about what it might be. But we’ll let you decide.

Bear Lake monster
The Legend of the Bear Lake monster comes from, you guessed it, Bear Lake. Bear Lake sit close to the Utah - Idaho Border. According to an article from 1868, by Joseph C. Rice, the local Indians called this creature "water devil" but once the white settlers had seen the creature it became known as the Bear Lake Monster. Later on Rice would admit he made up the original sightings. Lets call him an old school hoaxer.
But wait, that is not the end of the story, there continued to be reports of this lake monster. In 1937 a report came from a 4 year old boy about seeing the lake monster and then in 1946 a Boy Scout leader reported seeing the creature. The strangest report comes from 1907, when 2 men claimed to have seen the creature attack and kill one of their horses. It also appears that there are sighting reports from different areas of Utah, leading to the theory that the lakes might be connected by underground water channels.
There are also a few more recent reports of people claiming to have seen something strange in Bear Lake. In 2002, business owner Brian Hirsch claimed to have seen the creature.
Over the years the legend and folklore of Bear Lake Monster has continued to grow and has become a tourist attraction. There is a scenic boat tour that takes you out on the lake and talks about the monster. The legend grew even more when the Bear Lake monster was featured on Animal Plants Lost Tapes and SyFy's Haunted Highway season 1.
The description of the creature does vary, some describe it as crocodile like while others say it's kind of like a walrus without the tusk. Most reports do state that the creature can swim very fast and is very large, at least 90 feet long. The creature has been described as dark green with red eyes.
In 2011, the follow video was uploaded to youtube - is it just an effort to get more info or just to keep the legend alive, you can decide for yourself.

Our family traveled up to Montana for vacation. At a gas station stop, My brother got out to stretch. Suddenly, a literal freak of nature appeared from nearby bushes. A snake-like creature with long extra sets of tails around its torso. A forked tongue with three barbs in place of two. Back legs and a huge mouth. It appeared out, hissed, and scurried back to the brush. His friend saw a similar creature a few months later a few miles down south.

This photo surfaced a few days ago over on the BFRO Fourms , a link to the pictures was posted up by the user Hubkapp1. This is supposedly a picture of a bigfoot taken in Price,Utah. It was in a story done by Ogden Standard Examiner back in 2009. I did a quick search of the website (Here) but could not find the story. I do not know the back story or much about the photo. Most are just dismissing it as a total fake. It does appear very large and bulky,could have shoulder pads on.
Here is a zoom in on the creature
It appears pretty big, there are some things I like about the photo and a couple of things I don't. If anyone has more info about the origin of this picture feel free to contact me.

A man spotted dressed in a goat suit among a herd of wild goats in the mountains of northern Utah has wildlife officials worried he could be in danger as hunting season approaches.
The man appeared to be acting like a goat while wearing the crudely made costume, which had fake horns and a cloth mask with cut-out eye holes.
