I recently got a UFO sighting report from a person I will only call Hal. The event took place in Dugway, Utah. Dugway is in southeastern Tooele County.
The town is located inside the United States Army's giant testing facility, Dugway Proving Ground, making it a closed city, as the only roads leading to the town pass through military checkpoints at the boundaries of the base. Non-resident civilians must request advance authorization to enter the town.
What follows is the initial report as it was submitted to me and my follow up questions.

Hal: Hi, I was an Army GI at Dugway, Utah in 2002. One night, a large super-bright light came at 9 of us in a motor pool.
We scattered, as it approached. Our electronics died-watches, F-Lights, and bldgs. It seemed to be searching... What we could only guess, a few min and it sped silently South, At over a mile a second.
TM: What was the size of the object? Did it have any color? Was there any vibration?
Hal: About 75-100' disc, silent. Felt some heat from it. Had a light shining down as if looking for...? Us maybe, specimens?

I know this is very brief but it does have a good amount of detail. I wanted to share it just in case anyone else had a similar sighting in this area around that year. I know I personally seen something similar many years ago then moved through the sky totally silent.
Could this have been some type of military craft? I don't know but if anyone else has seen something similar, then please let us know.
