I recently got a first hand story from a witness that falls right in line with what we think we know about Bigfoot behavior.
I went to a church function on Saturday, a fish fry, and was standing outside talking to a few people. Then it was just me and another gentlemen, I will not use his name, and we got to talking about ginseng hunting. This led to talking about seeing cougars, bears and wolves in our area. They, the Fish and Wildlife people, tell us we don't have cougars, but I have seen one and found tracks. They also told us, for a long time, that we didn't have bears but now you see them all over the place.
Anyways, this fellow ask me if I was still researching Bigfoot and of course I told him I was. I didn't know how he felt about the subject but I was about to find out. He told me the following story that happened to him.
I got the following report submitted a couple of weeks ago. According to the report, there was some good evidence collected after a sighting. But that is not all, there were some other strange events that took place you can read about.
Today we present another fairy sighting that was submitted to us. This one takes place in Pennsylvania and inside of the person's home. We may often think of fairies as only living in the forest away from every thing, but that may not be totally true.
While fairies may be considered mythical or just folklore there is a long history of sightings and reports. Even in our modern times, reports of people encountering fairies continue to surface.
Today, we are sharing one such report that took place in Kentucky.
I got the following report and photos of what is said to be a fairy from John. John seems to capture many weird things. If you recall, he sent us the report of a port opening up in the sky a few months ago.
Before we get into this story, we probably need to explain a couple of things. An estuary is a partially enclosed coastal body of brackish water with one or more rivers or streams flowing into it, and with a free connection to the open sea. Estuaries form a transition zone between river environments and maritime environments. These photos were reportedly taken at Teign Estuary in England.
A fairy is a mythical being of folklore and romance usually having diminutive human form and magic powers.
While researching for this series of posts on white and light colored bigfoot and sasquatch, I found the lack of good data collection very interesting.
There are many older reports out there that are lacking in some of the basic facts. I won't go too deep into that. However, there are many reports out there where not even the color of the figure is given. Even on close up encounters, not much is said of facial features, hair on the head and face, color of eyes or skin.
Which makes this post a little harder. Discussing the color of the skin.
If you are involved in the bigfoot phenomena, you would be hard-pressed not to know who "Patty" is. Or Roger Patterson. Or Bob Gimlin. Those three names, that film footage is considered by many to be the rock on which we base our research.
Or should we?
There is no denying that the Patterson Film is remarkable footage. And that the images of Patty are awe-inspiring. But are we letting those items color our views of research being done in the field today?
In my opinion : YES.
Before you stop reading, or start cussing at me, hear me out.
I got the following report in a couple of weeks ago. The report was submitted anomalously with no contact information or even the person's name. You may be wondering why even share it but there are some elements in the report that are interesting and that have been reported in the past.
The event, best I can pin down, happened after what is known as a microburst event. A microburst is a localized column of sinking air, downdraft, within a thunderstorm. These events can cause extensive damage and pose a threat to life and property.
In case you missed last night's Coast to Coast Am show, it featured colleague and friend Michael Cook.
Michael W. Cook
is the founder of Cook Cryptid Research and has dedicated much of his
life to cryptozoology and his pursuit of answers through scientific
means. Described as one of the most open-minded researchers out there,
Cook has a resume that is full of experiences and collaboration with
some of the most well-known researchers on earth. He will discuss his 20
years of researching Bigfoot and how a face-to-face encounter with a
Bigfoot on a riverbank in Southeast Kentucky when he was 16 changed his
life forever. - (Taken from the Coast to Coast website)

I got the following report submitted a few days ago. The activity is located within and around the Clark's River National Wildlife Refuge. The Refuge is 8,040-acre bottomland hardwood forest in western Kentucky.
The activity described is consistent with the consensus of bigfoot behavior.
It is ginseng season and I normally get out a lot during this time. While out I get into areas I normally don't go. Any time I'm in the mountains I'm always looking for bigfoot evidence of any kind.
On this particular day, I was in an area that I knew had some bigfoot activity in the past. In this area I had found numerous stick formations and a handful of tracks. The area was logged a couple of years ago and I just didn't know if the bigfoot was still in the area. I got my answer.
I took a trip out to hunt for ginseng and look for bigfoot evidence. It was a pretty hard day with a lot of uphill climbing. I enjoyed it.
During my travels, I came across a stream that was running red. It was an interesting sight. I thought I would post some pictures on my social media and see if it got any interest. I knew the source that caused the water to turn red and wanted to see people's reactions.
Below is one of the photos I posted and a video of what actually caused the water to turn red.
My last post listed 10 videos/photos that someone considered the best evidence, the most convincing of sasquatch sightings. Today I'm taking a closer look at the number two listing: Jim Mills' video, or the Marble Mountain Footage.
This video has the reputation of being the longest-known video of a sasquatch. Some of the background of this video is a little muddy, but I have tried to piece together as much of the history and the "players" as possible. First of all, this was filmed in July of 2000 and was reported to the BFRO a year later, on August 1, 2001, by a friend of the person who filmed it. And they managed to tell only part of the story in the initial report. However investigators from the BFRO managed to track down Jim Mills and get a more complete and accurate telling of the events. The video was eventually shared on YouTube on July 6, 2011. These different dates have caused some confusion among researchers.
While browsing through the internet, I came across a title : "10 Most Convincing Bigfoot Sightings". Being curious, I took a look.
The website "Outside Exposure" at www.outsideonline.com, called this a compilation of the "most famous - perhaps most convincing -- bigfoot photos ever captured". So, let me share the list with you and you can decide for yourselves. The videos are all available on line and you can either search them out for yourself, or go to the website that I saw and use their links to view them.
I got a submitted report a few days ago and while there is not a lot of details the area is a great place for a large bipedal creature such as bigfoot.
Viper is a small unincorporated community in Perry County, Kentucky. It is very mountainous with numerous tree species. It is not very far from me and the area is very much like my areas here in Harlan and Bell county.
Choosing who you trust to do your research with can be an arduous task, but when it came to picking my current partner Ken was a shoo-in. He’d little or no experience in Bigfooting, would listen to my stories for hours (Without asking questions), and, and it’s a big and, he had a Jeep. Of course there’s more to Ken than meets the eye and certainly more than I’m letting on, but we’d known each other since Sunday School, always circulated in the same crowds, and tended to agree with each other on most accounts, and he was chosen to be my alternate Caregiver to my wife – by my wife -- in all our outdoor adventures.
My service to the US Army had brought me one unwanted gift… a Combat Related injury –Sarin (GB) Gas exposure that had left me as a 100% Disabled American Veteran after 25 years Honorable Service. The exposure had left me with neurological damage -- cognitive deficit – and taken my sense of inhibition away. Ken was always there to guide me back away from the edge of the cliff, or climbing out over the sunken deserted well, or poking the Bald-faced Hornet nest.
I recently got a report submitted to us of an interesting event that took place in Nova Scotia, Canada. Sometimes these encounters can be very terrifying and something that sticks with you for years.
As many of you know Nova Scotia is one of the thirteen provinces and territories of Canada. About 75 percent of the area is forest land. The area is also filled with numerous types of wildlife, which also includes bigfoot.
In November (2017), the State Troopers investigated an alleged bigfoot sighting. "Last night at about 10:15, somebody reported seeing BIGFOOT on the shoulder of I-80 near MM 197. A trooper responded, but reported that 'Sasquatch remained elusive.'
Must have just missed him."
Harriet Mcfeely and friend Robin Roberts were on their way back from Colorado. Roberts had dropped Mcfeely off at her home and continued on her way. A short time later, she called Mcfeely, excited, to tell her of what she had just witnessed.
It was around midnight on January 15, 2018, when our witness and his wife were awakened by a loud thump from outside their bedroom window in Missouri.
Outside their window was a large plastic storage box to hold their charcoal for BBQ, along with their BBQ grill covered with its winter tarp. The thump appeared to be the sound of something hitting the side of the storage box. The two were very familiar with the sound, having bumped into that box many times during the summer while cooking out. However, the sound was certainly out of place for the middle of winter and the middle of the night.
Earlier before my family’s shared UFO encounter of Labor Day Weekend 1969 back in 1960 when I was still 4 and a half years old I had another strange encounter at the camp in Weare, New Hampshire. This time though it was with an animal known throughout New Hampshire as a Wood(s) Devil(s). I was playing in a hand made wooden sand box on the Northwest side of the yard (Same area where my family and I had first seen the UFO years later), and I became aware of something moving stealthily through the grove of Poplar, White Birch, and White Pine trees behind the camp. I’d look up and if it wasn’t standing directly behind a tree it would freeze in mid-stride and wait until I dropped my head or turned my gaze away to the safety of the camp.
In 1989 Don and Peggy Avery moved to eastern Washington to pursue their deep interest in the history of the Gold Rush and to mine for gold themselves.
Deciding to use the dousing method, Don bought a Metsker's map of the region and used a quartz crystal he had owned for a number of years. He used this "map dousing" to try to locate gold deposits and triangulated on a sand bar some 55 miles to the northeast in the Snake River below the Lower Granite Dam.
We got the following video and report from Scott. While on his way to work early in the morning on August 10th, 2022 he saw an odd object in the sky. He managed to get around 40 seconds of video of the unknown object.
This was filmed slightly after 5am just outside of Carpio, North Dakota.
While on our short vacation to see family I recorded what is sometimes incorrectly called a bigfoot scream/sound. Everyone was in the house and I was outside sitting by the fire pit with a nice little fire going. It was roughly about 10:30pm at night and it was very quiet. Nearby there is a small but swift-moving creek. It was in this area I heard the first sound.
I knew the sound right away as I have heard it many times. Then the sound blasted several more times. I readied my cell phone in hopes of catching the sound. The first attempt was no good, as the sound seemed to have stopped. A few minutes passed and the sound started back and I was able to capture it on video.
We recently took a trip to Michigan. We spent a day or so of that trip at Lake Huron. The scenery was nothing short of amazing.
Late of the evening, it was basically dark or dusty dark, so we decided to walk down to the docks and take some night videos and pictures.
In one set of photos, there appears to be a shadowy figure on top of the building. I'm not sure what it is, if anything. I made a short video showing the pictures and the figure.
A regular drive through Geneva-on-the-Lake State Park turned unusual for a couple and their children February 15, 2014.
At around 4 pm a husband and wife and their two children, ages 9 and 7, drove into the State Park just to check how far the ice had formed over the lake and marina. As they approached the corner of Padinanum and Lake Roads, they noticed a bad smell. They drove slowly through the marina parking lot and then stopped for a few moments. The noticed a truck parked and two cars which appeared to belong to the snow removal service.
"What we saw was not wearing any gear and no snowshoes and covering ground very quickly."
This possible sasquatch sighting outside of Squamish, British Columbia was featured on "Paranormal Caught on Camera" February 13, 2019. The video was captured in July, 2011 while Myles Lamont and a friend were hiking on Tricouni Peak and had stopped to rest and eat some lunch when they spotted the movement down below.
It was a bipedal "all-dark figure" that was making a rapid pace over the glacier. There appeared to be no visible rope, ice ax, back pack, show shoes, or any other sort of equipment.
A short video is once again making the rounds. It is on a YouTube channel. Let me first say, this is NOT a bigfoot or sasquatch.
FCastle6969 is currently housing this video under the title 2016 Bigfoot captured on Trail Cam! The description of the footage reads: "Camera was strapped to a branch about 10 feet above feeder pointing down when this was caught, location near the Klamath River, Oregon/California border."
There seems to be a growing desire by "researchers" and "documentaries" to label all bigfoot and all sasquatch as monsters.
Every publicized report seems to have "monster" in the title and they emphasis how frightened the witnesses were. Even if they weren't.
The alleged "documentaries" are even worse.
One of the favorite topics right now is the Dyatlov Pass Incident in Russia back in 1959.
The original "documentary" writers and producers cherry-picked the facts and manufactured the story of a yeti killing a group of hikers. [ Russian Yeti: The Killer Lives; Discover Channel, 2014]. They took a photo of one of the hikers emerging from a tree line and labeled it a photo of a yeti. They chose certain elements of the landscape and certain damages to the bodies and ascribed it all to a yeti attack.
And now more "documentaries" and TV series are being made mouthing the same lies and misconceptions.
And there are some series out there that take an actual encounter and then change and twist the event to create a "monster story". I've talked with some of the people who have shared their encounter stories with producers and writers of those shows. They regret doing so as their story is now forever misrepresented and misinterpreted.
It's sad.
But let's not just get irritated or angry over these travesties of truth. Let's do what we should always do. No matter the source.
RESEARCH THE STORY.
Mushroom hunter - Michael Wawrzyniec
Ask others if they have sources if we can't find them.
Dig as deep as you can to discover what may have happened.
And keep an open mind.
There is what really happened.
And what is being reported.

Have you had a close encounter or witnessed something unusual?
My Family Shared An Encounter Similar To The 1969 Berkshire County UFO Sightings And Abductions That Occurred On Labor Day Weekend Of 1969. Our sighting was similar in many ways except I believe it was a few years earlier. However, I’ve never been able to confirm a date, which only adds to the mystique of the event. My sister believes it was the same weekend as the Berkshire encounters and happened on or about dark of Friday Night 29 August 1969 (Labor Day Weekend) while unloading our car at our camp (A one room schoolhouse built in 1776 with a carriage shed adjacent to it in Weare, New Hampshire) we watched as a saucer shaped UFO rose over the neighbor's (Blanchard) field and forest adjacent to our property.
