Bigfoot Track Found
It is ginseng season and I normally get out a lot during this time. While out I get into areas I normally don't go. Any time I'm in the mountains I'm always looking for bigfoot evidence of any kind.
On this particular day, I was in an area that I knew had some bigfoot activity in the past. In this area I had found numerous stick formations and a handful of tracks. The area was logged a couple of years ago and I just didn't know if the bigfoot was still in the area. I got my answer.
This area is pretty rough. This part is where the logging stopped after basically clear cutting all the timber. The area is full of tall weeds, pokeberry bushes, briars, rocks, and tree tops. It was rough getting into the actual woods to ginseng. I found this track on my way back off the mountain. I choose to go out a different way and I think it might have been even rougher that the walk-in. The track itself was near some pokeberry bushes. The track was roughly 12 inches long and much wider than my foot. One side of the track was over 1 inch deep into the soil. I barely made an impression when I put my foot beside it.
I made a short video of the track find and tall a little about the area as it relates to past bigfoot activity.
Finding this track made me happy that the bigfoot was at the least still traveling through the area. The day was a rough one but I did find a fair amount of ginseng, a stream running red water, and a bigfoot track. So all in all that was an awesome day.
Also, I only found one track but as you can see the ground is rocky and mostly covered with weeds. This might have been a good track to make a plaster casting of but I didn't have any with me.
Hope you enjoyed the post and video.
Thanks
~Thomas~
