Dr. Ketchum and the DNA study
Bigfoot Tracks

Over the last couple of days there has been a flurry of debates and down right fights over the recent media blitz of the Dr. Ketchum Bigfoot DNA Study. While there are educated people on both side of Ketchum's DNA study there seems to be a bigger "debate" over the famous Matilda video footage.

The Matilda footage is from Adrian Erickson and the footage was reportedly filmed in my home state of Kentucky.
Here is a quick look at the footage, courtesy of Bigfoot Evidence Blog.

DNA sample
The tissue sample was referred to as "The Bigfoot Steak"

This post is from Cindy Bowers. Cindy is a bigfoot enthusiast who enjoys researching the unknown.

Recently Justin Smeja was asked a rather hard and direct question by Suzy Matiash administrator of the group Bigfoot Community.
The question was:
" Mr Smeja I mean this question with no malice toward you. But this is a no kill group. And given the chance . Would you kill another sas? Or have you changed your views and would not do it again."

The following is Justin's answer:

"I believe Bigfoots are some sort of people a wild man or archaic human if you will. They are not just some other animal to be hunted like deer, its immoral they are intelligent.
For the greater good of the species wether it be in life or death or even extinction, I will pursue killing one, I do not love the species or the individuals. I do feel its wrong to persue taIking a sasquatches life but who among us does everything right? You worry about the person you see in the mirror I'll take care of me.
I will try to kill another to prove their existence.
The truth is most in the bigfoot community are liars, especially when it comes to the subject. They preach this no kill gospel and pretend to be disgusted by the thought of killing one publicly but behind closed doors I'm often (very often) approached by these same individuals many of whom are highly respected pillars in the community with a new strategy or location or idea of how to kill one. They often even offer to help fund an expedition to bring back a dead one. Derek was never like that. He always hated the idea of killing one. I respect him for that, hes a better man then me.
Im not here to play politics work or be politically correct or save face, I'm not looking for a place in the bf community. When I research I often have a rifle if I see one I will most likely shoot it. I often research with no rifle at all. Make what you will out of that. My only goal is proof to validate my story.
This is a stupid arguement to kill or not to kill, if your that worked up about it you have too much time on your hands. Its like arguing its wrong for someone to spend all their money on drugs if they win the lottery (in my case twice). DNA is no longer good enough. Specially in this field. For the sake of time lets just assume that I know more about DNA results findings and protocols then 98 percent of you. Ive worked first hand with countless labs and doctors on this subject over the last 3 years. If a bodies drug in by a researcher tomorrow the blood of that individual is partly on melbas hands, because of her we need a body. We need a body not a sequence.
The truth is I waver back and forth some days Im 100% no kill. I've lost more sleep on the subject because of my actions then any of you. I've made peace with my actions besides the occasional nightmare."

This statement is sure to cause a stir with some people, but I will attempt at remaining objective. As an outsider and skeptic I have long viewed the story with interest and paid attention to the key players. We can all make judgment calls that others may not agree with and can only speculate as to what we would do if in that persons shoes, or in this case boots. One must ask yourself would someone who was being disingenuous go to such lengths as to face the wrath of others for stating his feelings? Are others any less sincere in their feelings of wrongful death? The fact remains science needs a specimen , that does not mean necessarily death. But possible tranquilizing and sample collection done by trained biologists as well field studies. If people want to prove existence tough choices may have to be made. Others may feel that they simply need to be left alone. Be kind to one another we are all in this together whether skeptic or believer.

-Cindy

These photos comes to us from Tom Thomas. They were taken in Michigan in a area that has many reports of bigfoot activity.  I have attempted to enhance the photos and do comparisons. While the end results are still inconclusive it still makes me wonder. Also please take into account that his area has had high bigfoot activity over the years.

Here are the photos.

FBI paper about Roswell Crash
FBI Paper
[This was originally post by dailymail.uk.com a couple years ago.]
FBI memo that 'proves aliens landed at Roswell'?

dailymail - A bizarre memo that appears to prove that aliens did land in New Mexico prior to 1950 has been published by the FBI.

The bureau has made thousands of files available in a new online resource called The Vault....

Among them is a memo to the director from Guy Hottel, the special agent in charge of the Washington field office in 1950.

In the memo, whose subject line is 'Flying Saucers', Agent Hottel reveals that an Air Force investigator had stated that 'three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico'.

The investigator gave the information to a special agent, he said. The FBI has censored both the agent and the investigator's identity.

Agent Hottel went on to write: 'They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter.

Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall,' he stated.

The bodies were 'dressed in a metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots.'

He said that the informant, whose identity was censored in the memo, claimed the saucers had been found in New Mexico 'due to the fact that the Government has a very high-powered radar set-up in that area and it is believed the radar interferes with the controlling mechanism of the saucers'.

He then stated that the special agent did not attempt to investigate further.

The release of the secret memo is likely to fuel conspiracy theorists' claims of a government cover-up.

The town of Roswell in New Mexico became infamous after reports that a flying saucer had crashed in the desert near a military base there on or around July 2, 1947.

The bodies of aliens were said to have been recovered and autopsied by the U.S. military, but American authorities allegedly covered the incident up

Military authorities issued a press release, which began: ‘The many rumours regarding the flying disc became a reality yesterday when the intelligence officer of the 509th Bomb Group of the Eighth Air Force, Roswell Army Air Field, was fortunate enough to gain possession of a disc.’

The headlines screamed: 'Flying Disc captured by Air Force.' Yet, just 24 hours later, the military changed their story and claimed the object they'd first thought was a 'flying disc' was a weather balloon that had crashed on a nearby ranch.

Amazingly, the media and the public accepted the explanation without question. Roswell disappeared from the news until the late Seventies, when some of the military involved began to speak out.

Another memo published in The Vault from 1947 claimed that an object 'purporting to be a flying disc' had been recovered near Roswell.
The disc was 'hexagonal in shape' and 'suspended from a balloon by a cable', according to the memo, marked as 'Urgent', to the FBI director.

The memo noted that the disc resembled a weather balloon - but claimed that a telephone conversation between the Air Force and the field office 'had not [word censored] borne out this belief'.

The disc and balloon were being transported to Wright Field for further inspection, the memo noted.

It added that the information was being flagged up because of 'national interest' in the episode, and noting that both NBC and the AP were set to break the story that day.

-end Post
I don't know if this is a real FBI memo or not but wanted to share this old post from Dailymail.uk.com. I do think something our of the norm happened in Roswell. I think the story of the UFO crash is mostly true but over time some have jumped into the story in an attempt to get attention. I always believed Jesse Marcel, Jr. and in case you didn't know he passed away about a month ago.
Thanks

Hunting document about yeti hunting.
Yeti Hunting anyone?

On November 30, 1959, Ernest Fisk of the American embassy in Kathmandu delineated the Nepalese government's regulations on any mountaineer's interactions with the yeti.

From the Records of the Agency for International Development, this copy of a Foreign Service Despatch from the American Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal, summarizes the Nepalese Government's regulations concerning any proposed mountain ...climbing expeditions in search of "YETI."

STATS - Length= 13 inches - Width (Ball)=5.25 inches - Width (Heel)=5 inches.

While scouting for elk near the confluence of Church Creek and the Skokomish River in Mason County, WA, a state employee stumbled across an excellent trackway. There were many footprints, but only one was clear enough to photograph. The others were in thick forest duff surrounding a seep from a nearby spring

Northern GA...

On January 22rd, witness Jeff was making his way to a duck hunting spot on Bull Mountain, GA. He and his buddy hiked in the back way across country, making their way to a hiking trail. When they arrived at the trail, they soon noticed peculiar footprints in the thawing ground.

is this bigfoot teeth marks
Is this bigfoot teeth marks?
This Photo was taken two hours after this was first found. In that two hour period the exposed wood fiber had already darkened. Therefore two hours earlier this was incredibly fresh indeed.

These teeth marks did not look like they belonged to any wild animal that I know of. They were perfectly clear, and when looking inside the marks the individual teeth were clear as could be, and even the different shapes of each individual tooth’s crown could be easily seen. I am positive that this is not the bite mark of any known animal.

It appeared in every way to be a bite from human teeth except for being larger, and a bit more flat, less jaw curvature, across the very front teeth, also the teeth were very large. I am very familiar with the teeth of Moose and Deer, Porcupines, Beaver, and other large animals that reside in the interior of BC.

[Special Thanks to Leo for sharing this with us a long time back.]
At the time someone had suggested to me that this could be marks made by someone attempting to place a tree stand. I don't know if that would be possible or not, but find the marks pretty interesting. Has anyone else seen anything like this? If so let me know.
Thanks

Rock stacks and Teepees
Various Structures
[Good News! Found out the article was written by Jeffrey Teagle!]

Rock pile & Tee-pee study

It has been long understood fact that tee-pee markers, rock stacks and arch formations are common place during and near bigfoot sightings. What do they mean or better yet; what do they represent? Anyone's guess is a good as the next. But let us look closer. The Native Americans always considered the bigfoot beings a "a people". Similar in appearance but nevertheless a tribe of "swarthy, hairy and overly-large" group of people (or tribe if you will)".

Native Americans knew that these being were primarily nocturnal. In other word's, they chose to show up during the night when others were asleep or getting ready for bed. My theory is that this technique primarily allowed them considerable concealment. Are they using the covertness of dark as a tool "as to not to scare the 'be-Jesus out of others? Or is it simply to come and probe around looking for food and keepsakes?

Creating such things as tee-pees, rock piles or stacks have long since been related to Indian tribes marking the land for passer-byers' as to the locations of water, food sources or safe havens. Would it not be common since that the bigfoot also knew of these techniques and applied them so that other bigfoot would see the tell-tale signs while passing from one area to the next? We have to then ask ourselves where the bigfoot learned these messages or "greeting cards" as I call them. Did American Indians and bigfoot once co-exist peacefully? Did they have learning relationship together at one time?
So...what should we do when we run across these signs? Well, first of all we should document them by photographing, drawing or videoing them. We should then carefully inspect each branch or rock for signs of unusual hair or possible habitation. The last thing one should do is to disassemble any unknown structure realizing that something with an "opposable thumb" had to make them. In other words, something had to have the dexterity to situate these items just so. Which eludes to the fact that these beings are creative. Creative in such a method that only their kind would recognize these signs in the forest (unless you are a researcher and know to look for these items). The typical hiker or woodsman would merely shrug these forms of communication off without giving them a second thought.

Secondly, we should try to interpret a meaning for these structures. Are they in an area with abundant food? Are they temporary concealed shelter? Are they ritualistic in nature? Look for the thing that should not be there and less so the obvious. Lastly, we should try to better understand why these formations, especially the "tee-pee's" are that particular shape. Why aren't they square? Or round? OR rectangular? Why pyramidal (or conical) in shape? The overall shape in general of tee-pee's is amazing and raises a lot of questions within itself. Why do rock stacks typically start off with large stones from the bottom only to taper off into smaller stones at the top?
- Written by Jeffrey Teagle -

Have you ever ran across anything like this? do you have pictures? We would love to see them.
I personally found a odd rock stack in the middle of the forest while working as a logger. I don't know if it was done by bigfoot or not but it seemed odd to me. Here is a photo of it.

This was very large as well....I would guess on the bottom side it was 6 foot tall or more. We would have never found it but we had to make a logging road to pull trees out and just so happened to go by this rock stack. I questioned what it was at the time but no one knew. I guess it could be an ole Indian rock pile.

Thanks

Game cam photo of possible bigfoot!
Possible Bigfoot Eye shine
This photo comes to us from fellow Kentuckian D.Neal (aka: Biggyfoot).
Here is what he told about the photo.

"Taken with a trail camera set up on my Deer hunting lease back in 2008.
After several weeks of research and measuring it was found that the possible "eye-shine" was at 7'4". Since 2008 I have found 2 nice tree structures and a tee-pee like structure. Pretty awesome stuff.
After this pic was captured we went and did several days of research and investigations concerning this pic. This is a huge trail, or open walkway if you will that goes back for several hundred yards. In the vicinity of the actual eye shine there is NO limbs or branches to hold an Owl or a Raccoon.
I still have this same property under lease and have found 2 great tree structures there also. Not much as far as sounds."

D. Neal recently gave me more info about how the picture has been studied.
Here is what he told me.

"When I first captured it a Photo expert with the BFRO studied it and said that it almost appeared as if the light was "emitting' from the eyes, but yet it was NOT anything electrical but he could vaguely make out a form. Then a photo expert from Owensboro took the original pic and worked with it for several days, SHE was NOT a believed in Bigfoot. To her surprise she said she was able to also make out a form, or a figure around and under the eye-shine that resembled a tall standing figure. Today she is a believer in Bigfoot."

but that's not all, Neal continued

"A Crime Scene annalist used a $25000 piece of machinery that studies photos and breaks them down did so on this pic. Although she couldn't make out a form or figure (she didn't have the original, just a copy) she did conclude that the eye-shine was NOT from a man made object, or an electrical source, and that it was not from an airplane or a car."

I have attempt to do some slight enhancement to the photo myself, here is my efforts.

This is a pretty cool photo and we thank D. Neal for letting us sharing the photo and the story.

Zombie attack
Zombies in Florida
The Zombie Of St Augustine Florida

In the early morning hours of the 12th of December 1963 a man and his wife were awakened to screams from their nineteen year old daughters room down the hall from their room. The daughter had been laying on her bed when she saw something at her open window. When the teenager approached the window she saw a man whose eyes were sunk in and his gums were pulled back from his teeth.

He was attempting to crawl through her window. She later said that he stank so bad that she could hardly keep from throwing up. The girl slammed the window on one of his arms and it came off at the elbow falling into the room with her. Her father got into the room and to the window in time to see the man stagger off down the street towards some woods. A neighbor man across the street ran into the street after hearing the girls screams and he saw the man to as he staggered off down the street and into the woods. The police were called and they searched the rest of the night for the man. Just at daylight the next morning the man now dead and minus his arm was now laying in some woods about a half mile from where he had attempted to enter the girls room.

The police investigated the incident and immediately thought some one had dug the man up from a local cemetery where he had been buried five years before. You see he was 61 years old when he had died and he had died in the house where the man and woman now lived with their daughter. When the police went to the grave yard it looked like someone had dug their way up and out of the grave.

When the local medical examiner looked at the dead mans nails the mans nails were dirty like he had been digging and he was also missing a finger. The missing finger was later recovered from the cheap cardboard coffin the man had been buried in. Officially the local police said someone or possibly several people had dug the man up and put him where he was found. They would never admit that the man had walked back to his old house on his own. Police said it was a prank but the people there that night said that not only had the man been up and walking but that he was also growling. How this could have been possible no one can say. This story is told by the ghost tour operators on ghost tours in St
Augustine Florida to this day. They say it's a true story that really happened.

This was posted by the good people over at SPIRIT Paranormal.

This kind of stuck out to me because of the "zombie attack" that happened about a year or so ago in FL, where the man ate most of the face off of another man.

Thanks
~Tom~
