Have you noticed that children all over the world are changing? Record numbers of children all over the world are now being deemed "gifted" or "special" by their communities; children with special talents and abilities that stretch way beyond their years and way beyond normal human abilities. Abilities as amazing as telepathy, levitation, telekinesis and spontaneous healing have even been reported. Or we might say they seem to possess both human abilities and abilities we might imagine extra-terrestrial beings to have.

At least that’s what some ancient alien theorists claim. They even go as far as to say that our alien visitors have been making an increased effort in the last few decades to improve on the human race and have possibly been infusing their own seeds to create super-human children. And many of these children do report positive experiences of "non-human" beings visiting them on occasion to guide them and advise them.

Sound far-fetched? Maybe so. There is no solid, scientific evidence to support this theory. But there’s also no denying the numbers in which these types of children are being born. We need only to turn on the news every day to find them.

A few have made claims that there are certain innate quirks that characterized a true star child. Some say these children reject organized religion, or refuse to eat meat, etc. But this is not consistent. They all seem to be unique, and many star children may only possess one amazing quality or talent, while the rest of their gifts may not be so obvious at first glance.

Mostly, these children are spiritually intuitive and naturally aware of the metaphysical aspects of being. They have much greater than average intelligence from birth. They seem to have the rare ability at a young age to plug into the greater collective consciousness and harness the knowledge of the universe; knowledge that seems to come from nowhere and is seemingly unavailable to the rest of us. They possess a heightened sensitivity to the world around them; sensitivity to their environment, and the energy that radiates from all things that the rest of us may not be aware of. They possess an amazing sense of empathy at an early age without having experienced the normal suffering from which it takes the rest of us to learn to empathize with others. And they also may exhibit a strong spiritual connection to the natural world. But this may also make them overly sensitive to the noise and hustle and bustle of the imposed human world they live in. And they may be easily frustrated being surrounded by so many children that don’t understand the world the way they so easily do. And it can also be traumatic for these children to learn that these experiences are not the norm. Life can be hard for these children in many ways, but they generally adapt very well.

Their often bewildered parents report they’re raising an adult imprisoned inside a child’s body. These children may seem wise beyond their years and they soon surpass their parents in this respect.

But are they the products of alien intervention, or simply proverbial "freaks of nature?"

We may never have a definitive answer. But more and more people have come to believe that alien life does exist. The continuing History Channel series, Ancient Aliens, keeps pumping out new theories on a regular basis with reasons they believe there must have always been alien intervention on this planet since human beginnings. And if they intervened then, why would anyone believe they stopped at some point? Many believe they’re still here conducting an ongoing scientific experiment known as the development of the human race.

Some have even gone as far as to say they believe that these alien beings are observing their creation (humankind) and realizing its potential for self-destruction and disaster, and are gradually working toward changing it for the better by introducing these amazingly gifted children as teachers into the population to aid humankind into its descent to a more enlightened world. Many people believe there is a shift in consciousness taking place on the planet, and this is only one explanation for why that would happen.

But is any of this true?

We may never know. But it’s interesting to observe the advances in human intelligence and human capabilities that seem to be evolving so much more rapidly in the last hundred years. We’re finding that our potential far exceeds what we might have originally believed, and that maybe our possibilities in upgrading ourselves beyond that belief are within our grasp after all. Only time will tell if it’s all a good thing. But maybe someone up there is helping us along. *******DF

Are bigfoots around Lacey-Keosauqua State Park?

I got the following report in a couple days ago, it appears there is some bigfoot activity in and around Lacey-Keosauqua State Park in Iowa.

My girlfriend and I believe there is a family of bigfoot hanging around the lake in Lacey-Keosauqua State Park. We have been experiencing huge rocks being thrown in the lake at night and whoop calls and whistles since late March 2012 and still are.

We were walking on the trail on October 19,2013 about 8:30 pm when all of a sudden of a huge rock smacked the water no more than 200 feet from us. I let out my whoop call that I do and got a low whoop right back up at the dam where the truck was parked and then others joined in then became very quiet. She heard a whistle in between them which I heard that spring. She immediately thought campers were messing with us because it sounds so human and imitating my whoop but there is no people out there walking in the dark on the trails, just us. Then Sunday night at same time I threw a big rock in and not long after a huge rock was thrown in followed by a beaver smacking its tail which we later saw gnawing on a log along the waters edge. I let out my whoop but no answer so I told her lets go over to the beach on the other side and scan the shoreline with our flashlights. As we got down the steps I had spotted big eyes and high off the ground and I told her to look and by the time she looked it had left and I know it wasn't a deer or black bear. It looked like it crouched down out of sight. It maybe the one that threw the rock in earlier. After that I started offering food gifts and they were disappearing regularly until the lake froze up and snow started falling so it wouldn't leave footprints. I couldn't find any evidence of native animals doing this. I will get back at it.

In late March 2012 we smelt a strong odor like a rotting animal carcass that just faded away along the trails before we got to the lake and 2 huge rocks hit the water, the last one sounded much larger. She thought fish were jumping but I said those were big rocks. Right there I knew we had bigfoot since I've seen them years ago. Then in October 2012 5 huge rocks were thrown in on the same side we were on and the last sounded farther down and after the last we heard  a whoop on the other side of us and I whooped and it responded right back. She says she doesn't remember hearing the first one but heard it mock me and was higher pitched with a quality of a chimpanzee and sounded female. We heard nothing before or after.

In June of 2013 I was out there by myself whooping and I got a low whoop right back and sounded very human and then others joined in back in the woods then a big pack of coyotes started yipping nearby followed by barred owls hooting everywhere.

According to the whoops we may be dealing with some sort of highly intelligent humans or hybrids. There is no doubt in my mind that bigfoot is doing this and not humans.

A local man says he saw a bigfoot in the campground go behind the restroom building as he got up to smoke around 2 am in July 2012. He said it was 8-9 feet tall, long brown hair and its hands were bigger than his head. He is totally scared of them and is convinced they are out to hurt him and said he saw one in the park back in the 1980s. Also campers reported their RVs shaken. However, we haven't felt any kind of danger from them. Instead they move away very quietly. We both believe they are trying to communicate with us and among themselves. They sound more human than ape to us. It would totally amaze even the most skeptic who is questioning the existence of bigfoot. I am hoping to get this all on a voice recorder this year. We are willing to talk to any serious bigfoot researcher out there.

I have had 2 unusual experiences within Pawtuckaway State Park.  The first was the summer of 2005 when I worked in Pawtuckaway for the summer season.  It was a rainy mid-summer day, and there was never much activity on those days.
It was early afternoon after lunch so roughly 1 or 2 p.m. a co-worker and I were driving back up to the office from down in the state park.  As we reached the area of “Mountain Pond” I saw something very large and very fast run across the road about 500ft. ahead.  The thing I remember the most was the stride and the upright position on 2 legs not 4.  It looked like it took 3 strides gliding across the road on 2 legs.  It was dark and hairy in appearance, but since we were so far away I didn’t get a detailed look at all.  My co-worker saw the same thing and was petrified.  As we pulled up to roughly the same place that it had crossed (my co-worker was shook and refused to exit the truck), I got out of the truck for a look and a listen.  I heard crashing and thumping through the forest.  Loud snapping of branches and logs as this thing was cruising.  I gave a shout, and all I got in return was more of the same snapping and thrashing of the forest.  It wanted out of sight, which was clear to me.
After listening for a few minutes to whatever it was run through the forest, I no longer heard anything.  It was on 2 legs, straight up not hunched. So it was either a very extra-large dark hairy human being running through the forest for fun or something else?  It was not a bear, it was not a moose, it was not a deer.  I have seen all of those animals before in the wild and they run on 4 legs not 2.  One more point worth noting is the direction in which the thing I saw was running in.  There were no trails, and there are no trails anywhere near the direction it was heading, in fact there are no roads or houses for many miles in that direction.  I was baffled, and my co-worker was admittedly scared.  I have only told my Dad and a couple of good friends, all of which are just as familiar with the area as I am.

Sighting #2

My next strange experience might not be as unexplainable, but it was certainly more alarming.  It was early spring 2011; there were tiny pockets of snow still remaining from the winter but it was a warm calm morning, no wind at all.  I was out on the backside of Pawtuckaway to meet some friends for a hike.  I arrived early and decided to head out before them and meet up with them at the tower (or at least somewhere on the trail up).  So I was heading up South Ridge Trail and like I said it looked to be a beautiful spring day, with no wind.  As I am walking along all of a sudden without any warning I hear a tree crack and fall, it scared the crap out of me because it was calm and silent and it was also only about 50-100 ft off the trail.  So that spooked me, but to make matters worse at roughly the same time the tree crashed down, there was a large deep grunt like sound followed by a sort of squealing sound on the opposite side of the trail about the same distance off as the tree.  So loud and abrupt sound of the tree coming crashing down apparently scared whatever was on the opposite side of the trail too.  After the initial crash of the tree and the sound of the animal there was the familiar thudding, and thrashing of the forest, as the thing that made the sound was out of there like lightning. 

Now I am only sharing this experience because of the overall proximity of events.  I didn’t see anything this day but I heard plenty.  I know what I heard could have been a bear or a moose who was simply as spooked by the tree falling as I was.  Whatever the case I picked up the nearest stick I could find and turned around and headed back toward the car to wait for my friends.  To this day I do not feel totally comfortable in the woods I grew up in when I am alone.

I thought I'd take a little time and write about some of the things I've heard about concerning the government and bigfoot.
I've been told by multiple people, who I will not name, that not only does the government know about bigfoot, but that they also have sort of a bigfoot swat team. This swat team hunts and kills bigfoots.

According to what I have been told there are some factors involved and this bigfoot swat team is not just out there randomly killing bigfoots. The way I understand it is like this, if a bigfoot is in close proximity to houses and has been causing trouble or showing aggressive behavior towards humans. The Swat team is sent in to remove (Kill) the Bigfoot. In other words if the bigfoot is being a nuisance it's removed from the property.

Dead Werewolf?

We recently ran a story about a Werewolf causing a curfew (Found Here), well, today I ran across another Werewolf story. The above picture is from town of Palmeira dos Indios, it was taken back in June of 2013, according to the report.

As the story goes, this Werewolf looking thing was found dead and partly decomposed by an unnamed person. The carcass reportedly laid there for 3 days and then disappeared and no one knows where it went or who took it. Could it have been taken by some government agency or by some individual?

According to the report, the people in the town are somewhat split with some thinking it is for sure real and others thinking it is just a hoax.

I thought I'd take a little time and see if I could make the photo better.

In the end I guess we don't really know what it is, but it's a good way to start a Monday.

My wife & I were headed home through town (from dinner) & when we got to the junction of U.S.25 & 1016, this thing crossed the road in front of our truck. It was like nothing we had ever seen before. I asked my wife if she had seen it. She said "yes, but when do gnomes run across the road?"

I thought I was the only one who saw what she saw but the only way I can describe it is that it was a 2-3 foot tall Gnome. Plain & simple.
We are drug & alcohol free & don't tell tall tales. It really freaked the both of us out. It came from the left, crossed the road in front of us at a quartering toward us angle & was in full sight of the both of us. There's no way this could have been a joke on us. It moved too smoothly & just like a person only 2-3 feet tall. It was dressed in what looked like tan fur & it seemed to have been wearing
something on it's head. Beats the crap out of most of the strange stuff I've seen here in Berea, and I've seen a lot of weird, creepy stuff. Thank you for listening. W.M.

My brother-in-law JT & I were scouting for a good deer hunting spot on some private land we had just received permission to hunt. Prime land that had never been hunted so we were excited.
We had made a big circle around the perimeter of this farm, then we decided to circle the edge of woods surrounding this massive corn field. We were wearing our camouflage with full coverage over our heads, faces, the whole bit. We had earlier in the day thought we were being followed but we just though it was the farm owners oldest son following us to see what we were doing. It never occurred to either one of us what would happen next.

As we were going to our truck, we had to cross this narrow pathway with high sides on our left & right. After thinking about it, it was the perfect ambush site. When we got a little into this pathway, we could hear growling coming from the high ground above us on both sides. Then a large rock about the size of a standard cinder block came crashing in behind us. We stopped, frozen in disbelief.
JT asked me if I heard that, which I gave him the yes signal. At this time we still had our face masks on so we promptly took them off. That's when there was another growl, only this one was much more threatening. We left without pause & never did go back to that farm.

I told the farm owner about our experience & he affirmed that there had been strange things going on there since he was a small child. He told me of a Bigfoot sighting that his family had encountered only a couple months prior to our event. He told me of this group of "things" coming into his shed where he had some home-cured meat hanging to cure & they took it all. He said he fired a shot over their heads to scare them off but they were not frightened by the gunfire.
He moved about two years after the year JT & I had our encounter. I asked why they moved & he said they couldn't take anymore intimidation from these "things."
One note is that his Mother still lives on that farm. It's mostly an unkempt farm & she's a fiery little woman. I wouldn't want her upset with me. I would love to try to do an investigation there but the family is reluctant to have people there. I'll keep trying to get permission and if I do, I'll contact you. Thank you for listening. W.M.

Some strange monster tales come out of the swamplands of North America. Since the times of the earliest settlers, stories of strange sounds and happenings have permeated the local culture. And some there have even seen some pretty weird things they couldn’t explain. A few were even left with a fear they couldn’t shake. Was the strange atmosphere of fog, heat, and gloom causing their minds to play tricks on them? Or is there really something creepy out there that we’ve yet to discover?

The following sound recording was submitted by Dave Moser and Carolina Bigfoot Field Research (CBFR). It was recorded on the cool night of February 8, 2014 in Georgia on the South Carolina side near the Savannah River. They recorded an entire event that night, but are left wondering what exactly it was that they captured. And Dave offers some details about the scene and the team’s thoughts about the events that unfolded that night in a statement. And you can make up your own mind what you think might be making these sounds:


Dave Moser:
"The strange howls were recorded on February 8, 2014 in one of our research areas on a Georgia Swamp near the SC/GA boarder. This is the same location where I had previously recorded a Troll like figure (The name Troll is used as a reference to an unknown small creature that was recorded on 11-16-13) on my Thermal Camera. The recording is 15 minutes long due to the intensity of the encounter which took place around 10PM. At that time we began to hear a pack of dogs; possibly hunting dogs (never saw or heard any hunters or lights from people following them) start to bark within 100-150 yards across the swamp we were camped on. Around the 3:30 minute mark the dogs barking intensity begins to pick up most likely because they have treed whatever it was they were tracking. You also begin to hear a loud dog-like howl close to the recorder (location was 75 yards below our camp). These Howls vary in intensity but the frequency ranges from 300 to 800Hz and occasionally higher. No dogs vocalize in the 350-500Hz range. What makes this howl suspect is the frequency and structure of the vocalization. Eventually the howler on our side of the swamp starts to head toward the group of dogs across the swamp and during this time there are also some strange scream-like sounds that seem to come from the area of where the dogs are barking insanely. At times the dogs stop barking as the loud howling animal moves toward their area. Once the loud howler gets close to the pack on the other side, you hear some yelp like cries from the direction of the barking pack. While listening to the encounter you can feel the intensity and suspense of the situation which was one of the most unusual things I have ever heard. We have no idea of true nature of what we encountered that night. My thermal camera is in for service so I did not have it at my disposal. Something of note is that during the 15 minutes of chaos, a semi-thick fog enveloped the swamp area for close to 5-8 minutes and then suddenly dissipated. Something else of note is the grunt, gasp or whisper heard around the 1:38 minute mark, we have no idea what that was as no one was near the digital voice recorder."

Bright white strobe light with large flashes of red hovering in same spot over Cumberland Mountain- due to distance and the size of the light, I would estimate it to be quite large, possibly three stories tall. After about an hour of watching I saw 12 small red lights pass in front of me in perfect formation; they banked left and headed for the flashing object over the mountain where they appeared to fly into the craft.
Within 10-15 minutes I heard helicopters approaching from the North, and the light disappeared. The craft most certainly appeared
to be round, as the way the lights flashed it was very similar to a lighthouse beacon effect. I got the impression whoever was manning the craft
did not care who saw it. The flashes of red were startling.

Are Bigfoot investigators making the best judgments they can possibly make when they decide if a witness is credible? Your answer may be yes, but are they missing an important element to the big picture?

I’ve been around cryptozoologists long enough now to have heard a lot of different stories. And it’s my job to pick through what might be credible and what might not. And it’s not always easy. But I think each of us has a prototype of the creature in our minds when we make those decisions. And lately I’m wondering if that’s really the best way to go.

Sure, there’s always the fear that a so-called witness is trying to make a fool out of us with their fake report. It’s something we face every day. And that makes all this work that much harder and sometimes unpleasant. But we have to do the best we can to rise above the ridicule and keep our eye on the ball.

Many investigators use the Patterson-Gimlin film creature as their standard for what a sasquatch should look like. And those who’ve had clear sightings of their own use their sighting as the standard to judge another’s story. But are they pigeonholing themselves into one basic description and deeming any description a fake that deviates from that?

Any of us that study the subject know that a description of a sasquatch is different in different areas of the continent. But, just as all humans are individuals, are we missing the point that all sasquatches are individuals also? That maybe, even within groups, they may vary a great deal in appearance? After all, we have males, females, adults, juveniles, babies, the old, the weak, the sick, the undernourished, the crippled or injured, etc. And their appearances would reflect that. I’ve heard of well-groomed adult females, scruffy, unkempt youngsters, enormous mature males, the often deformed-looking creatures of the southern swamps, human looking faces, dog-like faces, and ape-like, every size, shape, hair color and texture in the animal world, etc. The list goes on.

And what about sounds? All those sounds we often attribute to other animals, like the sounds of a coyote. Is it possible that a scream from a very young sasquatch could emulate the sounds made by coyotes or foxes or other animals? Possibly the similarities in sounds would be close enough that we would dismiss them as other animals and never give them a second thought. Is it possible that good witness testimony has often been blown off because it didn’t fit the normal criteria?

What about behavior? As different climates and topographies vary, so does all animal behavior. Harsher living conditions often make animals more aggressive or cautious. It also creates the need for different survival skill sets, different mating habits, and different food sources. But even within family groups, behavior can also vary depending on the animal’s emotional health, personal circumstances within the group, and its well-being.

All of these details should factor in to the big picture. Many researchers use Patty of the Patterson-Gimlin film to set the standard for what a sasquatch should look like. But what if we’d never had that standard to use? What would we be looking for then? Just because Patty was the subject of the first film-footage every captured, doesn’t mean that every sasquatch on the planet should look like her. Being first doesn’t factor in at all.

Of course, all investigators are doing the best job they can in taking these reports and they’re making a huge contribution to sasquatch research. But it’s always good to remind ourselves that the world of cryptids is never just black or white. We should never assume that all members of the same species will look and act much the same in any given area…or even in a single family group. They are individuals like we are.

So this all begs the questions: What are we looking for? And how do we determine if a witness is credible? The answer becomes more complicated here. But to dismiss a witness account because it doesn’t fit the description to which we’re accustomed is probably unwise and a serious disservice to the research overall. Our minds need to be open at all times and maybe we need to use other details to weed out the fakes.

Science tells us to take the evidence available and make the most obvious conclusion and run with it. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, we should conclude it’s probably a duck. But if a duck was a cryptid that was only seen on rare occasions by only a handful of witnesses that described a different-looking duck each time, how would we assess that? Would we assume that all creatures not fitting the original duck description were fake reports? Would we simply assume every account of a duck sighting was faked because the so-called witnesses each told different stories about what the elusive ducks looked like?

Luckily, there are now enough bigfoot sightings reports to give witnesses some credibility. More people believe now than ever before. So now we he need to just think outside the box a little bit more and see them as individuals. And no report should be completely dismissed based on a strange description of appearance or behavior.
