One of the most iconic images associated with the Loch Ness Monster is known as the "Surgeon's Photograph." This black-and-white photo was taken by Dr. Robert Kenneth Wilson, a London-based gynecologist, in April 1934. The photograph depicts what appears to be a long neck and head emerging from the waters of Loch Ness in Scotland.
The Crypto Crew - New Strange Creatures Edition The New Weirdest of the Weird - Real Or Imaginary

Every once in a while I like to do a new Google search and see what kind of strange creatures are popping up on the internet these days. And, as usual, it doesn’t disappoint. Now, keep in mind, we don’t necessarily endorse these photos as being proof of anything authentic. But many of them are interesting to think about. Check them out and see what you think.
Ah Valentines day, why not have a post showing a romantic couple embraced near the seaside while getting photobombed by what many say is a sea monster. Love is in the air and it appears to have attracted an unexpected spectator. This photo has caused a minor stir on several websites and social media. Many are saying it is some type of sea monster that just happened to surface at the right time.
At first glance, I was like "look at that" and then I checked it out more and thought "Hey, I know what that is".
In this episode of the Crypto Files, we take a look at the long history of the lake monster known as Bessie. This unknown and unusual creature is said to inhabit Lake Erie. The way the creature is often described leads many to think it is very similar to Loch Ness Monster.
An original reward of $5,000 was offered for the capture of Bessie. That reward was later upped to $100,000 and was offered by Thomas Solberg of Huron Lagoons Marina.
The overall size of Bessie varies by description, but some witnesses report seeing the beast for up to 45 minutes.

A strange object apparently has washes up on a Muriwai beach in New Zealand. The original photos, of whatever this is, was posted on social medial by Melissa Doubleday. She posted it with the question "Just curious if anyone knows what this is?"... Well apparently no one has answered the question or solved the mystery of just what this might be.
Some have speculated it was a whale carcass covered in some type of crustacean. Others have speculated it is a work of art. But the crustaceans are alive on the object. The best guess so far, at least that I think may be the answer, is that it is a large piece of driftwood covered in gooseneck barnacles.
There is now video of the object and you can see the crabs moving and working.
Many newspapers and online news sites are now covering the mysterious object, but as of yet there is no solid answers as to just what the object is.
It is always cool when weird things wash up out of the ocean, I guess we can add another one to the list. This particular mystery is being shared and reported on around the world. Best I can tell this was a recent wash up, but I'm not sure of that or when it happened.

Below is a new video from Alaska. It was reportedly filmed by tourist who was filming the glaciers. According to the report it was filmed in November of 2016. The video quality is pretty good but you still can not really tell what this might be. Some have suggested it was a dragon but I don't think so. Some have suggested it was some kind of whale, which sounds feasible.
You can see a total of six humps or spikes sticking out of the water. Some believe that one end is the head and the other end is the tail but in reality they may not even be connected at all. The video seems a bit weird to me and I wonder if it has been manipulated or edited in some way.

Chicago Sea Serpent?
Is This The Lake Michigan Monster Caught on a Security Cam?
It’s not widely known, but over the years, there have been a few isolated reports of a sea serpent type creature spotted in Lake Michigan.
It seems that between 1867 and 1890, local newspapers reported sightings of a visibly scaled serpent some 40-50 feet in length, very dark blue, with a grayish-white belly. In 1867, a fisherman named Joseph Muhlke gave a very detailed description of the creature, claiming it came within some 20 feet of his boat. It was swimming about a mile and a half off the shore of the south side of Chicago.
Others claimed to have heard it making roaring sounds in the distance that were said to have sounded something like a bull. But sightings have been fleeting and few and far between since then. That is until this security camera footage of something interesting in the water at a Lake Michigan dock surfaced in 2012.
