What is this a track of?
TCC - A couple of days ago I was contacted by Matt Wilson. He told me about some odd tracks he had found and sent me some pictures. They are interesting and the tracks are somewhat small.
Could this have been a baby or young bigfoot ?

Here is what Matt said:

"Hello! I thought I would show these to you.
I saw these tracks near Mt. Shasta, CA a couple of weeks ago. I followed them for about half a mile up the mountain before it started snowing heavily so I headed back.
They definitely looked like they were from something bipedal and they were in-line similar to that of reported bigfoot tracks.
However they were small (only 4-5 inches). There were no other tracks around.
If it was a human, why would a little kid be walking around in the middle of the woods all alone? Possible juvenile bigfoot? Possible prints from the so-called Lemurians that are said to be small and live inside Mt. Shasta? (I'm leaning more towards the bigfoot explanation). Anyways, I'm a fan of your site so I figured I'd show you. Thanks!"

TCC - I encouraged Matt to make a return trip to the area if possible and look for other evidence. These tracks are in-line which is commonly reported of bigfoot tracks.
We at TCC thank Matt for sharing his find with us and for following our sites.

Here is the other photos Matt sent us:

Setting a Game Camera
TRAIL CAMS

Things to consider when selecting a trail camera.

1)  Try selecting a camera with a higher mega pixel rating. An 8 MP camera will take considerably better images than a camera with a 2 MP rating.
2)  Camera range can be anywhere from 20 feet to 50 feet. This is the maximum range in which the sensor in the sensor in the camera will detect motion or heat. This is also the maximum range for flash.
3)  Cameras can also have a delay period from 1 min to 15 sec. This delay period is the amount of time from which the sensor detects a recordable event and an image is captured.
4)  Trail cams also come with either an incandescent or infrared flash. Ranges  in incandescent units are normally lower than infrared, but take color images at night were infrared images appear black and white at night.

Once you have selected your camera, be sure to program and test your camera before heading to the field. Be sure to set time, date, and delay periods. Now test fire your camera by
walking in front of it at the correct range to insure proper operation. You can insert the SD card in a digital camera to check the image.

Now that you have tested your camera, its time to locate a field location suitable. Be sure to select a location that has fresh sign for your intended target. Heavily used game trails are a good choice, especially trails in a funnel down location, or intersecting game trails.

Once a site is chosen, locate a sturdy, large diameter tree that will not be blown around in the wind, as this movement will trigger the camera, it is also recommended that your camera face either north or south if possible, as the rising and setting sun can also trigger your camera. You may also want to position your camera at a slight angle to the game trail, as many cameras will not detect motion  moving directly toward or away from the camera as easily as motion moving across the sensor at an angle. Remember to keep the target area within the range of your camera, the camera should be positioned about 1-2 feet higher than your target will be tall, and placed at a slight downward angle, and make sure the camera is securely attached to the tree, as most wildlife will be curious about your camera.

TCC - This is a rather large post, so please take the time to read it. I will offer a few theories and stuff at the end of the post. A couple of the videos going around are fakes and some are not from 2012 but from 2009-2011.

The above video was up loaded by and here is what they posted about it.

"Montreal video was UPLOADED to youtube on January 11 2012 -- clearly with leaves on the trees.. not from Jan/2012 . here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9Gh7T91dSg

Kiev video at the end is from 2011 it would appear.. again uploaded on Jan 11 2011 .

If you spot anything else that stands out as "odd" for being January 2012 --- let me know in the comments.. is this some kind of copy-cat effect going on here?

1 hoax multiplied maybe? Or is it the real deal?! Im on the fence.

Something strange is afoot for sure --- unknown sounds heard globally over the past few days.. basically starting up in rapid pace on January 11, 2012 --- up until today (jan 16 2012). I don't know how long this will continue, or what it is.

New term : U.A.O.. = Unidentified AUDIBLE Object

you can see all the same videos in this montage by clicking this search here: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=strange+sounds+2012%2C+this+week

What could all these sounds heard this past week around the world have come from? What do you think is causing this phenomenon? I am still at the drawing board, trying to figure this mystery out... any ideas.. please share below in the comment field.

I have ruled out the "fake" option -- too many videos popping up for this to be a hoaxer.. unless of course.. its some kind of MOVIE roll out stealth marketing ploy... (I'm always the skeptic I know -- but remember EPAZUTI ?!).

I twist on the old saying .. keep your EAR to the grindstone ... if you hear anything.. get it on video !

Always remember, regardless of what the outcome of this particular situation, have a plan, be prepared -- food, water, supplies, and places to shelter in place.. and also places prearranged to go in case you have to leave your area."
