Because there’s more.
A Canadian company, with backing from the U.S. military, has developed quantum stealth invisibility cloaking technology. It is still in its early stages, but promises one very important thing to Bigfooters: the concept that invisibility IS possible and the technology behind it is fairly simple. That is, once you understand it. But it’s simple enough that we can apply it to a bigfoot’s ability to blend in to its surroundings or even possibly disappear.
Last year, Sharon Day, in her blog, Ghost Hunting Theories, suggested that maybe bigfoot hair possesses a translucent quality that catches the light surrounding it and causes the creature to blend into its surroundings somewhat. She used this theory to explain why so many bigfoot photos come out blurry. But can the same property render them invisible or almost invisible?
According to quantum stealth technology, it just might. It’s a fairly cheap, lightweight material that catches light and allows it to bend around the subject and make it or someone wearing it appear invisible. And it’s soon to be available to our military for use in the field.
So, if bigfoot hair does possess some special quality like translucence as Sharon Day suggested, then is it really much of a stretch to imagine that it may actually be possible for these creatures to blend into the landscape or virtually disappear?
When we think of it this way, it doesn’t seem quite as impossible.
In order to do really good bigfoot research, we can’t leave any stone unturned. If we look the other way every time something outrageous is suggested, we might never learn what we need to learn about them. With so many new researchers in the field and so many reports of this kind of ability, we can no longer ignore it. We might have to just, instead of arguing why it’s not possible, decide to try and find the ways it might actually be possible.
Nature continues to astound us every day. Both plants and animals have amazing adaptive abilities and qualities unique to them. And if we keep that in mind, it’s easy to take Bigfoot abilities to the next level. We, as humans, have a tendency to believe that if a new and fantastic concept arises, it must certainly be intricate and complicated. But it’s often so simple we can’t grasp it. And maybe that’s the case here. Maybe we just need to change our perspective. ******DF
