This image is reportedly from 2013 and it was presented by a woman named Sue. According to the report, Sue claimed to have taken the picture in Little Valley Mountain in Southern Utah. Little Valley is located in Washington county Utah. From what I can gather, that area has many hike and bike trails, and camping sites.
There was not a lot of information offered about Sue's picture. There was not a back story that I could find. It is my understanding that Sue sent the picture to a radio show on 95.9 KZHK. After that, the picture was made public but, as far as I know, there isn't very many details about the picture.
What follows is a couple enhancement of the image.
Now, I do not know if this is a Bigfoot or not, but the video is interesting. The channel it comes from is suspect to me. It was supposedly shot in Utah.
Here is what the description says about the clip.
"Clip Description: Two fishermen brothers are out in the woods by the
creek catching fish one day and they hear what sounds like an loud roar
and breaking trees. They leave right away thinking its a bear. The next
day they go back to investigate and see what it was that made that sound
and to see if any tracks were left in the snow...What they capture on
film is very creepy!!"

It seems that the description is not accurate to the video. The two brothers don't say anything about hearing a "loud roar" or "breaking trees", but state they discovered the tracks. But the video is interesting and what ever this is appears to be crouched down on the balls of it's feet.
I have attempted to zoom in on the figure more.

I guess in the end we just can't say for sure if it is a real bigfoot or just a guy in a suit but at least it is a pretty interesting video. You can see the figure swaying back and forth a little.

Bigfoot Sighting Near Sundance Utah - Enhancement

I have some doubts about this video and feel it is most likely a hoax or a prank of some sort, but in a case like this, we may never know for sure. There are a few things I like about the video and a few I don't. At least it's not a stump or shadow.
