It's the night of August 28, 1995. There's a light rain falling as night settles in. After a day of filming, some of the crew take a drive to relax down one of the side roads of the Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. When they turn the RV around to go back, they catch sight of something that will change their lives.

This video was originally being talked about as the Playboy bigfoot video, the Playmate and the Primate, and the Beauty and the Beast, depending on which broadcast you were lucky enough to catch. Thankfully, more discerning eyes took a look at the footage and found something more than a joke. It is said that Dr. Jeff Meldrum started to call it the "Redwoods Footage" in order to give it some dignity and have it taken more seriously.

On to the rest of the story: the camera was rolling, operated by Craig Miller, videographer, as usual. Filming was continued as usual to record behind-the-scenes events in support of the actual staged and rehearsed scenes.

The Cherokee Devil of Ashe County, N. C. This bigfoot was first introduced in Season three, episode eight of the Mountain Monsters tv show. According to the AIMS team, this particular creature possessed unique and dangerous abilities including mind control. Buck further informed the others that he was an old Cherokee legend - the T Sul 'kalu.
