UFO Seen in Los Angeles
I got the following UFO report submitted to me about a week or so ago. I have been in contact with the witness in an effort to get a little more detail.
The witness is someone I know and to protect her identity I will only call her "Libby".
Our exchange has been through email and Facebook messages.
Here is the report

Libby writes:
"Hi Thomas, I went to California for three weeks and just made it bake. My family went to Los Angeles to visit my Son-in-laws Marine buddy. I was in the sideyard enjoying the cool breeze. Everyone else had scattered to the Apartment etc. I was looking up at the Palms around the rooftop of the apartment next door. There were no clouds it was getting to be sunset in about an hour. I looked back up at the trees over the roof and saw a UFO cloaked in a very small see-through cloud. It was a saucer style. The UFO was surrounded by a small see-through cloud. Sort of like a puff of smoke surrounding it. I watch it for maybe 20 seconds or so. That is the second one in my lifetime."
TM: Were there any colors to it and were there any sounds? also, can you give about what time of the day you saw the object?
Libby: "The cloud that the UFO was in was the color of a white cloud but see-through. This ship was just a disc-shaped craft. Again it looked a little darker than the cloud it was in. It was about 7:30 pm in South Los Angeles. I was about 20 minutes from the beach so it was probably flying in between where I was and the beach. I don't know the county. There was no sound. The breeze was coming off the water so I would have heard the sound."
