I got the following UFO report submitted to me about a week or so ago. I have been in contact with the witness in an effort to get a little more detail.

The witness is someone I know and to protect her identity I will only call her "Libby".

The following sighting has never been reported until now. The witness wishes to remain anonymous and we will only refer to them as LPR. The witness has also provided a hand drawing of the object, which we will share at the end of the report.
