So, a few days ago I ran across this image on social media. The best I can recall I have never seen the image before, so this got my curiosity up and I had to start researching it. In the photograph we see what appears to be a human shaped figure lying on the ground.

Some think it could possibly be a Bigfoot waiting or watching the people taking the picture. Others think that the figure is more in line with the paranormal and think it could be a demon. A few have also suggested it could be a Dogman.

Adding to the creep factor is the fact there is a missing persons flyer posted on the rock wall.

I was able to track down some information about the image and later traced down a video explaining it in even more detail.
The picture was taken in 2006 in Salt Lake City, Utah in a place called Memory Grove Park.

Memory Grove park s considered one of, if not the most, haunted place in Salt Lake City. There are reports of a ghost bride being seen in the park. As the story goes, supposedly a woman was hit by a car crossing the street on her wedding day. There are numerous reports of people seeing this ghost bride in the park. The park is a popular place for weddings and gatherings.
But that is not all. There are also numerous reports of people hearing disembodied voices in the park.
There are numerous, numerous stories of activity and all out strangeness associated with Memory Grove park. So, this may explain and add some credence to the picture.

Here is a close up of the figure in the picture.


There appears to be some eye shine, which would rule out it being a human. The human eye has no tapetum lucidum, so it has no eye shine. Unless, the eye shine is some type of anomaly or artifact from the night picture, which seems unlikely.

As stated, I was able to track down a video about this image. It appears the video was created by the very person who took the picture. Another nice piece of information found in the video is about the missing person flyer seen in the picture. It is revealed who it was and what happened to them.

Now, the question remains....just what is in the picture?
