Campers Encounter Bigfoot
This report was brought to us by Tony Felosi. Tony has well over 10 years in the paranormal field and is an avid outdoorsman. He comes in contact with a lot of people and sometimes it leads to some interesting reports.
This is yet another encounter that took place in Harlan County, Kentucky.

This story is from a witness that experienced a Bigfoot sighting Harlan County Ky. The witness states that he and some friends in the late 1980’s were going camping.
As they walked up the mountain toward their camp area they got an uneasy feeling like they were being watched. They stopped in the trail to talk about what was going on and a large creature between 8-10 ft tall stepped out into the trail about 30 yards ahead of them.
None of them had ever seen anything like this in the mountains before, they backed up a few steps and then scattered and started running down the mountain.
They could hear the creature running behind them; they were terrified the witness said. When they got to the bottom of the mountain they jumped into their vehicle and drove home as fast as they could and never went back to that area again.

Harlan and southeast Kentucky have long been home to many bigfoot sightings. It seems as the subject of bigfoot has become more popular and accepted, more reports are coming forward. You have to remember back in the 80's, around here, there probably wasn't many people who really knew who or where to report their sighting, other than local officials who probably just dismissed it.
But nowadays, thanks to social media, it is much easier to find people who are interested in bigfoot and to submit reports. While the subject of bigfoot is still faced with much ridicule, it is much more accepted now than in days gone by.
