I got the following photographs sent to me about 10 days or so ago. The pictures were taken back in 2016 at Assateague Island Beach, Md.

I was sent 3 total photographs and some accompanying background information.
Here is that information and a short video.

The photos and background information was sent in by Bobbi (Last name withheld). Here is what the message said:

"These images were taken at the beach on 8/14/16 at Assateague Island Beach, Md. taken by my sons daycare provider at the time. She has since passed away. She shared them with me back during that time as she was sending them to people on Facebook to investigate.
She did not see the thing that day at all. No one did. When she uploaded her picture from the camera she saw it. She was a very honest down to earth person who never would’ve edited these etc. I just Always wondered what it was. "

During our messaging I got okay from Bobbi to share the pictures and story.

Here is a slight zoom-in on the figure.



I do not know what this figure is but it looks to be very human-like. Could it be a person in some kind of black garb? Why did the people not see it at the time?
