Chemtrails, seems we are hearing more about them nowadays. Today, I saw a couple of well respected people on my Facebook friends list debating about chemtrails. Debating on what they are and what they are not.

Over the last 10 years there seems to be a growing number of people who are joining the chemtrails conspiracy team. But are there any truth or a smoking gun to for sure say it is real?
Should we be concerned about chemtrails?

Let's dig deeper.
First I think it is a good idea to somewhat define just what the chemtrails conspiracy is.

The Chemtrails Conspiracy is a belief or a theory that chemical or biological agents are being sprayed in the sky by high-flying aircraft. Those who subscribe to this theory speculate that the purpose of the chemical release may be solar radiation management, weather modification, psychological manipulation, human population control, or biological or chemical warfare and that the trails are causing respiratory illnesses and other health problems. Some even believe it is an attempt to stop global warming. There are many other theories as to the purpose of the spraying.

As you can see the chemtrails conspiracy covers a lot of possibilities, everything from weather control to sterilizing humans for population control.

Some even point to the following video as proof that there was an admittance to chemtrails during a UN meeting. The following video is an admission by Rosalind Peterson, President of the Agriculture Defence Coalition, who addresses the UN on the truth behind chemtrails, geoengineering, and weather modification.

But there are just as many, if not more, people who believe chemtrials are just natural occurring  condensation trails. The opposing view is that contrails are a result of the emissions that are normally left by the exhaust of the engines of airplanes. Some trails last longer due to the amount of moisture in the air.

There have been numerous experts from various fields conclude that chemtrials are natural event caused by airplane emission and that the conspiracy theory is just a hoax.

So, where do you stand on this issue? I for one would not put it past the government spraying us but I have a hard time buying into the whole chemtrails conspiracy.
Could there be some truth in it? Maybe.
