I do not know where this comes from, who found it or the story behind it but allegedly it is a tooth from a bigfoot. At least that is what some people believe. It does appear rather large, maybe even too large to be from a bigfoot.

I do not know if any experts have looked or studied it. Just looking at it, it does appear to be rather old. But I wonder if we can match it up with a known animal?

Let's try.
In my opinion, this could very well be a tooth from a buffalo. We all know that bison teeth are often used for making necklaces and other crafts.In fact, I have even seen a few on ebay that were mounted and had a label saying Sasquatch tooth.

Here is a picture of a buffalo tooth, but remember that can look different. This was from a random google search.




Here is another picture of a buffalo tooth found by a river. The people were out hunting for Indian artifacts and found the tooth.



This one might be a slightly better match to our alleged bigfoot tooth.

I also did a google search for cow teeth and they also look very similar. Here is an image of various cow teeth


So, in the end I have not proven or disproved that the alleged bigfoot tooth is from a bigfoot or something else. It could be that it is from a bigfoot and the back story, if known, might back up the claim. Or it could be from a known animal and someone is just trying to pull a hoax. Then again it could be just an honest mistake and the person believes it to be from a a bigfoot......the world my never know the real answer.

But it is fun to speculate sometimes.
