This following is a combination of a submitted report, email exchange and a witness phone interview. The witness had two separate sightings of a possible Thunderbird. The Thunderbird is described as a large bird like creature that is normally tied to Native American tradition. Fossil records does show that giant birds with wing spans between 12 and 18 feet did exist. The Thunderbird is largely thought of as a myth nowadays, but reports of sightings keep being documented from time to time.

Describe sighting in detail:
An extremely large turkey vulture like bird that had a wingspan of 12 to 15 ft. Was seen several times on the same place about 40 to 50 feet off the ground. Once perched on a large dead tree limb. Heard the bird squawk several times. Still fairly clear in both witnesses memories.

But I don't understand if you saw it twice in exact same spot and nobody bothered to ask him if he took a picture of it or try to set up a trail camera I mean if you seen it in the same spot trying to explain it to somebody be a lot better to have a picture
