What is this figure? Must watch the video!

This is a very short clip from a video taken by Barb Shupe. When she first posted it and I saw the "figure", I thought it was just some flickering sunlight. After I watched it full screen I realized there is for sure something moving and not sunlight. The figure appears to be in a tree or possibly just standing behind a small tree and then drops down and runs off. The figure is odd looking and some think it could actually be a Bigfoot cloaking.  To me, the figure almost looks like an alien. I would also like to thank Barb for allowing me to attempt to enhance the video and thank her for sharing it. ...so Thanks Barb!
