Mysterious Lights Spotted Offshore In Hawaii-What Is This?

We often think that if we see strange things at night, there must be some logical explanation for them. And quite often there is. And there are always varying opinions on the subject, so, as far as UFO’s are concerned, I always try to ask those with experience in the military to put things in their logical perspective.

Recently a Youtube channel known as thirdphaseofthemoon, based out of Hawaii posted some footage they captured offshore late one night with night vision equipment. I readily admit I know nothing about these guys, but the footage is intriguing. One person commented that it was a search and rescue mission because some claims had been made locally that they had been searching for a kayaker that had disappeared there in the previous days. But as I watched this mostly invisible “craft” with a bright light shining down into the water in almost the same small area for an extended period of time, I started doubting that story. If it was search and rescue, wouldn’t they be scanning the whole area?

I asked paranormal investigator, Leon Drew, for help. Leon is also a telecom manager for the U.S. Army at Fort Carson, Colorado with a long military background who has also been to the area in question. He believes this is not a known aircraft and that this may be a spot for an underwater base. Here’s what he had to say:

“The videos are very well done I think they should’ve used more of the original audio. Nothing I saw  moved like what I would consider a helicopter or search and rescue or {conventional} craft.  The bright lights did not appear to be man-made lights. They were originating from a single source. With the reported activity of this area that I have heard about and seen other videos that the U.S. Navy released,  my estimation of size and distance would be a lot closer than what was stated in the video which was probably less than a mile away and size would’ve been approximately 30 to 50 feet in length. Just a mile or two offshore {of Hawaii}, the water gets very deep, very fast.  The perfect place to hide out if there is an underwater and identified submersible base. It is an interesting video and we can hopefully look at some more in the future.”

He also added that the Coast Guard is very active in Hawaii but in his opinion, the light colors weren’t consistent with military craft and the situation is not consistent with a search and rescue mission. He believes the craft could be some kind of drone as some kind of sensor unit looking for elements or items.  But he closed in saying this seems very legitimate for UFO/USO activity.

Keeping in mind that the acronym UFO stands for an unidentified flying object, many things could classify as a UFO. But whatever you believe about this footage, it’s interesting to watch. Tell us what YOU think.
