Imprisoned Spirits: In Search of the Unknown

I just wanted to make a quick post letting everyone know my latest film was released today. It is titled
Imprisoned Spirits: In Search of the Unknown. It is a very historical look at some violent times in Harlan County Kentucky. A film that covers many dark events that are capped off with a paranormal investigation of the old haunted jail.

Below is the full synopsis and official trailer:

"Harlan County, Kentucky has a sordid history of conflict, corruption, murder, and mayhem. For many years Harlan was practically a war zone. This helped earn it the name Bloody Harlan.

All those turbulent times and dark energy has seemed to have an effect on the area. One such area is the old Harlan County Jailhouse. The jailhouse has a checkered reputation and was at the center of much of this turmoil. It housed every type of criminal you can imagine, from the common
thief to murders. If you committed a crime in Harlan, you had to pass through the Harlan County jail system.

It appears all this negative energy has made the jail a hub for unexplained activity. The Crypto Files team takes a look at the past and the claims of unexplained activity.

Are there Imprisoned Spirits still trapped in the jail?

We intend to find out."

Official Trailer

The film is currently available for rental on Amazon - Click Here
We are also taking orders for the DVD release. You can contact me through the official Facebook page by Clicking Here if you are interested in a DVD.

Over the next few days, I will get this film up on our Merchandise page, currently, I'm a little under the weather.
Here are a few still frames from the film.

I hope everyone will check the film out as we put a lot of work into it. And yes we captured some incredible evidence of paranormal activity.

Also a big thanks to everyone who helped and took part in the making of this film and those who supported our efforts. There were many hours of research and work that went into making this film.

Thanks
Tom

  1. Which jail? You do know there have been 5 courthouses in Harlan County, the jail that closed down in 2003 was built in 1920. Before that, the courthouse was a red brick building and the prisoners were held in the jailers home, my great grandfather was the jailer during this time period. The red brick one was built in 1888 and torn down in 1918. Before that, the courthouse and jail was located outside of town in a cornfield. The 2nd courthouse in Harlan was burned in the Civil War in retaliation for the burning of the Lee Co VA courthouse.
