Mock up/Re-creation of Sighting.

This is a bigfoot sighting report that has never been shared publicly until now. Even though this report is older, it still is important to me. First, it helps establish a history for sightings in this particular area. In fact, this general area is close to me and is home to several other more recent reports of bigfoot sightings.
The contact person on this wishes to remain anonymous, so I will call him Tony in this report. But I can tell you that he is someone I personally know and have known for many years. We were out of contact for many years, because he moved away.

Describe sighting in detail:

TM: Where was it at and what where you doing?
Tony: The area is known as Brownies creek. We were riding horses back in the country. The area kind of opened up in to a flat area with a pine thicket along the right of that road.
Riding along and started smelling something like bad BO along with a dead animal smell. Horses started acting up and looking toward it or we would not have seen it.

TM: What color was it?
Tony: Looked brown from the distance, not sure how tall. It was moving across the tree line headed back toward Pathfork mountain.
TM: How tall would you guess it at?
Tony: 6 foot plus if I guessed. We were more than 100 yards away.

Tony: Did not figure anyone would believe it, so never said anything.

I also want to mention that I knew the other man who was riding with Tony that day. Sadly he passed away. Another thing I should mention is that this was probably in the later years of the 70's. I know Tony is slightly older that me, so it makes more sense that it probably was in the later years of the 70's.

I know the general area of this event and it is a vast area with lots of running water and food sources for bigfoot.

Over the years I have ran into many people who had a bigfoot sighting and many of them say the same things. Like "I never reported it because I didn't think people would believe it" or something to that effect. So, it is not that unusual for people to finally come forward, I just hope more do. I'm sure there are many people out there who have seen bigfoot but have never reported it.
