Larry with two track castings |

Interview with Researcher Larry Surface
It's time for our fourth installment of the short interviews series with people from the World of Bigfoot.
In this interview we talk to Larry Surface - Larry was a key researcher who submitted evidence to the documentary film Bigfoot : The Evidence Files. You can view some of his research in that film.
Tom: How long have you been researching/studying bigfoot?
LS: I've been researching Bigfoot full time since 2008, 6 years.
Tom: What got you interested in Bigfoot, Was there a particular event that got you started?
LS: I first became interested by the Leonard Nemoy tv shows in the 1960's.
Tom: During your research/studying of Bigfoot, have you ever encountered aggressive behavior or felt in danger from a bigfoot?
LS: I have never felt in danger from Bigfoot. Nor have they ever bothered any of our animals, even catching a Raccoon in the yard while a chicken sat on a nearby limb 4 feet off the ground undisturbed.
Tom: It seems Skeptics are always ready to attack bigfoot research, How do you deal with it?
LS: I cannot deal with the abusive skeptics, I deal with it by withdrawing from the public forums and websites, and just posting my information to my friends on facebook.
Tom: Would you like to see Bigfoot accepted and/or proven to the general public?
LS: Yes, my research is directed toward making it known that they are creatures like us who deserve to be protected.
Tom: What is your favorite time of year to research/study bigfoot, When do you have your most success?
LS: The most active time seems to be late fall and winter, before the ground is covered with snow. They avoid coming close in snow to prevent being tracked by hunters.
Tom: Do you have a favorite Bigfoot story or report?
LS: I watched one on thermal scope lay perfectly still in ambush, and when it sprang up to chase it was unbelievably fast.
Tom: What would you be doing if you wasn't researching/studying bigfoot?
LS: If I wasn't fascinated by Bigfoot, I would still be fishing.
Thanks for taking the time to do our little interview and good luck with all your research and feel free to contact me anytime.
- End Interview
Larry continues to record possible bigfoot sounds in Ohio. I found Larry easy to work with during the making of my documentary film, Bigfoot : The Evidence Files. He has some really interesting photos and audio files.
Thanks
~Tom~
