Moreno Valley UFO Sighting

A recent UFO sighting from the Moreno Valley area. We have attempted to enhance the witness footage and provide more details about the event. The area in and around Moreno Valley has had numerous UFO sightings over the years.

Moreno Valley is a city in Riverside County, California and is part of the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario Metropolitan Area. It is the second-largest city in Riverside County by population.

I'm just not sure what the object is or isn't at this point. The video was very short and somewhat blurry. This made it difficult to enhance and hard to see much detail. Some of the movement, unless I'm misinterpreting camera movement, gives me the impression of a balloon. Not saying it is a balloon, I don't know what it is.
