What Is Creating The Ocean Sounds Known As "Julia?"

Human imaginations run wild sometimes…or do they? Who knows in the case of phenomenon known as Julia.
On March 1999, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) recorded what they referred to as a "sound wave" off the coast of South America, and they gave it the benign name of Julia. But there’s been a lot of spooky speculation since then about what Julia might actually be. They claimed the sound was likely being made by a rather large iceberg from Antarctica that had possibly run aground, but whenever you Google "Julia," you’d be likely to find artist’s depictions of a huge underwater sea creature.
But why is that?
