The Silent Forest Phenomenon
People who’ve had strange encounters in the woods, Bigfoot, lights, shadows, whatever, always mention the same moment:
“Everything went quiet.”
No birds.
No insects.
No wind in the leaves.
Just a heavy, unnatural stillness… like the whole forest is holding its breath.
Some say it’s a predator nearby.
Some say it’s instinct.
Some say it’s something older.
