An Older Report From Canada
In the 1960s a letter was sent out from one man who witnessed something strange. He and two other amateur prospectors were near Ribbon Creek Rd., east of Banff, Alberta, Canada, eating their lunch. Looking up they were startled to see a "gorilla" sitting on its haunches, watching them eat. Both parties stayed frozen, watching each other, for about 5 minutes, then the "gorilla" stood up.
It "... sort of chattered its teeth like it was cold and also moved its arms in an up and down movement" and then it walked away. All three men agreed that the creature was at least 7 ft. tall with longish arms, droopy large breasts and was covered in long brownish hair.
They did not notice any tracks that day. But the next day, two of the men returned to the area and found tracks on the road. They estimated them to about 15" long.
