I got the following report in late yesterday. The witness was filming the sky and captured this odd looking cigar shaped object. During the video the object seems to change shape somewhat and at one point there are two lights.

"I was actually shooting the dirty skies left by chemtrails. I never saw any UFO until I watched the video for the 3rd time. Then something flashed by. It was like a white cigar...so I sent it to my editor friend Jay ...and he gives us a better look at it."

This kind of looks like one of them solar balloons but I don't think any of them have lights on them.
