Just got off the phone with Tony Felosi. He gathered a bigfoot track report today that was pretty interesting.
The man talking to Tony, who we will keep anonymous and call Jim, was a bit reluctant to share his story at first. From what he told Tony it is something that he normally don't tell people.
Here is the story and details of the event.
Jim and another person were hunting deer in Harlan county, Kentucky. The two men separated to get to their hunting spots. It was a place they hunted at often. Jim was real familiar with the area in giving the details to Tony.
As Jim is making his way to his tree stand he found three large 18 inch foot tracks. Jim said you could even see the toes. Jim is an avid hunter and knew right off these were not bear tracks. He even went so far to explain to Tony some of the differences.
After finding the tracks Jim climbs on up in this tree stand, like most hunters would do. Not long after being up in the tree stand, Jim hears what he described as a "gawd awful scream".
Jim stated that he had killed bear and heard a bear's death scream and that this was something
totally different.
He texts his hunting buddy and ask "Did you hear that?". The other hunter texts back and says he sure did.
At this point the men become somewhat frightened and quickly leave the area.
This track find and event took place about 2 or 3 years ago.The kicker to all of this is that this is an area Tony and I know well and conduct bigfoot research in. It is a place where we have found tracks and other various evidence.
We know almost to the exact spot where this event occured. We have plans to be in this area in the near future.
By my calculations, an 18 inch track would roughly be a 9 foot tall bigfoot. This is pretty large.
A big thanks to Jim for sharing his story with Tony.
A thanks to Tony for documenting the report for us.
Thanks
~Thomas~
