After hearing hundreds of paranormal and cryptid reports over the years, I’ve come to the conclusion that, of the reports I receive, they are probably only a small fraction of the paranormal incidents that happen around the world. And that may be, in part, because things often happen to people that they are to embarrassed to report. But the remaining incidents may be incidents that happened to people leaving them unsure that anything really happened at all. It’s as if they imagined the whole thing.
But maybe they didn’t.
  
A good example of this that happens more often than we imagine is the phenomenon of lost time.  Witnesses often find themselves in situations where they seem to “wake up” and realize they’ve lost a significant enough amount of time, by the clock, to be noticeable.

The following accounts are of two women who had such an experience, and were actually moved from one location to another unknowingly. They wish to remain anonymous, but they are friends and were together and had the same experience at the same time, which lends more validity to the event. And they each give their thoughts about the incident in their own words about their incident in rural Kansas back in January of this year.


It’s important to note that these two women are active paranormal investigators that are used to having weird things happen to them fairly frequently. Other, less experienced witnesses in a similar situation may be more traumatized. But check this out and see what you think.

Woman #1

“What I remember about that night is we were driving and we had stepped outside for a bit to gaze at the stars. Upon re-entering the car, we continued down the road and were talking again. I remember going down one of the hills and then nothing. Nothing until we came upon what I thought was a grape vineyard. There were lights around it, leading up to the vineyard. I remember we talked about why they had so many solar lights.”

“Then, nothing again until we were just on the other side of the tracks going to Neosho Rapids. I was confused and asked my friend why we were there. It's nowhere near the route we always take! She indicated she didn't know either. She was just as confused as I was.”

“How do I feel about this? Indifferent really. I was confused, but I have suffered no ill-effects following the experience. My gut feeling is we were somehow either moved or entered some sort of time warp. Perhaps we were moved to protect us from something? That I don't know. I didn't wake up the next day with any ill-effects, no scratches, etc.”

“I do not feel upset about it. I'm just still confused. I wouldn't mind knowing why or how we ended up where we were, but I'm fine with the situation overall”

Woman #2

“On 1/26, my friend and I like to ride around at night, to see critters and get photographs. There are 2 general routes we take, both around 40 miles total, all on gravel. This night we went up Road 190 to BETO Junction (35/75 crossroads). When we cross another gravel road before BETO, which is off about 2 miles to the south from there,  the road becomes basically 2 dirt paths. We go up this for about a mile to the end of the road and turn around and back. We reached the end of the road at 7pm, turned around and went down a hill, then up one and stopped and got out to look at the stars because they were so bright and beautiful that night. Got back in and before we got back to the corner,  off the 2 rut road, we both kind of blanked out. The next thing either of us knew, we were 25 miles away near Neosho Rapids driving down the highway, at 7:20. It was like waking up, and I didn’t know where I was. I was driving on the highway  heading under I-35, drive about a mile and turned around....didn't really know where I was. I drove back under I-35 and got to the railroad tracks at Rapids before I got my bearings. That was when my friend "woke up" and said "where are we ?" and I said, "I don't know".  I thought I was having some kind of a senior moment, but the same thing had happened to her.”

“I did some figuring about time. We were around 25 miles away from where we became aware again, and in 20 minutes or so, so I would have had to drive 60 mph on gravel roads to have gotten there!  The next day, I vaguely remembered going around a curve in the road, and saw a farmhouse that had millions of lights beside it. My friend said something about it and I said, " Maybe they are lighting up their grapevines". Then faded out again. When I told her this she said she faintly remembers the lights too, when I said something about the grapevines.”

“Neither of us had any injuries, bumps or bruises...or really any fear. It is just disconcerting. We went back there on the 28th with  K-2 meter and got some energy strikes in a couple areas on the 2 rut road and have gone there 2 other times, including last night, with no issues. We have probably driven that route 30 times before. No good explanation...time warp, went through a dimensional door,  extraterrestrials???.... no good explanation!  If it had just been me, then it could have been a senior moment, but it happened to both, at the same time.  Weird.”
