If you missed the event, I will write a briefly summary and share some of the photos. The event was a Bigfoot presentation event with the main goal being to raise some funds for two families devastated by the terrible thing we call cancer. I think we would be hard pressed to find any person who's lives have not been touched in some way by cancer. Somewhere in out lives we have had someone, family or friend, suffer from cancer. So, we were more than happy to take part in this event.
Myself and Charlie Raymond of Kentucky Bigfoot Research Organization both did presentations. I rarely do these types of things, mainly because I'm rather shy by nature, but this was a great cause. My presentation was short and mainly focused on my own personal research and findings. I did briefly cover some of our teams findings in other locations. I'm shy and nervous talking to larger groups, but have a much easier time talking to 3 or 4 people at a time. I enjoyed talking to everyone and I got to hear some great stories. I encouraged some of the people who told me these stories to submit them via the link at the top of the page to me. I hope they do so I can share them with everyone. I was also shown some great track pictures and an awesome audio file.
There were also a lot of prizes raffled off. Prizes that included T-shirts, hats, artwork, figures and more. A special thanks to all who donated prizes and helped make the event a success.
In the coming days, I hope to share more from this wonderful event. It was such a pleasure to meet everyone and I hope we can do it again.
Here are some more photos from the event.
Myself, Charlie and the man who first started setting up the event, Randy Isaac. I think this photo was taken by Randy's lovely wife Samantha.
This is a group shot of some of the folks who stayed around long after the presentations were over. I think this shot was also taken by Samantha Isaac.
If you would like to see more pictures from the even you can find them on our facebook by clicking here.
It was great to see people from the bigfoot community coming together to share information and help some people in the process.
Again, thanks to everyone who had a hand in making this happen and to everyone who came out, everyone who donated their time and money to make this truly successful. Please, keep these young kids and their families in your prayers.
