While I was out in one of my local areas hunting ginseng and conducting Bigfoot research I had some spine-tingling howls in behind me. I had spent several hours in the mountains and was on my way back to my ATV. The howls rang out and I quickly got my camera out and recorded some of them.

The vocals were very deep and it was more like a moaning. I had just been in the very spot these unknown howls were coming from and didn't see anything unusual. At first, I thought the sounds were being made by a coyote. But after hearing several howls and realizing they seemed very deep, I became very unsure if it was a coyote or not.

The sounds were somewhat unnerving.
