I recently got in this Bigfoot sighting report from Nova Scotia. I have had this report in my emails for several days. I didn't get a chance to really read it over or post it due to the fact my wife had surgery the day after I got the email. So there were several days that I was just unable to really dig into any work.

Once I got a chance to really read the report, I went to google maps and scoped out the area. As you can see from the picture above there is a lot of forest area in this general spot.

Describe sighting in detail:

I was just entering my work site. I work at The Birches nursing home as a nurse. On the site property there is the Twin Oaks hospital as well. I drove in that Friday morning from my place in Dartmouth. About 28 minutes by highway. I had just pulled into the last driveway to access rear parking behind the two buildings. The road is paved and there is an elbow curve in that driveway that leads you to the rear.

On the approach to this curve you can see an old small dirt road, it was on this piece of road that I saw a tall Bigfoot.  It was standing on the edge of the  road facing the treeline. I was able to see it clearly as it stood staring into the woods. I saw it's right side, the first thing that spelled Bigfoot for me was it's conical shaped head, the long brownish black hair that was lifting on its head and arms in the breeze. It was a sunny morning with some clouds here and there. The arms were long at its side and the hair was long and wispy like. The hair moved but Bigfoot did not.

It did not look at me as I drove in. I recall taking my foot off the gas pedal and just staring at the creature until I reached the curve in the road that lead me to a rear parking lot. Whatever it was doing  it was unconcerned with me as I drove by. It was approximately 25-30 feet in on this private road.

I was in awe and in shock as well, as my brain was processing what I had just witnessed. I am looking to speak with other Nova Scotia people who have witnessed Bigfoot too. Looking to connect with them so would be happy to learn of any forums or such online. I have always been keenly interested in Bigfoot but never thought in a million years I would actually see on.

I did have my iPhone on me but it was not a thought in that moment. You lose yourself when it happens. Your brain is processing and not on par with the whole camera thing. It was an amazing day in my life to have witnessed it.

I would estimate it to be approx 7-7.5 feet tall, it was lean and it was definitely a male. It was just standing there in the sun. It's fur had some reddish tints to it too.

I will have my iPhone out of my pocket and on the ready now as I drove in this was just about everyday.

First, a thanks to Katie for sending in the report.

Now, when looking at the google map of the area, the area is just as described by Katie, but if we look slightly further behind where she seen this creature we discover there is a stream or pond. The body of water is called "Mill pond" on the google map. We know that any creature needs food and water, so this area may be a good fit for a Bigfoot. Over the years we have had several sighting reports submitted of possible sightings from Nova Scotia.
