I took a little time and upscaled the UFO footage in the hope of getting more details. I also do a short zoom-in on the object. 

We can see there are some flashing lights on this object. The object appears to be moving away from the camera.

I got the following report emailed to me a few days ago. I have been a little slow getting it posted due to the fact I emailed the person for additional info and was waiting for the reply. I did get an email back but it was apparent they never got my email. My message probably is in the spam folder. Ao, I will go ahead and share the report and if I get more information I will update the post.
