The above picture and reports comes from Katrineholm,Sweden. It could possible be of an actual bigfoot or as many call them Trolls. I had to do some digging to find information about this report but I managed to find it.

The story goes like this: The witness was out taking a walk, he eventually sees two deer and starts to take a picture when this possible bigfoot runs out.

The reason this was a difficult report to find a lot of information on is the fact it is from 2011 and the witness wanted to remain anonymous. I did find an excellent write up of it, along with a witness interview. I want to share it here and give full credit to Crypto Sweden for this information. I will also add additional information after, along with some photo enhancements.

In the forest near Hull, England there are numerous reports of people seeing what some are calling a werewolf. It is said to stand a towering eight foot tall, covered in hair and has red glowing eyes. The term werewolf may be very off putting to some people. It may make them think of movies and fantasy tales. I think the more modern term, that a majority of people are using to describe these creatures, is Dogman.

Dogman is normally associated with bigfoot by many cryptid researchers. This may be a good assessment. But if you compare the two, Dogman and Bigfoot, Dogman seems to be the more aggressive and fits in with witness accounts from the Hull area.

Witnesses describe the beast as being fast, jumping tall fences, attacking and eating dogs, sometimes even running on all fours. The main sightings seem to be around the area known as Barmston Drain.

Okay, sometimes being in the cryptozoology field presents us with bizarre photographs and stories, like this next one.

The above picture is said to be from 1961 and it is said to be of a real werewolf standing under a street lamp. It also has a decent back story but I'm not sold on the picture being authentic.

First the story.

This man from Michigan who worked in a near by factory on the second shift, had returned home after work and was enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the porch. It was around 3am in the early morning. Reportedly the man saw something move near a near by gate. He goes into his house, gets his gun and goes out to see what it was. As he was standing there looking around he saw a strange hairy creature that would stand on 2 legs and then sometimes go down on all fours. The witness then returns to his house, somewhat frightened, and manages to get his camera and go back outside. This is reportedly when he was able to take the above photo of the creature.

That is the story in a nutshell. Some have speculated it was a dogman, others called it a werewolf.
But what about the picture, lets take a look at it and some enhancements.

I'm not even sure where this photograph comes from, I mean geographically, but I think it comes from within the United States. It seems some are suggesting it is the Lizard man of Bishopville, but I'm not sure about that. The Bishopville lizard man is said to be some type of reptilian cryptid from South Carolina and it has been well researched and documented.

As for the above photograph, reportedly someone took a picture of this odd looking figure as it crossed a river. They supposedly described it as being some type of lizard man, but it kinda looks like a dogman or werewolf type of thing, but I guess it could be a lizard. The photo is blurry and out of focus. The figure is bipedal and has a humanoid looking body with a dog (ish) tail.

I personally think the image is a photoshopped fake and that the story is probably not real. So, I took some time, but not much, to zoom in on the figure and try to clean it up a little.

After that, I ran the original image on some software that looks for signs that the image is a fake or that it has been manipulated with some type of photo editors.

The image showed or matched several photo editing softwares. These included: GIMP, Paintshop Pro, and paint.net. It also appears the original image, which I will assume was just of the river, was taken with an Olympus camera.

In the end the software concluded that there was a high probability that the image was processed and/or edited. I tend to agree and think the image is a fake. I do however think there is something to the Lizard man reports from South Carolina.

Real or Hoax
Bigfoot Or Hoax?

The Grand Caverns Bigfoot Photo

This photo of possible bigfoot in a cave in Virginia is making a pretty big splash, but is it real or just a hoax?

Here is a brief overview of the story behind the photo.

"This photo was taken in 1895 by an amateur spelunker/photographer named Oren Jeffries while exploring an unmapped section of Grand Caverns, in Southwestern Virginia....
At the time it was taken, Jeffries was conducting photographic experiments, using super long exposures.....then open the lens of his homemade box camera .......During one of these experiments, he heard something approach from the deeper recesses of the cave. Frightened, Jeffries abandoned his experiment and set off one of the Blitzlicht flashes he used for taking traditional photos underground."

So, what can we find out about the photo from analysis and the above info.
Well, first I ran some software on the photo to find out more information and here is some of it.

It appears the original photo was not scanned into a computer but was photographed with a Nikon E5700. Then there is the evidence of Adobe photoshop, which may or may not prove it was manipulated.
So knowing this information, I did some enhancing of the photo, here are the results

In the above photo notice how the body of the creature does not extend below the rock in front of it. It appears to just be floating in the air. Red Flag.

Here is a zoom on the head of the creature.

Notice how part of the head on the left side of the photo (right side of the creature) is missing?
Red Flag.

But wait that is not all, according to the story Jeffries "..heard something approach from the deeper recesses of the cave" and blasted a photo. Remember he was creating long exposures and hearing movement took a picture.  Here is an example of a long exposure photos of people moving around.
Notice anything?
Notice how the people in the photo appear blurry due to movement but in the cave photo this is no blur at all and according to the story he heard movement, but yet no blur? Shouldn't there have been some blur if the creatures were moving? I'm not an expert on cameras or photography so my assumption could be wrong on the blurring.

In any case, I think there is enough information to conclude this is most likely a hoaxed photo.
We have the following evidence:

* Image processed or edited with photoshop
* Creature appears to be floating and body does not extend below the rock
* Creatures has missing parts on it's head
* No blurring of figure while using long exposure (?)

At least the story surrounding the photo is interesting and is something to think about.
My Analysis - Faked Photo
Of course, this is only my opinion, if you want to believe the photo is of  real creatures that is fine with me.

The Texas Bigfoot Research Conservancy (TBRC) released the above photo of a possible bigfoot.
Full story can be found on the TBRC website found HERE .
The pictures was reportedly taken in Oklahoma. TBRC has had the photos for about 12 years but only recently got permission to release the photos.  It was reported that In the past TRBC has shown the photos at some of their local events and seminars.
The Crypto Crew has taken and tried to enhance the 2 released photos and has done a little research concerning the photos.

Here is the other photo released by TBRC

Here is some enhancements done by TCC of the above photos

color enhanced & enlarged by The Crypto Crew

What I would like to point out about this photo is the little "pointy" peak of Hair at the nape of the neck. This is something that will mean more to you as you read futher.

Here is the enhancement of the other photo

color enhanced & enlarged by The Crypto Crew

In this photo I would like to point out the "red" color on the side of the neck...this seems odd and out of place to me.
So I got to doing some more research about theses photos and I think I have discovered more photos of the same "bigfoot" but in a different state.

Here is a photo that was reportedly taken at Mt. St. Helens in Washington State. Notice how it looks to be the same "bigfoot"

Notice how it has the same"pointy" peak of hair at the nape of the neck. The roundness of the belly is the same as well. These pictures were taken in 2002 as best can be determined.

Here is another photo from the Mt. St. Helens set

Notice there appears to be a four wheeler or some kind of machine in this picture. So it was real close to the person taking the picture. This does in fact look like the same creature in the photos released by TBRC. In this picture there seem to be a seam at the shoulder as well.
The BFRO has the Mt. St. Helens sighting on their website and it can be read HERE . This is assuming it is the same report that goes with the pictures and I think it is.

Some things I want to point out.
* "Pointy" peak at the nape of the neck - possible hood or mask
* Shoulder appears to show a seam in WA photo - Possible suit
* No Muscle Definition -  possible suit
* Red coloring on neck - Could be clothes
* Arms appear to be too short

The only real odd thing to me is the "creature" appears to be very large. TBRC did some size analysis and this thing does appear large but as we all know sometimes we can be fooled concerning size of things in photos.

First let me say I do not think TBRC is pulling any kind of  a hoax or a fake here, But based on the photos they released and the other photos I have found and I would conclude that this is a suit of some kind and not a real bigfoot.  If I'm wrong or others disagree with me that is find.
Thanks to TBRC for releasing the photos.
