The Crypto Files - Mothman

It's time for another episode of The Crypto Files!!! In this episode we take a look at the mysterious Mothman and the collapse of Silver Bridge. Are Mothman sightings a warning of impending doom? Some think that seeing Mothman is a bad omen and that something bad is going to happen.

Here is the new episode.

Large Creature Seen in Thames River

A friend alerted me to a video that was just posted a couple days ago. The video is of the river Thames in North Geenwich, London, England. For a brief moment at the first of the video you see a large creature of some sort descending back under the water. The above picture is a still frame from the video.

Here is the video.

The person who filmed this was on a cable car and seen something moving under the water. The mystery object surfaces and then goes back under the water. Some have suggested it was a whale, while others suggest it is a school of fish. I do not know what it is but it is a good capture.

Here is another picture of the creature/object, zoomed in.

So, what do you think it is?

Thanks
Tom

My Crypto World - Introduction and Bigfoot (Episode 1)

Okay, so I thought it would be kind of fun ...I hope ..to do another youtube series. This one should be easier for me to do as it should take a little less time. I'm still going to be doing all my other stuff but I hope this one will be more consistent and require a lot less editing. This first episode is called "Introduction and Bigfoot", it is a general overview of what the series is about and includes a never reported Bigfoot sighting. Hopefully the series will also help me get over my shyness a little.

I hope you enjoy it.

"My Crypto World - Introduction and Bigfoot (episode 1)

Thanks
Tom

Daytime Howl Heard in Kentucky

The following report happened less than a week ago. The report was not submitted through our "report a sighting" link but was instead told to us by someone we know very well.  The person who experienced this is a straight forward person, honest and not a person who makes things up. This happened here in my general area, in a place called Wallins Creek. Here is what happened.

Someone had passed away and a few people got together to take the family some food. This is a normal customary thing that people do for families that have suffered a death. Well, as they were standing outside the church, they heard this scream/howl from the side of the mountain. They told us that the scream "started off kind of human sounding" but as it went on it grew in volume and got much deeper.  Of course, after hearing what he described as "a horrifying sound" he ask the people standing with him what was making the sound. They told him they did not know but that they hear it all the time.

So, the guy who heard this got to listen to some sounds of an elk and was able to confirm that it was not an elk. This scream/howl happened in the daytime, which is kind of rare, as most howls are heard at night or early in the mornings.

As, for the area, I do know that some bigfoot tracks were found on a couple of the old strip mine roads. They were found by some ATV riders. This area and mountain range ties right into my area and an area of a few reported sightings.

With what I know of this area, and the person that told us this, I would say that the scream/howl was most likely made by a bigfoot. Of course, I did not hear the sound but the only thing we have around here that might do that type of sound, would be an elk. But elk was ruled out after he heard it. So, that would only really leave 2 possibilities, either a person or a bigfoot. So that makes it all the more interesting.

Events like this are difficult, people want to know why you didn't record it. But it happens so randomly and is so unexpected that there is just no way to get a recorder out. Now, the people who live in the area and say they heard the sound often, could possibly get a recording but I assume most are probably not interested in bigfoot so they don't even think about it.

Well, that's all I have at this time.

Have a great day and a great Easter Weekend.

Thanks
Tom

S.T.U.R.S - Ghost Hunting Table Discussion

This is a sit down interview and table discussion about the previous nights investigation. The investigation took place in the Rolling Hills Asylum. The table discussion is hosted by TCC's Jason Morse, who also took part in the ghost hunt. There are various topics discussed and some good information about this investigation and past investigations.

Rolling Hills Asylum is 53,000+ sq. ft. brick building that sits on a knoll in the hamlet of E. Bethany, N.Y.. It has long been a popular place for ghost hunters and has had a long history of being haunted. it did not disappoint the STURS team.

Here is the table discussion of the events.

Here are some links to STURS:

A big thanks to Jason and the gang over at STURS.

Jason also might have some more stuff to share with us in the near future from this event.

An Interview With Cryptid and Wildlife Artist Alex Evans

An Interview With Cryptid and Wildlife Artist Alex Evans
By Dorraine Fisher

Here’s another of our favorites in our artists series. Cryptid and wildlife artist Alex Evans talks about her work and how it’s evolved. And she has a special message for bigfoot witnesses. Alex’s work seems to capture the true spirit of her subjects and bring them to life in a unique way. We hope she keeps doing it for a long time to come.

Dorraine: When did you first become interested in pursuing art?
Alex: There was no moment when I 'decided'. I have always drawn as a young child and sold my art from my yard as a teen. It just advanced over the years to encompass new forms of art, expression and learning.

Dorraine: Have you always lived in Illinois? And what influence has that had on your art, if any?
Alex: I was born and raised in Illinois but moved to Indiana, where I live now. Being relatively close to the Art Institute of Chicago growing up, it had a profound influence on my love of art of all kinds. Even the Chicago art scene and its neighborhood art fairs allowed me to experience all the ways local arts could be. As a teen, I'd take the train with my sister, who also was an artist, to the Art Institute on free day to spend the day taking in all the world class art. We'd go to a little place and use our saved money to get a bite to eat later and discuss art and ideas. It was a time of great inspiration for me.

Dorraine: What made you pursue sasquatch art?
Alex: Although I have always had a fascination with Sasquatch, I never thought of drawing one in the past. Things changed after I was diagnosed with breast cancer in '08. After that, I decided to make a list of things I would like to do within my means and capabilities of it actually happening, lol. At the top of my list was to see a sasquatch. Now that I knew they were not only in the Pacific Northwest, I felt it was a good possibility but I had to learn more about local sightings etc. I joined the wonderful Oregon Bigfoot, run by Autumn Williams, and began a new chapter. It wasn't long before someone suggested I draw what an eyewitness saw and I began working with the witness to get what they saw down on paper. I have done quite a few drawings from then on.

Dorraine: Have you had a bigfoot encounter of your own?
Alex: I have never had a sighting of my own. I have had unusual things like sounds happen and two separate wood knocks in remote areas of Indiana, however.

Dorraine: How do you attempt to depict the face of a creature considered by many to be mythical? Where does your prototype come from?
Alex: Since I have studied both human and animal anatomy and specialized in wildlife art in particular, this is where my basis of what such a creature may look like structurally. Of course I rely on the eyewitness to give me the main basis but I do have to put that onto a known armature of sorts, that is, a living being, known in some way to us, such as an early hominid, modern man and known animals. I feel it needs to be based on structures that are known and function in a real world. IF, say, it had wings and used those wings, it would need to be drawn in a way where form follows function, to be able to use those wings.

Dorraine: What keeps you inspired to do crypto-art?
Alex: I think it's that unknown aspect ~ the mystery of it all. Using my minds' eye to create something only described is challenging also. We all need challenges.

Dorraine: Tell us about your work with wolves.
Alex: Being a wildlife artist has led me to love many animals throughout my life. I have always loved Africa. I love the vast expanse where animals do what animals do best. It is the cradle of life for us humans too. Canids are of particular interest. I became a dog trainer in Search and Rescue for many years, working with K9 partners in searching both wilderness and disaster sites. Wolves are an extension of my love of dogs and my love of the natural places. Being at the top of the food chain, wolves sit in a unique position in the ecosystem where they are a necessary and integral part of everything in that environment. I participate in education about wolves and hopefully show how wonderful and important they are to all of us.

Dorraine: Do you have any other favorite subjects?
Alex: I am interested in the natural world of plants also. Birds too have played an enormous part in my life, having raised many types of birds and studied them up close. My father was a bird watcher and I learned much at an early age. I also help people with training and their dogs' behavior problems, as well as continuing to draw dog portraits. I like many subjects and never know when I will be inspired to learn something new in life.

Dorraine: Over the years, have you developed any theories or philosophies about Sasquatches?
Alex: While I keep learning from those who have had encounters and read others' theories, I mostly put it all on the table and ponder it. I think if I had a good sighting I might be able to better theorize on things, I don't know. While I am science-minded, I've learned that science only works if you don't conclude before the evidence is put forth and all things are explored.

Dorraine: Is there somewhere people can see a gallery of your work? Do you have a website or blog?
Alex: I do not have a website or blog at this time. I do have much of my work on my Facebook albums however.

Dorraine: What is your favorite medium for your art?
Alex: Whatever one I am currently doing, I guess! Right now I am sculpting animals and soon, cryptids. So right now I'm excited about 3D work again. I love drawing in pencil too, as it's very close to 'nothing', just graphite and paper and yet, can portray so much. Then there is clay, carving in foam and oil painting on canvas, where each has its unique properties. I doubt I will ever have a favorite because, like animals, each is cool in its own way and there is always a new medium to explore and learn from!

Dorraine: What else do you like to do outside of art?
Alex: I love music and reading interesting things. I tend to read 'how to' books/articles as well as factual books/articles on wildlife/all animals, the environment, mysteries and art techniques. I also enjoy learning more about dog behavior and how to work with dogs better. I also like hiking and enjoy days observing the natural world. I also like learning about survival in the outdoors, animal tracks and sign and plants.

Dorraine: What do you do for a living? And does that have any correlation with or influence on the way you pursue your art?
Alex: Until recently I was a plant tech. I took care of tropical plants basically. I know a lot about the care and propagation of tropicals. I used to be an art restorer in Illinois and learned so much about that trade and did sculpting for that job. The influence it had on my sculpting was paramount, as it had me be very detailed in my observations. I am not working at this time because of a muscle pain condition I acquired two years ago. It keeps me from doing much of what I used to do (like extensive hiking) but I'm hopeful that it eases in time and that I will again be able to fulfill more of what motivates me.

Dorraine: Is there anything else you'd like to tell us.
Alex: I'd like to end by saying that all the folks that I've drawn sightings for have a story unlike any other. It is not up to me, as an artist, to make conclusions, but to put down to the best I am able, what they remember at a point in time for them. A lot of people ask me if I believe they exist or believe what people tell me. And to that I have to say that clearly something is there......what that is, is up for debate (and will be for some time I think). As far as believing people's stories, I have to say that most have had something extraordinary happen which changed their view of life. Their life was not the same. This is not something I take lightly because it shows a willingness to talk about something that is often dismissed or even ridiculed, yet it impacted them in a way I can only imagine.
Drawing for people and giving them a picture has helped many in a deep way. If I can help a person come to grips with their experience and further help with investigating the phenomena then we are all in a better place. We all play a part if we work together to find and fit these puzzle pieces together.

Unknown Howl - Kenton County Kentucky

Unknown Howl - Kenton County Kentucky

I got this report in a couple days ago of two people who heard a very disturbing howl. The report is very detailed, I hope you take the time to read it over.

- Start Report -

Name: Russell ****

Email Address: On File

State: Kentucky

County: Kenton

Date of Sighting: Early November of 2014

Time of Day: 8:00 AM

Nearest Town: Covington

Length of Sighting: 25 Seconds

How many Witnesses: Two

Any Photos/Videos:
No

Describe sighting in detail:
It was opening day of the Kentucky modern firearms season and I had to work that weekend. I went outside of the building for a smoking break and was chatting with a co-worker about nothing in particular. I am a nurse and my friend is a deputy Jailer. The sun was up and it was a calm sunny morning, no wind and a really nice day. I was wishing I was in the deerstand. Anyway, we were chatting when a sound only I can describe as a scream and roar started and lasted for a good 25 seconds. Keep in mind that there are woods in back of the building that I would say run approximately three miles. The woods are very mature with hardwoods and thick cedars and brush.

The sound startled both of us. I am originally from Utah and have spent countless hours hunting, camping, and fishing in the Wasatch and Uintah mountains and have never heard a sound like this. I have hunted, camped and fished in the state of Kentucky for twenty plus years and have never heard this sound before. This scream was a cross between an elephant in a rage, and a lion roaring. This scream launched and then climbed in pitch then came back down with the massive roar. We stood there in complete awe of the scream we heard. This came off a very steep hill and you could tell it was probably a quarter to a half mile away. The lung capacity it would have taken to do this is beyond understanding. The sound was indescribable and thunderous.I looked at my co-worker and said. "Dont say anything, and on the count of three, tell me what you think that was." I counted to three and he said "Bigfoot." And I said "Sasaquatch." We both had chills.

We stayed out there longer than usual to listen longer, but it did not do it again. My co-worker stated he also has spent alot of hours in the woods and has never heard anything even close to that roar. I have heard fox, coyote etc make some crazy sounds, but that was no fox or coyote. I always carry firearms when camping or hiking or riding my ATV. Whatever this was, would have without a doubt ran me out of the woods without a second thought. This was way too long, loud and creepy to really even describe. I thought about this incident for a couple weeks and was perplexed about it. I kept thinking about why this thing would roar like that on a quiet sunny windless day. I thought about it and the only thing I can come up with is that maybe it had run into a hunter or something and was trying to get the hunter out of the woods. If that were true, I would have loved to have talked to him, if that were the case, this man would have been in total fear for his life. because I would have been frozen in fear, high powered rifle or not!

After a couple weeks, I decided to report this anonymously to the BFRO online. I received a call from an investigator and told her of our encounter. At the end of the conversation, she told me that a sighting had occurred about a mile away, and a homeowner had called in a report of a "Hairy creature" walking on a wooded hillside behind his home, and that this had occurred about a week and a half prior to my incident. All I can say is that there is something up there. I will always be paying attention while in the woods. This has remained in the back of my mind, and I don't joke about these things any longer. When this happens to you, it will change your perceptions, trust me.

- End Report -

Now, that is very interesting and the idea that bigfoot was trying to scare off a hunter seems very plausible. While this general area would seem fairly populated, there are some pretty large wooded areas as well.
A big thanks to Russell for sharing his experience with us.

Thanks
~Tom~

An Interview With Thomas Finley - Crypto Artist

Yes, we love our crypto-artists, and here’s another of our favorites. Tom Finley, from the UK, tries to depict his tall, hairy subjects with a real heart and soul. Sometimes to the dismay of some onlookers, as you’ll read about in this interview. But we love his work, and hope he’ll keep on doing it just the way he does. Intuitively…and with class.

Dorraine: When did you first become interested in pursuing art?

Thomas: As the family legend goes according to my late Mother, I started drawing when I was 3 years old and would sit and copy my Mother do her art as she was a very accomplished water colorist. I learned a lot from her throughout my childhood. When I moved on to High School and I had a really great art teacher who really encouraged me to do better at my work. I have always done my art for personal enjoyment mainly but I have sold art throughout my adult life but I prefer giving it away as it is more meaningful experience for me and the person receiving it. So, in answer to your question 1963. I always knew I would be an artist deep down.

Dorraine: Have you always lived in UK? And are there other places you lived or traveled that have influenced your art?

Thomas: Good question? I've lived all over the U.S.A. as a little boy my parents were in the U.S. Navy and we lived in Georgia, Virginia, California to name a few places. I grew up in Minnesota after my after retired from the service and I lived there a large part of my life, first on a farm then in a small rural town of Spring Valley. I used to love painting the wildlife of my home state and did that for several years and later found a love for historic old barns and I used to drive around looking for them to draw and paint them. I am still new to the United Kingdom. I resettled here in 2004 when I married my wife Nicola. The British Isles are the most beautiful shade of green I have ever seen and there are many, many places here that have influenced my art. For example, our trips to Loch Ness and all the many ancient sites like Stonehenge. I highly recommend a trip to the U.K. It is well worth it.

Dorraine: How did you turn to sasquatch art?

Thomas: I became interested in the field of cryptozoology at the age of 8. In 1968, I attended the Olmsted County Fair with my family on a day out in August of that year. On the carnival midway, my older brother, Donald, and I saw a very bizarre sideshow that claimed to have a frozen prehistoric man in ice. We paid the 25 cents to go see it and it really changed my life forever after seeing it. I did not know what a Bigfoot was back then and did not know about Bigfoot until the early 1970's. Seeing the iceman was a very life changing moment for me, and it continues to shape my life even now.

Dorraine: Have you had a bigfoot encounter of your own?

Thomas: I can now say YES! Last spring I attended the Ohio Bigfoot Conference at Salt Fork State Park. After the conference I went on a Bigfoot trip with my friend Terry Thomas from Kentucky. We went to several Bigfoot hot spots in the State and in Tennessee with our host Joe and his sons. At two locations we had whoops and other calls around us in broad daylight and loud tree breaks. At the hot spot in Kentucky we had mock coyote calls and tree breaks and a bizarre fog that encircled us as the sun was sitting, we packed up our casting equipment and made a hasty retreat back to ice coffee and the main road after that. It was very exciting.

Dorraine: In your artwork, how do you attempt to depict the face of a creature considered by many to be mythical?  Where does your prototype come from?

Thomas: When I sit down to paint or draw a forest person, I have many images in my mind of what they might look like. I also will go into my primate references and use them for body shape and mannerisms. The faces and eyes are the hardest as I like to express emotion and the presence of a soul in all my Bigfoot. When I create a new Bigfoot I always, always make them unique and not ferocious or monstrous as many people always ask me to paint them that way. If you want a monster, go to someone that draws monsters. If you want a realistic rendition of an unknown primate, that is what you'll get. I think my best compliment came from an angry guy who sent me a message one night on Facebook. He exclaimed, typing in capital letters, "Why don't you make your Bigfoot more bloody and mean?" - "Your art is like looking at a copy of National Geographic!" You can't please everyone.

Dorraine: What keeps you inspired to do crypto-art?

Thomas: I have lived with health challenges in my life for several years now. I had a long talk with myself in 1999, and I said I was only going to do art or projects that had a meaning for me or that I enjoyed. So, I dusted off my old scrapbooks from my parent’s attic and decided to get back into cryptozoology and the unexplained once again. First thing I did was create a new collection of stories and reports in my compendium project which is called Archive:X. This project was started as a follow up to the older scrapbooks I started in my school years. They contained newspaper clippings on all sorts of phenomena ranging from Bigfoot to the Loch Ness Monster to UFO's and mermaid sightings off the coast of Australia. The compendium project in its current format contains hand written personal accounts by the witness of the event as well as maps and sketches of their experiences. It has taken up a lot of my time and it is a personal joy to research these cases and write and get to know these people all around the world. My personal mission in this project continues and I hope to start my 2016 volume soon. My wife Nicola as called it "My big book of weird". Pardon the mess in my office if you ever come to visit.

Dorraine: Do you have any other favorite subjects besides cryptids?

Thomas: I enjoy military history, dinosaurs, I have a fascination with the Woolly Mammoth and the research being done in the recovery of ancient specimens being found all over Siberia. I enjoy animation and special effects in the motion picture industry. When I was youngster, I always dreamed of working in cartooning field or making movie monsters. I collect movie props and have a large celebrity autograph collection. I dabble in many interests.

Dorraine: Have you developed any theories or philosophies about Bigfoot in the UK? What it may or may not be? Whether it exists at all?

Thomas: One of the really interesting things about living in the UK is its history. The dates on places here are older then anything in the USA. If you search hard you will find many places with references to the British Wildman, mainly in carvings in places of worship. There are many claims that the hairy wild man still is alive in the UK. This I think is not the case as the density of the population and known forests are so small there would not be anywhere for these creatures to live, let alone in a secretive way. I have conducted field research at a known forested site operated by the water board. Here Bigfoot type creatures have been observed and strange wood structures found. Although once again this is just a fleeting observation as the reports are so few. Although I will not sour anyone’s idea on the existence of these beings. I will only say I will let you be the judge and do your own research.

Dorraine: Is there somewhere people can see a gallery of your work? Do you have a website or blog?

Thomas: I am at this time having a website in the making and you will be able to view all my art and purchase it soon. I have a gallery on the SASQUATCH WATCH CANADA website. And you are welcome to go there and view all my paintings. And you can view and follow my art on Facebook by going to THOMAS FINLEY ART, or by following me, Thomas Finley, on Facebook.

Dorraine: What is your favorite medium for your art?

Thomas: My favorite medium you will laugh at but it is a simple ball point pen.

Dorraine: What do you like to do outside of art?

Thomas: I enjoy going to the movies with my wife. Watching the night sky. Spending time with my Grandchildren. Being with my friends at the Bigfoot Conference. Our pets, listening to music and just having a laugh.

Dorraine: What do you do for a living? And does that have any correlation with or influence on the way you pursue your art?

Thomas: I work part time for an international fraternal society here in the UK. Their roots are considered ancient and go back to 1810. I have an interest in its history and have met many interesting people while serving in my duties. My art is strictly my night job, more or less. I am also starting my first children's book soon.

Dorraine: Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Thomas: If you have ever had anything strange happen to you please get in contact with me as I would love to include you in my compendium project. My email is: capteasycheese@gmail.com please mention the ARCHIVE X PROJECT.

Woman Vanishes on Live TV? (Update)

Watch the lady standing with her arms crossed...where did she go?
During a live broadcast a woman seemingly vanishes. Some have speculated that the woman was really a ghost or maybe even an alien. Some suggest that she just happens to be moving with and behind the lady pushing the cart. But I can't see how she would be walking behind the cart pusher as there appears to be a table in the way.

It is still a pretty cool clip, even if the lady is actually walking behind the cart pusher.

What do you guys think? is it paranormal activity or she is just blocked from being seen?

Update- one thing I seem to notice in the above clip. There is a reflection in the silver canister on the left. You can see the cart pusher but I don't see the vanishing lady. I would assume I would be able to see the vanishing lady also walking in the reflection if she was walking right beside cart pusher lady. So, still kind of weird.  Also I don't see a shadow on the floor ...could be an angle thing again.

Interview with Jack Tessier

Well, it's been a long time since my last interview, but this one here will make number 21 in the series. What better way to get it back going again, than with a young man that is well on his way to achieving great things in the cryptozoology field. Jack Tessier is the chairman and CEO of Australian Cryptozoology Research Organization (A.C.R.O.) . Please note that the Australian version of Bigfoot is called a Yowie.

I hope you enjoy this interview.

Tom: How long have you been researching/studying bigfoot?

Jack: I've being researching Yowies for almost 2 years now.

Tom: What got you interested in Bigfoot, Was there a particular event that got you started?

Jack: I got interesting after watching Bigfoot Files on TV.

Tom: During your research/studying of Bigfoot, have you ever encountered aggressive behavior or felt in danger from a bigfoot?(details please)

Jack: I've felt in danger once when I was walking on a narrow dirt bush track in Southeast Queensland the bush was eerily quiet and I heard something moving through there.

Tom: It seems Skeptics are always ready to attack bigfoot research, How do you deal with it?

Jack: When it comes to harsh skeptics I don't think a lot of them are open minded enough to do fully genuine research and if they get out of control with bullying because of my beliefs then I usually shrug them off.

Tom: Would you like to see Bigfoot accepted and/or proven to the general public?

Jack: I'd love to see them proven to the public but as much as I believe they are out there, until actual scientists have proven their existence we won't be able to change peoples minds.

Tom: What is your favorite time of year to research/study bigfoot, When do you have your most success?

Jack: I have most of my success in summer when researching.

Tom: Do you have a favorite Bigfoot story or report?

Jack: The most intriguing report of a Yowie would have to be a report I received where a woman was staying in a hotel right up against the bush here in Lake Macquire and heard what she thought were 2 felines fighting and it went for 20 minutes but she realized it was coming from deep in the bush. Then that next morning another woman in that hotel saw a huge man ape like creature walk right passed her room.

Tom: What would you be doing if you wasn't researching/studying bigfoot?

Jack: If I weren't out researching Yowies I might be out researching Big Cats or the giant Monitor Lizard/Megalania or writing my own articles about what I have found when researching Cryptids.

Tom: Thanks for taking part in the interview, keep us posted on your bigfoot/Yowie research.

Jack: Thanks again Tom, and I will absolutely keep you updated with my research.

Thanks
~Tom~

The Crypto Files - The Erickson Project

The Erickson project was the source of a lot of hope and expectations. The thought of a featured documentary film with real bigfoot coupled with a DNA study, had people expecting great things. Social media sites were all buzzing and debating, but that seems so long ago. Now, several years removed, the whereabouts of The Erickson projects remains unknown.

In this episode of The Crypto Files, we explore the Erickson Project.

The Loveland Ohio frogman Legend

loveland lizard by WEElliott

The Loveland Ohio frogman Legend

In Loveland Ohio there is tales of people seeing what is called frogmen. Sometimes the bipedal amphibians are also referred to as the Loveland Lizard but from the description, it sounds more like frogs. And beside that, I think we already have many "lizard man" sightings, and it way past time that frogmen got some press.

The Loveland Frog  is a legendary humanoid frog described as standing roughly 4 feet tall, allegedly spotted in Loveland, Ohio. A local man reported seeing three frog like men at the side of the road in 1955. The sighting happened along a road that runs beside the Little Miami River in neighboring Clermont county. The witness reportedly pulled his car over and watched the frogmen for about 3 minutes.

A police officer claimed to have seen a similar creature on a bridge in the city in 1972. The officer was driving slow due to icy road conditions when he saw what he thought was a dog on the side of the road. All at once the creature ran in front of his car, the officer slammed on the brakes, which caused him to spin out. When the car spin stopped the creature was in full view. The creature stood up and crossed over a guardrail. Two week later another officer, Mark Matthew, also seen and described the same creature. The odd frogmen creatures were also seen by a farmer.

Of course, many people just want to dismiss reports like this and say there is nothing to them. It's much the same way they do with bigfoot and UFO sightings. But I think reports of this nature should not be so easily dismissed. First, we have multiple frogmen seen by a local man. Then, 17 years later we have 2 police officers spot the same thing. It just seems to me, that if the first sighting in 1955, was nothing more than a made up story, then it would have been totally forgot. So, it makes it seem less likely that the police officers were just continuing to hand down a tall tale. Plus, we normally trust the word of policemen, after all they are trained to observe details.

This legend reminds me of an old movie starring the late Roddy Piper. It was called Hell comes to Frogtown. In the movie Sam Hell (Piper) is a prisoner of the female faction who took over the US after nuclear war. Mutants thrive in the wasteland while humans face possible extinction due to infertility. Bomb strapped to his crotch, Hell is forced to rescue a group of fertile women from a harem ran by an evil mutant gang. The evil mutant gang, just so happen to look like frogman. While the movie is not the greatest thing in the world , it is a pretty fun watch, in my opinion.

When, it comes to the Loveland frogmen, there has not been any real video recordings of them, as far as I know. But there has been one attempted hoax video, which I will share with you.

Now, I wonder if there has been any more sightings of these 3-4 foot tall, webbed hand, frogmen. It would appear it has been roughly 40 years since a reported Loveland frogman sighting. If anyone has heard of a more recent sighting, or have seen one yourself, then please let us know.
