I got this report in overnight of possible Bigfoot activity. I'm only posted it up for 2 reasons, (1) it's an effort to contact the person who filed it. I replied to their email address and it cam back to me as not working. (2) The reaction of the dog is very much like what happened to me and my dad many years ago. At the time of my event like this, I was not thinking about Bigfoot. I was in my teens.

Here is the report, if the person who filed it would contact me, it would be great.

-Start Report-

Name: DANNY ****** (Name on File)
Email Address: on File but does not work
State: Kentucky
County: Pike
Date of Sighting: SEPT. 21 2014
Time of Day: 9:30 PM
Nearest Town: MORROWBONE KY
Length of Sighting: no visual
How many Witnesses: 2
Any Photos/Videos: no
Describe sighting in detail:
Just got in from coon hunting close to my home, with a buddy of mine.
I am going to try to relate this evenings events to everyone. We turned
our dogs loose, all but one, we had four females, all of them older dogs
none less than 4 yrs old. These hounds are what we call finished dogs, meaning
plenty experience. The three shot through the country quickly. So after a
bit we drove in their direction. We stopped at a location where he (my friend)
has a feeder, we were gonna turn his other female loose there and if possible
strike a coon track. We get out, he gets her and we walk over to the edge of
the timber, she gristles up, he cuts her loose and she heads straight for the
truck and trys to jump in the back but the tailgate is up so she crawls under
the truck, visibly shaking. He and I both can't believe what she is doing because
you turn her loose, she gets gone with one thing on her mind, find a raccoon.
He mumbled a little and leashed her led her back over, this time we walked her
to the feeder, I could not believe what I was seeing, he turned her loose and she
about knocked him down, staying up against him. There on that flat for about
70 feet were good size trees and limbs from 12 to 20 feet long turned up side
down and leaned and wedged in the forks of standing trees. All in front of the
feeder for about 70 feet then at the end of the bench was a tee pee structure I
got this feeling of dread and fear. The dog took off again towards the truck this
is a dog I've seen fight coon, run a bear, she is not scare of a cat, all the
while we didn't hear anything or smell anything but we head back.

I also notice 2 pine trees about 18 in diameter pushed till the roots were exposed
no wind or snow done this, this is sure strength and force, there are tree snaps
abundant there, about the 8-9 foot range. We get to the truck the dog is lying
under the truck again. We are both starting to feel a little tense now, we load her
up start to get in the truck when swoosh pow a tree falls, pushed or something
about 50 yards back where we just were. No phone to get pics tonight but debating
whether to go back during day light to get pics but I don't know whatever doesn't
want us there, Before I forget the feeder is a tire nailed to a tree it was filled
with rocks instead of feed, it was all gone and replaced with rocks.
Would like some help and feedback.

-End Report-

Thanks for the report. This is very similar to an event me and my dad had while coon hunting. I was only a teenager at the time but it has stuck with me all these years. It was amazing how frightened our dogs were at that time. I have never fully told all that happened that night but I hope to as some point. At the time I didn't even think about it being a Bigfoot but figured it out years later.

So this report stood out to me because of the reaction the dog had and the fact that I had a similar experience. So when I see and hear people talk about how dogs act around Bigfoot and they act like dogs are cool with Bigfoot being around, it really makes me wonder because that is not the reaction I have had and seen.

Any ways, if Danny is reading this, your email address did not work for me. I would recommend that you go back in the day time and take a lot of pictures and also look for tracks. Please contact me with any more info or photos at thecryptocrew@kih.net.

Thanks
~Tom~

  1. We had several very similar experiences while training Beagle hounds in Madison County in Central KY in the early 80's. Strange feelings of being watched too. This report brings back memories. Thanks. Wm.
