  1. In horror films, as soon as the teenage girl appears in her panties or nighty after dark, you know she's going to die in the next scene. If she's making out with a boy, then they both get killed by the monster. Impaled on the same knife, usually.

The same pattern holds true with Yowie attacks. Bikini? He's going to get her. Tight halter top with bust popping out? Dead. And for dudes: walking around flexing while shirtless? Yowie is going to show you he's boss.

At least the kid is safe. The one with the BB gun, showing what National Forest recreation is all about. Shooting stuff. No way Yowie messes with him.

  2. "In Search of Talent" might be a more appropriate title.

  4. Maybe if you were stoned. Otherwise ... too amateurish.

    1. As a fan of 1970s crypto films I must say your argument is invalid.

  6. What's wrong with getting stoned and watching a comedy yowie film? Looks like there are some pretty solid practical effects, model work and stunts. Music sounds pretty big too- are you sure the amateur look isn't by design? Is your name Travis Bain??

  7. Any idea when this comes out? hard to tell what to make of it from the trailer but it's got my interest.
